The woman’s flat answer did not help any, but there was no way for them to find hope in this miserable situation. They had a new leader and for now they would just have to endure. Conor wished there was some way to prevent Haku from rising to power, but there were no one strong enough to stand up to him. He wished he could have prevented this somehow. Her second line of words puzzled him though, but he placed a weak smile on his lips and shook his head with determination. "Never.” He would endure if she would do the same.
