Once praise left Alaine's mouth and not punishment, the child let out a light sigh, violet gems churning with anticipation of success. A few silly faces left her expressions screwed up and sideways as she stuck her tongue out at Caillen. She knew the answer, haha! Silly boy couldn't compare with Super Sylvie! She chuckled quietly as Caillen was caught making faces at his mother as she continued with their lesson, adding on to Sylvie's awesome answer of AWESOMENESS. To which she made excruciating grinning faces.

Clear of flowers.... Check. Scenting the air... Little white maw rose to the air above her, various smells wafting across the leathery dark brown material, dancing with a south blowing breeze as the party looked north. Check. No predators or prey in this vicinity- only Caillen and Alaine's scents had registered in the border collie's brain. Modified prey drive kicked in as she looked about, wondering if anything of herding interest might be around as well. Alaine was talking again, noting that the trio was already downwind as they entered the thicket. Of course, Sylvie had picked that up earlier, while scenting the air. Upon entering the thicket, the cream lady guardian took up post near a large tree, and with a lick to both kids, they were off.

Caillen's oversized puppy paws skittered on the ground while Sylvie's dainty step allowed for almost immediate acceleration into the thicket. Tiny nose rose once more as the silent stalker scented her surroundings, looking for prey. Skidding at a turn, the lithe little girl dodged a tree or two and took up a position in the underbrush, having caught the scent of a rabbit. Quietly now, and much, much slower, the border collie pup stalked her way through the bushes and clumps of dirts, violet gems wide and watching for the bunny she sought. And there, to the left, was a big, fluffy white rabbit, munching rather animatedly on a stack of leaves.

Soon, soon, Super Sylvie would best her arch-nemesis, Creeper Caillen!

Speak. Think. Walk.
