Another day to strengthen thineself
#1
Upon taking the vow to protect his mother from further harm, Roran had quickly busied himself with custom work out regimes. Whether it be running for miles without end, or pulling large peices of wood long distance. He would do anything in his power to make hismelf stronger so that he might protect his mother. The day was nice and sunny, there wasn't a cloud in the open blue sky. The waters of the many rivers and streams ran blue and shining in the sun.

If one looked around a certain riverback however, they would see something a little odd. On the bank of a rather decently sized stream sat a large white wolf. Though he looked to be perhaps 2 years of age, he was actually barely over 9 months. This wolf was Roran, he was a playful male who enjoyed the simple pelasures in life. He was caring and passionate, and very clever and wise for his age.

He sat there looking at his reflection in the calm blue water, turning his head to look at himself. "Well, i certainly have grown" He says to himself. This was his day off from his work outs, and he wanted to see if he could perhaps make a new friend. He shook off some dirt from his coat so that it shown brightly in the sunlight. He threw his head back and let out a long loud howl, one of searching, and of greetings.

lol blast from the past table

J'adore trotted along in his lithe Lupus form. The sun lit up the dark shading on his back so that instead of the black most susumed it to be, it showed up in it's true dark brown color. Tan paws made there way along side a little stream, glowing from the bright sun. The Spaniard was happy like this, the day had been calm, his fire tending duties finished with fairly early that morning and J'adore found himself with little else to do but walk.

He soon came across another male, a lot younger than J'adore himself but still looking older than he probably was. 'Hola' came his bright greeting. The Spaniard wasn't as tall as most wolves, nor as muscled. He had not need to be, but he was fit, he had an athletic body and a nice set of muscles, but he did not over do it. Fire Tending required muscles to shift the fire wood. He had also cut his pelt fur shorter to keep himself cool when he worked close to the fire.

Moving closer he joined the younger male and sat on the bank, not too close however, he did not want to bother the male if he wanted to be alone.

He sat there looking out over the glistening water for a while. He didn't notice the other male approaching and jumped slightly when he spoke. He spun around and overshot where he wanted to look, quickly correcting his angle he then looked at the male. By the look of him he was a little older than himself, and he definatly wasn't of Pheonix Valley, though he didn smell slightly familiar. Seeing that the other male meant no harm he sat down and cocked his head to the side, smiling broadly. "Greetings" He says in a cheerful voice, his tail wagging behind him.

OOC here!

J'adore smiled, 'It's a lovely day, isn't it?' The Spaniard leant down and lapped up a mouthful of water. His eyes surveyed the bank opposite him. It had been a great honor to see the world effloresce again after that dreadful snowstorm. Spring had returned to the land and J'adore had used his skills to help craft an brilliant tribute to his tribe. The fire keepers of the pack had grouped together (Though there were only two of them) and created a bone tree for the spring sacrifice.

Bringing his head back up from the water, he flicked his tongue around, clearing any loose beads of water away. White eyes searched the sky for a certain falcon spirit, but no Ptitsa was nowhere to be seen. It had been a few days since he had saw his guide. She had been there at the spring ceremony, watching J'adore muck up terribly in his speech. She had been there after, giving him words of some congradulations on his somewhat relevant rambling.
