The other beast had gone down, his sword slicing through nothing but air. Cotl snarled, but he had no time to really be pissed off that he missed, because he turned his head slightly, and saw another male, the darker colored one, coming at him with a bat. Before Cotl could really react, his steed had. Maschine had kicked out both of his back legs, out of instinct because of the approaching male had startled the stallion. Maschine kicked out several more times, more than likely kicking the other male that had dared to come behind a horse like that, it not once, then twice, or three times. Cotl grabbed onto the reigns, but this did not help settle the being. The stallion continued to kick, and it went as far as to start running away from the battle. Cotl could not have himself fleeing from the battle, so he was quick to abandon the steed, his body lifting itself on the steed's back, and him jumping to the ground as the stallion continued to gallop off into a distance, not even looking back at it's master. Cotl didn't look back at the steed either, knowing the stallion would not go outside of the borders, but more like going back to the mansion where it was safe.
Cotl let his feet recover from his jumping off the horse before he quickly (and extremely quickly might I add) ran back towards the battle, his sword still in his left hand, slicing through the air, singing as he swiftly made his way back to his original opponent, seeing the bitch coyote on the male had discouraged him from attacking the pinned male. Cotl had been the odd man out at the moment, no opponent to go after, so he had gone after the same male that more than likely had been kicked by Maschine. His sword swung at the male, aiming to kill. His shackles were raised, his audits pulled back, and his maw holding a sadistic smile. He would have a head to replace the ones they broke. Oh yes, he will have a skull...Or possibly three.
