This is super short, sorry. ;-; I feel horrible.

Then, satisfied that his point had been made, Gabriel sat in the snow and stared at his companion. He didn’t apologize—he did not believed he needed to. It was apparent, however, that he was not going to inflict any further violence on the man. Gabriel was a monster, but he was no devil.
