I want something good to die for
Tammi and her Hybrid. <3

To make it beautiful to live
She had finally gotten some sleep and she awoke that morning without anything disturbing her peaceful sleep. The entire last month had brought her more worry and sleepless nights than she ever had. Her two children were curled up over each other and tucked in comfortably between her backlegs and stomach. They had taken a liking to that place considering it was the warmest spot on her body. Faolin opened her red eyes and blinked a couple times, she let her pink tongue slide out from her muzzle in an effort to yawn. She quickly closed them again and gave her head a shake. Her black nose worked out that Gabriel was close, but not within a few yards of the den. She guessed he was growing more comfortable at being able to leave her with their children alone, nobody had dared attack the queen and her young. The sunshine streak down through the den and she thought it would be a perfect day to take her two babies out and show them the world.

Faolin dipped her muzzle towards the two and squeezed it between them trying to nudged them both awake. They had grown so much! "Rise and shine sleepy heads!" she purred with amusement and slowly but surely they came to, yawning and whining. Talitha crawled from over top her brother and slumped back against Faol's chest. The queen rasped her tongue over the young girl's head and soon enough the little girl opened those big blue eyes that would soon change color with time. For now they had carried those baby blues, and mottled pelts. All would soon change into colors more than likely mimicking that of either Faolin's or Gabriel's or a mixture of both.

Rising to her feet, Faolin gave Ezekiel another nudged and he rolled over onto his back, stretching out his tiny paws between his back legs before opening his eyes, grinning up at his mother. "I think today would be a good day to explore outside!" Faolin said, nudging the two pups towards the den entrance. They stumbled out and over each other trying to get to the entrance first. The red queen ducked and over took the two before reaching the entrance. Her tail swished back and forth over her back and when she reached the mouth the sun hit her full on and made her pelt glisten in all its glory. Red eyes turned back to the two pups who were waddling their way out. Talitha had quickly learned how to use her nose and was sniffing around like mad Ezekiel behind her in pursuit. The red lady laughed at the pair and shook her head. Keeping a good eye on the two Faolin dropped back down to the ground and stretched out along the cool earth. The snow had finally started to melt, and there was not much of it around the den for them to get into. It was warm enough outside they would not catch a cold, but she would not keep them out here for too long in fear of them getting sick.

Puppies. Disgusting little creatures, unable to do anything on their own or fend for themselves. It took all the will of the parents, and sometimes the clan, just to keep them alive. All that were grown had been a puppy once, but it did not make them any more likable. Hybrid despised puppies, and the fact that Faolin had them. A female and a male - together - was what had created those hellish little creatures. It was so wrong and natural. It made him sick.

And there they were. His sister's little bundles of doom, running about and carrying out normal functions. From the look on Faolin's face, the mere fact that they could smell seemed to be of great joy. Either that or she had not been outside of her den in a long, long time and it was starting to go to her head. Hybrid snickered at the thought, wondering how long ago his sister had gone crazy. She wasn't sane - no one could be sane to deliver puppies. He winced at the thought, profoundly glad he was male and incapable of producing such things.

He trotted over to where his sister was, a sneer on his face and a frown to follow. "So sister, what are your plans? Rearing the next generation of soldiers?" He jerked his head at the puppies frolicking about a few metres away. "I hope you don't disappoint."
