When Vieira was cleaning, she found there were few things for her to do. The cave was not excessively large but it as a good size, the items inside were scarce, though, and she found she would clean too quickly and be finished before Kaena returned. Vieira knew better than to be standing around when her owner came inside and so she would repeat her tasks and go slower. Rotating items and then returning them to their rightful spot. She straightened up the covers on Kaena's bed and the floor in Vieira's room. Nothing was spectacular, but it was straightened up and Vieira was able to occupy her mind. If she was sitting still, her mind would focus on something she didn't want to think about and the topic of interest was her last violation just a few days ago. Her first punishment since arrival and it had broken her down for a few days.

Kaena had been acting different since then but Vieira did not know if it was normal. She had only been here a few days, a week at most, and she did not know the habits the other woman had. Her mind would soon grow a sixth sense for the woman, as she had Astaroth and Sivaro. Things would be clearer later on if everything continued to escalate in patterns. Both of her owners had been sporadic in actions but in an organized fashion she had been able to pick up on.

The woman heard motion toward the entrance and Vieira glanced in that direction but she did not stop. She was straightening out the corners of Kaena's bed for the third time and making sure there were no wrinkles. Just as she finished last the corner, Kaena called and she did not hesitate a second before coming down to greet her. "Hello miss Kaena," she said quietly and, finding a place to focus, her golden eyes found the fish near the fire. In addition to the things needed for the fire, Vieira had set the pan out so she was ready. Next to it was a small blanket or hand towel to wrap the handle in order to prevent from burning herself. Vieira knelt down near the fish Kaena had caught.

The fire was warm against her skin compared to the cave and the warmth was more than welcome. Without any other utensils, she had been unable to find (but she had not looked too much, she did not want to snoop), she shoved one of her claws just below the head and began to saw it back in order to gut the animal. It was a quick process, if a little dirty without a knife, but she worked on pulling out the unpleasant parts that were not desirable while cooking. Her hand reached over and put them out of the way, making a pile for the next two fish. Astaroth had been fond of fish and often times brought them home for her to cook and she felt a small hint of confidence in her skill and hoped it would please Kaena enough.
