"The lights, they shine so bright"

It still took a little adjusting. The patterned male sat still on fallen log within the forest, red eyes looking away at nothing as his mind roamed endlessly in his skull. Yes things have changed and some for the better, while others have not been so kind to them. Them. They are all a pack now, Jac,Leroy,Haven,Svara,Firefly, and Ruri. One could say sorry to him for what happened to Svara, it was sad that she was attacked but Leroy is not going to take pity for their mateship ending. Svara has recovered her memories that alone with her life takes a great weight off his chest, though Leroy however stubborn or loyal he is knows full well is would be easier without her. But that is it, that though is what he don't like. She hurts him because he let her in though Leroy forgot how young she is, and she needs to explore and have her fun with life. That won't keep Leroy away from her after all they'll be roomies.

A small smile pulled on his maw at the thought, it is still weird to think about it but soon enough it'll be fine. All in all this allows him to enjoy himself as well. A chuckle rattled the hybrid's chest as he looked up at dark night, red eyes scanning the cloudy sky that let a booming thunder roll of it's tongue. Sighing Leroy should be in the packlands but he left for more supplies, taking a small trip here wouldn't hurt anything at the moment. Leroy will be home my tomorrow afternoon, bringing home another meal will keep anyone from whining.

"Everything smells so nice.." Deep voice spoke to himself as the beginning of the rain began to fall, the cold feeling barely falling on the husky's head. Smiling he was glad that his stuff was put under the tree, at least the amount of water that would fall on it wont be as bad. Moving forward Leroy let his head become wet from the rain, his spiky hair becoming a shaggy mess as he turned away. Stepping over the log he pushed his bag as he lowered himself, Leroy's black and white body laid beside the log and closer to the tree. "what will become of us.." Leroy talked to himself, he wondered what will happen to their pack. Haku needed to be dealt with but a full on attack would bring war and war is out of the question. Sighing the male closed his eyes as he rested on his bag, not the softest of pillows but it would do. Another thunder rolled loudly making his ear flicker as he breathing in the sweet smell of the trees.
