Sepirah was feeling rather lonely. It had been what seemed like forever since she last saw Caillen and the only thing she had to remember of him was the scarf she constantly wore. She only took it off when she was sleeping so she did not ruin it. The dark princess could not stop thinking about the male that was stealing her heart away. She wondered if she would ever run into him again. If she did, she wanted to make sure she had something to give to him to show how much she missed him all this time. She wondered what would be the perfect gift to give to him. Perhaps something he could wear. She spent a good deal of time looking around the pack lands for something she could use. The jackal always came up empty handed. She emitted a soft sigh as she felt herself wandering around the borders for something she couldn’t even find.

Sepirah decided it was time to finally just go looking for the male. Even if she didn’t have something to give to him, it would meant he world to her to be able to see her dear friend again. The dark princess headed towards the forest of nod and out of the Inferni territory. She did not have his scent nor even knew if he was here in the Inferni area. She wondered if he was thinking about her as much as she was thinking about him. The jackal wandered around trying to find anything that would show Caillen was in the area. She padded along softly just in case there were others around. She was still not sure what to think if an Inferni member caught her being with the handsome dog. The dark girl stopped and sat in between the trees as she lowered her head and thought about her fantasy.

It had been a while since he had spent time with the russet-hued woman from Inferni, but Caillen had been lingering around the borders for some time now. Just why he remained, the male was not sure - If Talitha had wanted to return for him, surely she would have by now? Perhaps there were greater problems than he in the coyote hotbed.

Regardless, the male had secretly sought out another form that had become very dear to him. The ebony Lykoi lady had left no trails where he had wandered, though, and the giant wolfdog was beginning to lose hope that he would find her. It was strange that the women from the pack lured him so, when it was he that represented their enemy; surely, if other members from Inferni had found him lurking around, the situation would have been far more dire.

The thought of violence at the borders had kept Caillen away, well-hidden for the most part. The abundance of slush from the snowfall had stolen away his rich scent, and made him almost impossible to track throughout the dense forestland.

It was pure luck, in fact, that he stumbled on the footprints of the midnight-hued woman. Not daring to believe his luck, the gentle giant padded after the fading trail, and it was not long before he stumbled upon her. Sepirah was seated at the foot of a tree, but he recognised her instantly. His breath caught in his throat, and slowly the Wolfdog emerged. He still wore the deep blue scarf she had given him, so long ago it seemed.

"Sepirah? It cannae be... Is it ye?" Accented tone seemed rather rusty from a lack of use. Apart from Talitha, it had been a long time since he had spoken to someone.

Sepirah sighed as she sat there. She really didn’t like to wait and wondered if she should just give up on her search. She wanted to but then the image of Caillen came into her head. She could not help but smile to the picture of his figure and pretty blue eyes. The dark princess could not wait to finally meet him. She wagged her tail to the thought, but then opened her eyes. She folded her ears down as she knew she was only imagining him being there with him. The jackal looked down to the scarf that was given to her by him. She always wore it no matter where she went. For now it was all she had to the think of him. Speaking of which, how could she really be thinking about him this much? Was it possible that she was really beginning to fall for him in a more serious matter? The dark girl shook her head gently as she tried to get the thought out of her head and wait to see if the male would show up.

Sepirah paused as she heard Caillen’s voice behind her, though at first she didn’t believe it. She thought it was just the wind playing another trick on her. She could not stand the torture of waiting so much that now her mind was making things up. She turned around to look just to make sure she wasn’t crazy and it was just the wind. The dark princess nearly froze when she say that it was really him standing there. She could feel the rush of excitement returning to her as she continued to stare at him. So many emotions filled her head as she made her way over to the giant. The jackal could not help but reach her muzzle out to give him a gentle nuzzle. ”Caillen! I can’t believe it… you’re really here. I’ve missed you so much. It seemed like forever since I last saw you.”

For a moment, Caillen thought he was hallucinating. It had been a rough few weeks, and a lack of constant food had eaten away the plush layer of fat that had once sat glossily over his muscles, leaving his normally bulky frame leaner and scruffier. The ivory of his arms and throat and face was a dull gray from constant rubbing with dirty snow, the handsome dappling of his pelt was likewise. The once-prettyboy had very quickly become a survivor, and it showed in the way he held himself, the older set to his ice-blue eyes.

This same eyes, usually mirthful, were wary as they gazed at the black figure. It was not until her beautiful yellow gaze lifted to meet his own that the scraggly male finally allowed himself to believe. A huge smile split his maw, and giant incisors glinted at Sepirah, but there was not more room for words before the young woman had bounded to her feet. She had the same beautiful agility as he remembered, and in the blink of an eye her ebony body was nearer to his own. He wanted, almost desperately, to reach out and pull her into his arms - Talitha had been the only other intelligent creature he had seen in many weeks, and he craved the contact, more to know if she was real than anything else.

Instead, the beautiful jackal reached out to nuzzle him slightly, and the urge to hug her doubled. As with most urges, Caillen was quick to hold it in check, not wanting to embarrass himself or to scare her away. "Oh, Sepirah... It hae bin too long, much too long. How are ye? Are ye well?" He glanced at her anxiously, eyes dazzled by the woman's form. They were both older than when they had last met, and it seemed Sepirah's beauty had grown. There was something intoxicating about Infernian women, and Caillen was kept constantly under their spell.
