Open to anyone, though a familiar face would be awesome.

War.

That one word resonated everywhere that Silas went it seemed. He understood that Inferni was now in an all out battle with the wolves of Dahlia de Mai, but the boy just couldn’t wrap himself around it. Sure, it was a huge adventure full of fighting, blood, and death that almost any male youth could only dream of, but Silas didn’t want any of it. He found ways to help the clan that kept him out of harm’s way for the most part. Somehow, this just didn’t seem to be his war. He had not been around much during the time of the initial attacks that had brought about this battle, and he just couldn’t bring himself to focus solely on the clan’s victory. He needed some solitude and a reminder that somewhere out there peace still existed.

So he went back to that peaceful lake.

Rabbit Lake was a part of Crimson Dreams’ territory, though Silas could avoid blatant trespassing by skirting around to the southern border of the lake’s shore. There, the boy settled himself onto the rocks and laid out flat on his back. The nicer weather had allowed for some of the snow to melt, and where Silas was now, only rocks and pebbles touched his fur. Cradling his head in his arms, the Russian cast the icy gaze to the sky. There was a blanket of grey clouds today, and the boy was unsure whether or not he’d be able to sneak a glimpse of the sun. Either way, he felt as if he was miles away from the war that raged between his clan and the wolves of Dahlia.
