Little black harpy

Garnet had finally grown older, a month to be exact, but it had felt like forever. Especially since both her parents seemed to slowly become scarce, then disappear altogether. Garnet did not mind for she was used to such disappearances, and seemed to manage fine on her own. Of course she always had her brother and sister to keep her company; or more like to pick on, and there was always her half siblings to look out for her whenever she could find the time to come across them.

It seemed the little black harpy had other things in mind though, and got it in her mind to constantly explore off on her own, oblivious to any dangers that might be lurking around any corner. Of course she thought herself bigger and badder then any dangers.. or at least just a little more sadistic. She was sure a description of how she would gut them, and slowly tear them apart piece by piece while there was still air left for them to breath would make any coyote, or even wolf, turn tail and run. It seemed today Garnet would be heading west, her dark form soon shadowed by the trees overhead as she left sand for soil, and rock for tree.

It wasn't long until the young Massacre grew tired, and her red eyes flashed as she looked about for a good place to rest. She soon found a small packed down area beneath a rather ominous looking tree and settled herself before it, the only thing showing through the thick shadows the glint of her two white tear drops, and menacing crimson eyes. Of course who would think this cute four month old menacing? A small smile lit up her face.

Hybrid moved quickly through the lightly forested West of Inferni, dodging the small trees and prickly bushes that were all hidden by a light dust of snow. He was glad for once that Inferni territory was so sparse, for it made it much easier to hunt small game. He had found what resembled a marmot wandering around the grounds, most likely expecting spring to jump out and surprise it. Unfortunately for the marmot, it seemed as though Hybrid had been the one to do that.

He snarled as he pursued the creature and increased his speed, tired of this game. He rounded around a uncharacteristically large tree and pounced on the smaller creature. He caught the marmot between his teeth and held it firmly with his claws. He bit down and yanked, spitting out some fur and part of the creature's eyeball. The creature made high-pitched wails as he held it down, snickering as it thrashed. She spat out some more fur, turning his head to the side as he did so. There was someone watching him. A puppy that seemed to blend right in with the shadows was only a few centimetres away. Amused, he grinned viciously toward the puppy, wondering if this might be one of his half-siblings. The red eyes were not fairly common, and the child might have been one of the few Naloxone had brought with him. "Hey there, snookums," he greeted the other with a cruel cackle.
