It's time to say good bye.

Nella- The sky was threatening once again. A thin, waning cresent, the moon hung low, almost hidden behind the stormy sky. She was pacing the borders. There was an electricity in the air that called to her, pulled at her. She wanted to be moving again. To find the one she'd been looking for. She'd waited and the woman had never shown up. Was she going to? Nella didn't know. Of the four boys, only two were left in the pack. Noah and Apollo. A sound, and Nella looked up. there, on the borders was a white form. Nella stood gracefully. "Hello?"

Deuce- The weather ws getting on her nerves. She hadn't had time to come see her children. In fact, she had almost been afraid that Lucifer would meet her at the borders and escort her away. Even after the other night, she was afraid of that. A black form loomed nearby, and a woman's voice called out. Deuce shifted her pack, full of books and gifts for the pups, a gift for Naniko, and some other items, and called out. She was aware she was breaking a rule here, but she wanted to see her children. "My name is Deuce, I'm from Phoenix Valley. I'm here to see my sons."

Nella- Nella's heart sped up as she studied the approaching woman. Tall, slender, white fur and bi-colored eyes like her own. And then her words onfirmed her question. Deuce. The white woman she'd been looking for. Nella approached slowly. "Deuce Rhiannon?"

Deuce- Deuce studied the approaching woman. Something about her reminded her of her adopted father. At the dark lady's question, Deuce nodded. "Yes," she confirmed. Her heart sank. Had the pack been warned to keep her away from the lands? She missed her sons, she wanted to see them soon.

Nella- She stopped a few feet away and really studied the femme. And then she spoke. "I am Nella Fantasia. I've been on a quest for many a year now to find you, sister. Our father, Taliesin Dir, passed away. My mother followed him just days after. My mother thought you needed to know." She watched her negative image to see what her reaction would be.

Deuce- She cocked her head, studying the woman. So that was why she looked so familair. Not only that, but she was wearing Taliesin's talisman. And then her words sunk in. Her father was dead. Deuce felt an overwhelming burst of fresh sorrow, as sharp as on the day she'd been forced to leave the Tribe. And this Nella was his daughter. "I'm sorry for your loss, Nella."

Nella- The dark woman nodded. "I've long accepted it, Deuce. For me the grief is healed. For you it has just began." She slipped the talisman off her neck and handed it to Deuce. "I want you to have this, Deuce. It was-"

Deuce- Deuce inturrupted the woman speaking. "It was his. A symbol of his position as Baird." She looked to her newly discovered sister uncertainly. Are you sure? When Nella nodded, Deuce added it to her collection of necklaces. Now the talisman joined the pentagram and hemitite necklaces. On an impulse, Deuce threw her arms around her sister and hugged her.

Nella- The dark woman was startled, but hugged Deuce back. Then she led her to her den, where they could sit and talk, learning about one another. They would spend the entire night speaking of things long past, and of things to come.
