Lil' power-play with Matt on Bran, tell me if you want it changed. c: Forward dated the twenty-fourth. Hmm, not too fond of this post.

It amazed him how he was actually able to convince the little fellow to some along with him, simply amazed. He never thought of himself as good with words, but apparently he was good enough to get where he was this evening. Bran in tow with the lad sitting on his back, of course the boy wasn't actually riding, Heavens no! Bran was a testy horse and letting the fragile looking boy take the reins would have been risky business, thus there he was leading the stallion like a man giving out free pony rides to children.

He'd only been to Halifax once, and that was by pure dumb mistake, so actually finding the correct route to the city was ever hard. It felt they were on the right track, though, as some things slowly started to look familiar and he hoped that they just weren't going in circles. Getting lost, that'd just be the last thing he needed. Oddly enough, he felt rather excited to be doing this. The only other canine he ever been to places with was his mother, and that only got so fun, so being able to go somewhere with someone else was thrilling. Despite the wild thoughts of the little white man quietly slaying him in the city. Oh, the things one could imagine.

“Not to-too far, I think,” he spoke, finally.

“He thought,” more like, “I have no idea which way is left.” The brute rolled his eyes to himself and held back the urge to slap his palm to his face, he could so use one of those maps he used to use with his mother right about now. It was starting to get darker and he was starting to worry greatly, would they get there? Would they have to turn back and start early again tomorrow? He hoped not, that wouldn't be fun at all and just down right disappointing. As worried thoughts of wasting time clouded his mind replacing those of getting hurt, Bran let out a grunt. Sapping the giant to attention and making him focus on the path ahead, aha! The city was ahead and they were not lost! Kase smiled a bit, plans were always better when they worked out, weren't they?

It wasn't when the sound of hoof hitting pavement filled the air that he grew terribly excited, why he'd jump for joy if there someone present. The fact that he found the place on purpose was what excited him and when he thought of this he grew embarrassed, ears going back. He could be such a child sometimes.

“Ever been here before?”

Now, all there was to do was find the place. That couldn't be too hard, now could it?
