The Rosen continued his stare, wondering if the man would start to burn to dust if he just stared long and hard enough. An ear flickered to the low growl by his side and his orbs eventually followed; gazing at the ideal soldier of Dahlia. Haku could be fooled, but he appreciated the personality that inhabited Sicarus’ brain. He needed people that were willing to sacrifice themselves for their leader’s greedy war.
”Sicarus,” the alpha darkly spoke, addressing the male by his side. ”Keep an eye on this one.” Haku did not care enough to investigate the disposable soul before him further, but he was not prepared to offer an inch of trust. He wondered if joiner resented him, but again there was no need to know. ”And take him with you on your next raid,” he added as he looked back at the man with the rosary, now smiling emptily. Why was the trespasser here? Why would he want to serve under a demon that was created by the antichrist? Those were questions that did not concern the earthen coated male. He just knew that they would all die in the end. It mattered little. ”And if he betrays us – kill him.” Haku Soul turned and left, wondering if he would ever see the newly accepted male again. He did not truly count on it. Then again, it did not matter. Nothing mattered.
