The shadows would rise up through the soil and dance and feast as bodies would bleed and souls would depart. Haku’s lungs expanded and he let out the mourning song of a vile wolf. Enemy spotted; intruders alert; emergency by the borders. Although he had wished and waited for this for so long, Haku did not intend to play fair. Again it was all about this strange thing called morale. Haku was bound by no rules anymore and morale was so beyond an Immortal. Although his howl had been plain with emergency as the only part of his voice given wings, Haku was beyond satisfied. He could feel his heart throb with that dark matter and spread bliss through his veins.
