It had not taken the master long to come, and upon his appearance Sicarus took a knee, dipping his head low to the man and remaining in such a position until he was spoken to. Of course, Sicarus was very nearly ecstatic to be addressed directly by Haku himself, and upon straightening up he took very much of the same positioning he had during the meeting: muzzle and eyes down, never lifted above the level of the Rosen's feet. Haku was no panjandrum; he deserved all of the respect Sicarus had to offer and more. It would make sense that the leader addressed his Bluet before the newcomer; there was no need to waste Haku's time if Sic had found RJ below pack standards. However, even if that were the case, Sicarus knew he was in no position to deny or accept anyone to the clan; in the orange-eyed wolf's perspective, there was no one with the authority to do such except for Haku himself.
"My liege," the wolf said, still stuck in respect. Quickly, though, he launched into his explanation of what he'd learned from RJ thus far—Kai was right. Haku was a busy man, and there was no need to occupy his time more than absolutely necessary. "This is Reid Jefferson Sangster, RJ. He professes the need for a home. He has offered to me that he is skillful with his blades, and his presence here stands to attest to that, as he has recently emerged victorious from battle," the wolf said. Okay, perhaps it hadn't been battle exactly, but RJ did say something about a tussle, and in Sicarus's eyes that certainly meant something. He directed none of his attention to the newcomer now; instead he remained utterly focused on his king, waiting for the wolf to dismiss him or give him some order. Sicarus wasn't entirely used to pack life yet, but he figured with Kai's assistance he had done well enough. They were a pair, after all, and Sic was now glad that they hadn't encountered too much trouble beyond their initial struggle for dominance.
