Sepirah was still settling into her life in Inferni, but life was good. She lived near her grandmother and getting the attention she craved from her. Some things were not so great. Her brother still wasn't around and she had yet to see her father. While it didn't bother her much, she always missed the company of her family. Yes Kaena was there but that was just one family member. Where were her siblings and her father? If only they stayed in Inferni near her. Only then would she not have to spend her time running around searching for them.

Today was just another day for Sepirah. The two braids in her hair hung proudly. While picking out her home, she asked for her grandmother to give her a couple like the old she wolf had. They were not as easy to see since her fur was so dark, but she felt it was nice to try and be like her grandmother. As the dark princess was waking up, she looked out of her new home, the sun burning high. It looked like she slept in today. Once the sun was burning in her eyes, she knew it was time to get up and explore. Once the jackel raised herself to her feet, she stretched out her limbs and headed outside. Inferni was a wonderful place but today, she didn't exactly feel like staying so close to home. Today was a day to go out and look. Knowing her father was not in Inferni, he could be anywhere. If Sepirah didn't go searching, she'd never find him.

This day's search took her to the Oasis at Fellmoor Swamp. The swamp itself was not the most appealing place, but the oasis was a much nicer place. It wasn't too wet and the hues contrasted greatly with her darkened fur. She had to admit that the brightness of the place lightened up her golden eyes. Now that she had made her way here, it was time to begin her search. Some things were too obvious not to even check, so she checked near trees to see if any of them had been used as dens. If so then she would crawl into them and sniff around, hoping they left the faint scent of her father or her brother.

He liked decrepit things. He liked death and decay most of all, for he was so destroyed internally. For years now, it seemed, he’d been wandering the face of the earth in solitude—well, physical solitude, for within his head resided hundreds, if not thousands of spectral shapes that accompanied him and ensured that he never remembered his true state of loneliness. He came from a long, extended family. He shouldn’t be so alone, and yet he was. He rebelled against even them—outsiders in the normal scheme of things—casting himself as the antihero—the villain—in even his own self-made tragedy. He was one pathetic piece of work. The swampland was wretched, and thus lovely to him. The burned, poisoned land within brought glee to his damaged soul, eliciting a wicked expression as he slogged through the mess as slowly and tentatively as one wading through molasses. He was bathed in mud and green slime, yet uncaring. Once he’d cared. Once he’d been as vain and arrogant as any prince should be, but he’d since fallen away, straight into apathy. He was better off there, rotting in the dark recesses of some internal pit he’d dug with his own bloody claws. He’d always been a worthless prince anyway.

Crawling onto a solid path of ground he detected a scent beneath the overpowering odor of rot and swamp. Slinking toward the distant figure, he clawed his way up onto the exposed roots of some tree where he perched, crouched like some spectral bird of prey silently observing with blood-red eyes. Long, dank hair hanging down across his features, masking him and his scars behind an unkempt veil, he spoke out once his thoughts had slowly gathered within his head. “Sepirah,” he croaked in a jagged tone, for he had briefly known them in the short time before they’d departed into the distance and before he’d destroyed their mother. It wasn’t as though there were any ideal dynamics between any of them. Nails sinking into the wood, his gaze narrowed. It had been some time since he’d last seen any of them. He’d given them to Kaena, and that was the extent of his fatherly duties. Kaena would love them, and Kaena would adore them. He was nothing more then a sperm donor in essence and purpose. He’d only have shaped them toward his own wicked purposes anyway had he spent the time.

So tired XD. WC: 308 {3 points}

So far Sepirah wasn't having any luck finding him. Her father seemed to be an illusive one. All her attempts to find him and never once did he turn up. A soft sigh passed through the jackel's lips as she sat back and began to grrom herself. She wondered what her father would be like once she found him. It had been a while since she had seen her father so she barely remembered what he was like. After taking a break she looked around a bit more, still nothing coming out. The dark princess was just about to give up and go home. It didn't look like he was around here so there was no use continuing to look. This was terrible. Now she would have to go home feeling defeated because of another day with no results.

As Sepirah was beginning to make her way back, she paused and turned her head around. She was sure she heard someone calling out her name. So someone was here after all but who could it have been? There was no trace of her father so it couldn't have been him, but then who was it? Sepirah didn't think there was anyone else who she knew besides her grandmother. Another sigh emitted from her mouth as she began to follow the voice. Once she found its source, there was a tan colored coyote standing there, about the same color as her brother. Could this... could this coyote be the one she's been searching for. If it was, maybe she could convince him to come back with her. All their family was in Inferni so why not have him come back? Then again, she couldn't plan unless this really was her father. The dark princess inched closer and looked to him with her golden orbs. "Father? Father is that you?"
