Today it would be he who would speak to the crowd. This was a part of the package deal that he knew he would somewhat loathe, but the male knew that he could not have everything the way he wanted. Nothing went according to the plan, and he knew that this wouldn’t either. It seemed promising, but Dahlia de Mai’s numbers were slowly decreasing. It was a sad thing to witness. They had once counted twenty six members here. Now they were thirteen. More were likely to dwindle away. The chocolate coated male cared little about tossing the blame for around. It would be a waste of energy; energy that he did not really have spare. Yet this was something that he had hungered for. Why he had not played his cards sooner was beyond him.

Time was tickling slowly yet his own fate was staring him in the face. His time was up, tic tack, tic tack, tic tack, he could hear his life ticking away. Brilliant blue orbs lifted to the sky, almost disappointed as they witnessed the bleeding clouds slowly travelling past above his head. Where was the snow? This silent question puzzled the male as the weather was absolutely insignificant. He felt a spike of warmth in his chest and recognized the presence of someone he once had known. Maybe someone he once had been. No, Haku had learned to be lonely. This black heart of his was all he knew.

At the town square where the former Rosea once had lifted her head up to call out for Dahlia’s members, now the new Rosen lifted his head up towards the weeping sky and called out for his members. The surprise had yet to be known – that was what this meeting was for. His call demanded their presence. Things had been sloppy around here for far too long. There were things that needed to be done, and the more the merrier – wasn’t that a common saying?

The brown male stepped back under one of the many hovering trees and waited by the large stone circle, wondering who would obey his call and who would stay behind. He would deal with it one way or the other. He already knew how the world would end.
