He now stood barely outside Aniwaya's border, twtichting slightly from the internal urge, he had to get answers, he felt like he was going to melt from the strange sensation. He threw his head back and let out a long loud howl directed at her. He laid down and waited, hoping that she was close enough to hear him.

After about a week after Desiree had commenced the simple and painless blood transfusion in a small store far away. Roran had had a strange inner urge that just wouldn't go away, he had a tingling sensation throughout his body almost all day everyday, and he wanted to see her again so she could possible explain.
He now stood barely outside Aniwaya's border, twtichting slightly from the internal urge, he had to get answers, he felt like he was going to melt from the strange sensation. He threw his head back and let out a long loud howl directed at her. He laid down and waited, hoping that she was close enough to hear him.

<3 The colliewolf headed toward the borders. She was riding atop Fuerte, who was so much better behaved since their run in with Saluce. The big grey male had put the fear of Luna in her horse, which suited Desi just fine; she preferred him walking meekly along to being tossed from the saddle. She was clad in her blue dress; her bow was slung over one shoulder, her pack settled against the opposite hip, and her quiver set along her back. Completing the ensemble of weaponry was the rose-hilted knife, in its sheathe and concealed beneath the skirt of the gown. The girl was ready for anything that came across her path, foe and prey alike.

Jace had known many strange things over her life of almost three years, so the odd and more so than usual excitable behavior exhibited by her adopted son garnered her immediate attention. For about a week she had watched him as he had grown more jittery and restless. Often following the white male for hours on end without him noticing her in the shadows. So when half grown paws had taken their owner out of the lands of the fire bird valley the mother had naturally followed him there as well from a distance. Ashen paws and coal black nose had kept her on track following the scent of one of her own, she could sense something was changing within him and wanted to know what it was, never did it cross her mind that it would a Luperci transformation that was driving him to such peculiarities. The hours it took to reach AniWaya passed by in no time, she had guessed where he was headed when they were about three quarters of the way there. Remembering her own trip to it with Ookami to learn how to ride and care for horses. Still the travel wore upon her still recovering body and all too soon she was lagging behind, pushed almost to the point of exhaustion from not daring to stop for food in case she lost Roran in the vast expanse of forest. Fatigue dragged down at her and it was a long moment before she realised that their destination was reached and ahead of her Roran had stopped at the AniWaya border and was howling, hunger gnawed at her stomach and thirst at her parched throat but the woman would not leave her vigil to go and cure her own pains and discomfort, the well being of her son came before everything. Panting harshly Jace also sat and waited to see who would answer this call and after a short time a woman appeared riding one of J'adore's horses, the grey Fuerte. Painted in the colors of a collie dog Jace found it same to assume she was dealing with another hybrid, who was clad in a blue human dress. No longer could the mother wolfdog hybrid remain on the sidelines while there was something obviously wrong with her son, who was now looking decidedly sick and from the looks of it this woman was involved in a way. Pushing her way out of the surrounding forest, to the two she was approaching it much have seemed as if she had materialized out of thin air from the greenery. Her face was set into a angry scowl and she could barely hold back her snarl, in her hand the hunting knife she owned was clenched tightly in ashen grey fingers, the sharp tool was still stained a bright bloody crimson with the blood of the pup killer Argul who she had murdered viciously in cold blood and Lucifer who she had taken a chunk from with it. Her claws shredded the vegetation she walked over and tore up the dirt as she stomped towards them, her attention on her son. "Roran! What are you doing here?" Her mismatched eyes then snapped to the woman as she stepped over her son protectively, forcing this stranger woman to stagger to her feet and move back several steps with the sheer weight of the aggressiveness she was projecting, even an alpha would have been hard pressed to stand his ground, for the Arctic hybrid woman cut a fierce determined figure and in her blue and amber eyes fire burned and spoke the painful death of any who tried to hurt her family. "And who the bloody fucking hell are you!!! And what have you done to my son!!?"She roared at the woman, malice and venom dripping from every word she spoke. If this collie looking woman who smelt of AniWaya had hurt her son in any way, shape or form Jace would not hesitate to sink her knife into the splodged stomach and tear a hole right up the woman's front side, gutting her like a fish and spilling her intestines and blood to sully and wet the apple colored grass at her feet, she would bathe herself in the blood of this one who would dare harm her son for any given reason whether valid or not, then she would slice off her head and leave her body disrespected in the dirt for the vultures and scavengers to feast upon. Had Jace been thinking straight or properly she would have surely realised that a member of AniWaya would be very unlikely to harm a member of their allied pack and evne less a pup who had not fully grown yet but she was not and so the actions of the collie luperci were considered a threat to not just Roran but to Phoenix Valley as well, something she was ranked to deal with as her role of Praeas, the guardian of the packs members. .Jace-Poison2 p {padding:0px 10px 10px 10px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .Jace-Poison2 b {color:#753726; text-shadow:#753726 0px 0px 4px;} .Jace-Poison2-b {width:361px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto; font-family: verdana; font-size:12px;} .Jace-Poison2-header {font-family:tempus sans itc, serif; color:#753726; text-shadow:#753726 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:15px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .Jace-Poison2-ooc {font-family:vivian; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .Jace-Poison2 {background-color:#edd9b8; padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #FFFFFF; font-family: trebuchet ms; font-size:12px; color:#000000; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:14px; width:359px; text-align:justify; background-image:url(http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/38/jace2.png); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; padding:10px 0px 200px 0px; } </style>

<3 From here on we'll follow a post order, but I had to react. I just had to. xD WC: 1000 Knelt on the ground as she was, it was a good thing Jace did not actually attack her. She would have been dead before she could have reacted in the slightest. Instead, Desi was merely thrown off kilter, though mightily off kilter it was, by the violent actions of the hybrid woman. The other woman who, judging by her words was well-acquainted with Roran in some way, stormed onto the scene, coming to what seemed like an almost jerky stop over the white boy. Desi, and even Fuerte, though the grullo horse was already at a distance, fell back several paces, as though they had been shoved by sheer force of will. As she scrambled away, more or less, her bow slid from her shoulder, landing several paces further from her than she dared cross to try to retrieve it, and she flung her satchel behind her to get it out of the way. Her left hand gripped the skirt of her dress, pulling it upward and out of the way of her right hand, which dropped to slide the rose-hilted blade from its sheathe at her thigh. A flood of emotions flooded down on the colliewolf, the glaze of adrenaline cementing them all into place as the actions took place, seemingly simultaneously.

Roran barely noticed his adopted mother seemingly appear from the foliage as he curled into a ball slightly, writhing in strange urges that he didn't, couldn't understand. He wanted to change, he felt the need drawing at his very bones, but he didnt know what it meant, he didnt know anything about changing.
Upon hearing the words exchanged by the females he attempted to stand, though quickly fell down again as a surge of weakness fell upon him. He felt as if his body was melting, as if he was ripping himself apart. Underneath these feelings of change, was an agaony which he felt from the urges. He felt as if at any moment he would spiral into nothingness. He attempted to stand again and did so, though his legs nearly gave out. He turned his head to his mother and spoke. "Mother, please, she means no harm, she is my blood sister" He states, stumbling slightly and almost falling over. He then turned his head to Desiree. "My blood sister, this is Jace, my mother from Pheonix Valley......." These were the last words he would mutter, as sudenly the urges became too much too control and his spiraled into the depths of unconsiousness. He fell quite suddenly, simply falling onto his side, his eyes closed. It was clear that somethign was going on inside him, as his body seemed to mvoe on its own, things moving beneath his skin as if by their own free will. In truth he had blacked out because of the mental agony he felt as a result of the urges to shift. He had passed out because the strain to keep the urges under control had become too much. He passed out on the spot and dropped, he was going to change while blacked out.

Tattered tan tipped ears followed the sound of the bow clattering to the floor and furious eyes watched as a bag was flung backwards and away from the two females squaring up against each other. Her shorter stature did not diminish her threatening vibe, she had taken down Lucifer who was taller and stronger than this willowy merle collie, Argul who had been cunning and wiley while recovering from giving birth and lack of food, Jace had no doubts as to the extent of her own strength, it would be enough to seriously and most likely fatally injure this woman even if Jace might suffer fatal wounds herself, her height gave her an advantage of being able to duck out of the way. Nevertheless as a shorter dagger was pulled from under the skirt of the dress and the collie woman sunk back into a crouch she readjusted her grip on the six inch hunting knife so that the blade pointed upwards and out, if Désirée launched forwards then Jace's hand would shoot up and the collie wolf would impale herself onto the hunting knife, her stance too was altered so that her centre of gravity was lowered and she would not be pushed off balance so easily. Her own tan dipped tail echoed the moved of the other, raising to exert her own dominance, fur bristled all over her body and down her spine, hackles raising and lips pulling back to show off her own sharp dagger like teeth, deep rumbling growl resonating out from between canines that hardly needed a reason to maim and kill. Bend doggish ears pulled back against her skull to present her anger in more than just one sense. Time froze as the two faced and postured, neither backing down and the longer they stayed motionless the more likely it seemed that one of them would break it and a fight would be imminent. Underneath her Roran twitched and attempted to stand though failed. The other woman was the first to back down, wrinkled lips falling and fur settling Jace felt the spark of triumph run through her although later she would think over her actions and realise just how truly foolish and hasty she had acted. Eyes of ice blue and tree sap amber narrowed suspiciously when the others weapon fell to her side as though trying to gauge if this was a fake tactic to get her to lower her own weapon before attacking. Brown splashed audits pushed upwards slightly, teeth were re covered, fur laid flat and she cocked her head from side to side a few times sizing the other up before her own tail waved tentatively in the air behind her. Humans of the past would have recognised this complex dance of bodies as stranger dogs met each other with aggression and then cautious curiosity once a threat had been negated. She flinched when the other woman spoke, not expecting noise of word after their display of body language, and listened to the woman. Désirée explained that she was a warrior of AniWaya and Jace grimaced, now realising what a foolhardy and wasteful fight it would have been between the two defenders, each trying to protect their pack from the other in a futile battle to the death. Patience was displayed as the Ayastigi told of the story of her and Roran's meeting in Halifax, and their blood workings. Pained expression crossed her face as she wondered why her son had not come to her if he had wished to shift, eyes leeching of anger and blood lust fell to him as he rose from the floor, spouting words of a blood sister. Concern now colored her face as he dropped to the floor limply and she fell to her knees besides him, feeling for a pulse and temperature, her weapon was dropped to the floor uselessly and she exposed her back to the Aniwaya, if the collie woman wanted to attack and kill Jace now then Jace would have no protection or defense but the hybrid mutt had no thoughts of fighting while her son lay twitching and ill on the floor. While she worked she returned her own information back to the warrior at her back. "I am Jace Wolfe, Praeas of Phoenix Valley, I am the guardian and protector over all my pack mates and one rank below our Patriarch, I do not wish to fight you but I would to defend my family, I will not apologize for my violent entrance no matter how ill thought out it was... and yes I do remember my own first shift but never did I drop to the floor and pass out. If you want to help then stay, if not then please leave me to tend my son."A mother's head and heart now replaced that of the guardian and protector. .Jace-Poison2 p {padding:0px 10px 10px 10px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .Jace-Poison2 b {color:#753726; text-shadow:#753726 0px 0px 4px;} .Jace-Poison2-b {width:361px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto; font-family: verdana; font-size:12px;} .Jace-Poison2-header {font-family:tempus sans itc, serif; color:#753726; text-shadow:#753726 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:15px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .Jace-Poison2-ooc {font-family:vivian; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .Jace-Poison2 {background-color:#edd9b8; padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #FFFFFF; font-family: trebuchet ms; font-size:12px; color:#000000; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:14px; width:359px; text-align:justify; background-image:url(http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/38/jace2.png); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; padding:10px 0px 200px 0px; } </style> |
