The father simply sat his hind legs down fairly confident that Anselm was friend. Still, he found it odd that Ghita had never mentioned this guy before now. He even knew Savina! The picture of his two leading ladies in life sparking a small amount of jealousy in his mind. The Inferni member was more than submissive enough for Jazper's taste though. If he had no connection to the pack, and had only poor intentions for talking to his boy though the man would have found himself ripped into tiny pieces of kibble. Perhaps some would find the Knight's protective nature a little too much, perhaps even insane, but to the coal wolf his future was everything. He had grown up as a painting of perfection for the role of restoring his blood line.

Looking at his little Aro and Sophia he smiled kindly. They were his treasures, things to thank the gods for every day and protect and love with his entire heart. As they asked their new acquaintance questions he just sat quietly, his presence really only for the sake of the pups. However, he was happy to meet someone from Inferni who was not Hybrid. At the thought of the name he shivered slightly his thoughts left unfinished as Anselm spoke to the pups. He would have been pleasantly surprised if Ghita had a brother he never knew about. There was just Ehno, Savina and Ghita. Which made him uncle to Savina's pups and Ehno's children over in the valley. A small ball of guilt pulled at his heart as he thought of Naniko. She had helped raise him, given him a place to stay, treated him with nothing but a kind heart. Yet, he still hadn't visited her in Phoenix Valley.

His attention was grabbed when the topic turned to where the male lived. Knowing his pups they would want to go visit the kind soul and end up getting themselves killed. Shuffling silently he found himself wanting to talk, to stop Anselm from giving the two little ones more than the sense of adventure they already had. Even at the mention of the mountain Jazper's golden eyes wandered to his pups, “Maybe if you are good mum will take you to visit Anselm.” The idea was more to satisfy any curiosity, to push it gently in the right direction. Aro's little speech made his heart light right up. Aro reminded Jazper a lot of himself at that age. So sure he was invincible, positive he could handle anything the world threw at him, of course he had been wrong and that was why he kept tabs on the two adventure seekers. Smiling down at his boy he added, “Just be sure to use that toughness to help others.” It was always a lesson he tried to throw into daily conversations, help others. It was the Knight's way of life after all. At the question directed at himself he looked to the Inferni male and answered softly, “Ghita is in great health and spirits. For the last couple of months she has hardly had to lift a paw if she didn't want to.” chuckling lightly to himself he recalled a few times she had quite literally told him to stop helping her.
