OOC: Ok, so this is the Third Night, she is passing through Dhalia de Mai lands and has obviously gotten herself high and had a bad reaction to some 'shrooms. She has been trespassing, on accident, for a while now because of her fucked up state of mind. Big Grin I've been sick and a bit out of it, so this might suck, but meh.

More rain. The fat droplets beginning to fall from the sky, starting off as a light shower that woke Tawny from her deep sleep. Already her fur was soaked through, the spot where she had been laying a little mud puddle and her legs covered in the Earth brown substance. It did a lot towards masking her scent towards other creatures, but it was itchy and really annoying after a while, so she took to hopping through puddles as she came across them. Surely it was an odd sight, the small wolf jumping in and out of the water playfully, making big splashes and snapping at the drops as they sprayed around her body.

After a while of playing games, she calmed down, satisfied that the mud was gone, and began walking like a normal, stable wolf. It wasn’t long before she realized that she’d actually been walking for a long time already, her puddle jumping having taken quite a bit of time.

Her tummy was starting to growl, unhappy with the fact that she had skipped eating anything the day before. Although she knew that the plants in the forest could possibly be poisonous, she knew it would be a while before she had the chance to eat any meat. Whenever she came across mushrooms, she’d sniff at them and lick to check and make sure the taste was decent. Only a few times did she yelp from a sting on her tongue, shaking her head violently and licking at the bark on a tree to get the taste and pain to go away. It did not take long for her to come to the conclusion that mushrooms were probably not the best thing to snack on while all alone in the forest.

Her head became foggy and she found it hard to see straight, paws doing a little dance with each step she tried to take. Her face felt numb, tongue lolling out from the side of her mouth, drool pooling and dripping down onto the leaves below as she struggled to move along. It was hard to keep going, but she refused to stop just because she was having some kind of reaction to the things she had eaten.

Though she did stop a few times for breaks and to attempt sticking her head into puddles to slurp up some of the water, Tawny decided to keep pushing on no matter how many times she tripped and fell or ran into trees. By the time her stomach was hungry again, she was having little fits and bursts of laughter at the smallest things. A bug would be crawling over a leaf and she’d burst out laughing for no apparent reason, somehow finding it to be unbearably funny.

Despite the reaction, her determination to keep moving was a very good thing and she moved another few miles across the territory. Once the mushrooms had worn off and she was able to function properly again, she could smell the scent of other wolves all over the place. The sun had already fallen below the ocean and gone to sleep, leaving her wandering in the dark along the borders of pack lands, not somewhere that she wanted to be. The scent just kept getting stronger, no matter what direction she moved in and she realized that she was already within the borders, trespassing on territory that was not her own. Fear clutched at her body and she froze up, heart beating wildly in her chest, the blood pumping too hard and her breathing coming way too fast to be healthy. Within a minute of panicking she slumped over and was out like a dead fire.

Axelle tip toed through the lands of Dahlia de Mai, trying NOT to get caught again. She was just almost at the border when she noticed a wolf, not of Dahlia de Mai, stumbling through the wet grass. Axelle decided to follow her, knowing the feeling of being ‘fucked up’ before, and wanted to see if she was alright. Axelle followed her quietly for some time, deeper into the pack lands, but not planning on staying there for too long. The other hadn’t seem to notice her at all, and Axelle wasn’t even trying to be quiet. Then, all of a sudden, the other collapsed. She looked dead, and Axelle rushed over to her.

Are you okay? She questioned, but she didn’t get an immediate response. Axelle looked over her body, and saw that she was breathing rather rapidly, and her heart beat sounded loudly. She nudged the female’s shoulder with wolf paws, hoping not to scare her too much. Then Axelle sat back so she wouldn’t be looming over the female. She must’ve had a bad trip, or something.

heeey guys! I just wanted to ask; Is Tawny going to be joining Dahlia de Mai? If so, will she also be moving with them to InH? They leave in the next few days so we'll get this done very quickly <33 Also, sammy, excuse Saul's reaction to Axelle- he's grumpy today.

They were leaving. Dahlia de Mai was no more. Nayru had made that clear in the meeting two days ago that they would be leaving within the next few days. Colours had been shown at that meeting- Nayru's sister wasnt coming nor was the newest family in Dahlia- Krystalle had spoken up with scorn of Nayru's idea and had left shortly after. In retrospect, the male hadnt been massively keen on the idea. But after the meeting, walking through the lands of Dahlia, he had found so little that he really wanted to hold on to. All his family were going- Saluce, Gideon, Nayru, little Wretch. Even the little german puppy Verloren was coming along, and Saul thought her very brave for doing so. But the agouti male also knew that these were his last few days in Dahlia. They were leaving soon and those staying behind would go their separate ways. He had no idea what Krystalle and her pups were going to do, or where they were going to go. But the rest of them were going.

Still, the male couldnt help patroling. It was in his veins to protect his pack, even if the foundations of his pack were crumbled and broken. They would make new foundations, new friends with those from Phoenix Valley accompanying them up into the mountains. Still, his fourlegged form moved with speed and precision around the borders of his home for so long. Sure, he would miss it. But there were more adventures to be had, more people to meet... just more. Dahlia was broken, its spirit llost. And there was no point in flogging a dead horse. So as he made one of his final trips around Dahlia's borders, he allowed himself to say goodbye to the landmarks he greeted each morning on his runs.

A voice came to him and he was immediately on alert. He paused, his body automatically dropping into a stalking crouch. As he came into veiw, green eyes saw two figures. Both did not belong to Dahlia. One lay on the floor, clearly asleep or passed out. And the other pawed at the first. The black and white female smelled strongly of Anathema and the Dahlian male wondered why on earth she was scouting around the borders of a place not her home. For this reason, the male allowed a warning growl to grace his vocals as he came to a stop in front of the black and white Anatheman. "You appear to be trespassing on Dahlian lands. You need to leave now." He said this calmly, but there was clear authority in his voice. She needed to go home, back to her own pack. And Saul needed to do something about the passed out wolf in his borders.

Tawny was having the weirdest dream. The mushrooms must have really been messing with her brain, because within a few moments of passing out she was seeing all kinds of shit. Flashbacks of her birth pack, her mother and father and the three other wolves that she had forgotten all about over the months she’d been gone. Seeing them brought a great sadness over the female’s mind and she despaired, knowing that she was asleep and wanting to wake up to get out of the hell that was her past. Nothing she did was working, though, and the images only got brighter and harder to turn away from.

”Tawny, you will not be eating anything today, get away from me.” Her mother’s voice was cold and disgusted, the dark wolf staring down at the pup with an angry look in her sky blue eyes. The little bundle of fur crouched down and whimpered softly, tail tucking tightly between her legs, wondering what she had done wrong this time…

This was the first time she had ever changed shapes before. The feeling of her bones and flesh shifting to create a new body was weird, but not painful. Her multi-colored fur was now covering a larger, two legged body with long arms and hands with opposable thumbs. Time to go exploring… ”What the hell are you doing!?” A strike to the face, knocking her to the ground; Tawny curled up into a little ball, hiding from the abuse, her body falling back into lupine form easily. More blows rained down over her frame, bites and hit smashing into her already tender flesh. “You will never take that form again; ever…do you hear me?”…

Her body was twitching wildly, heavy panting and whimpers falling from her throat as she tried to escape the memory dreams. The little nudge to her shoulder helped a lot, and within time she was able to shake the ‘shroom induced stupor away. Blinking her dark blue eyes open, she saw two wolves standing practically over her body and immediately went into defense mode. Scrambling up, she stumbled away from them, her body still numb in some places. Pathetic little growls and snarls came from her jaws, lips curled as she tried to look menacing, despite her terrified, shaking form.

The out cold female hadn’t awakened, or responded. Axelle looked at her with concern and watched her for a few more moments before another approached. Caught, again. She cursed to herself before looking up at the male. I’m sorry, sir. I was around in the area and I saw her stumbling around. I followed her to make sure she was okay. Obviously not and good thing I followed. Would you need any help before I make my departure? Just as she said it, the female scrambled up with snarls and growls. Axelle just watched her, making sure she wasn’t going to come forth and attack. She stood up, and asked again, ”Are you alright?” She hoped this time she would actually get an answer. Axelle backed away slightly, since they were all kind of close to each other. She gave each of them some breathing room. She felt the need to explain herself to the female, ”I’m Axelle, and also not supposed to be here. I saw you stumbling around and felt the need to follow you. I have some experience while being on drugs, and it’s not fun all the time.” Axelle watched the female with concerned eyes, and this was a rarity since she didn’t really care for anyone else’s problems. Drugs were a serious matter, though. They are capable of contorting reality into something scary.

Her eyes left the female for a split second, while returning to the Dahlian male next to them. She wondered what he would do to ease the situation. It was nothing she could do, since he was pushing her to leave. She didn’t want to leave knowing that she could’ve helped the female, but she couldn’t now because this wasn’t her pack. She would leave as soon as the female answered. That would satisfy her enough. She was sure the male wouldn’t admit to needing help from an outsider, so she would be on her way soon.

Saul looked towards the black and white female, green eyes narrow. It was irrational for him to be thinking along these lines- they were moving within the next few days and the territory would no longer be theirs. It was open for claim, although their scents would remain in the lands for months to come. Still, they were still together in Dahlia despite their inevitable move and Saul still had the mentality that this was his land. And what she was doing on it was anybodies guess. Still, the male was never a confrontational wolf and he didnt growl or snarl at her. Still, cinnamon ears perked forward to catch what she was saying. An apology first of all, as was expected. And then an explanation for why she was here. Of course, if she'd seen the loner stumbling along the borders, she perhaps should have stopped her coming further. But there was nothing they could do about that now- both females were in here trespassing. And while the white and black female would be leaving very shortly, the tawny female needed some medical attention or at the very least some basic care. Saul nodded his head softly.

"My apologies for being rude. Thank you for your help and your concern with this female, its greatly appreciated. But I can handle it from here- she will be safe in the care of Dahlia de Mai."

His dismissal was polite but firm- there was no doubt with either of them that he was serious. Of course, the little female had decided to use the lapse in silence to wake up. And she reacted immediately to the two wolves looming over her. Leaping to her paws she backed up, growling and snarling, but it was weak and the male could see that the female was still under the effects of whatever she'd taken. Before Saul could say a word, the second intruder launched in with words that were only going to confuse her. The female already was in a foreign land with a member of said land in front of her. And if he started asking the questions he needed to ask her, with the black and white female talking over him or asking different questions, she was going to get too confused. So as the black and white female stopped speaking, Saul gave her a pointed look.

"Thank you for your assistance, you may leave now."

He spoke more firmly than before and although the agouti male was never going to get aggressive, there was certain threat behind his voice that made it clear to her that he might. For back up he allowed his hackles to rise and his ears to flatten, although his lips remained closed over his fangs. She needed to leave now before he took more drastic action towards removing her from the lands. As a healer it was his job to treat these people, but Saul couldnt do anything with the other female here. Green eyes turned back to the tawny female with an encouraging smile on his lips, trying to make her see that he only wanted the Anatheman wolf to leave.

OOC: Not sure if I can do the points thing? But if I can...5 points.

Some of the words being spoken made her ears prick up slightly, but overall their speech was just a lot of noise, not making any sense in her mind. It had been so damn long since she’d had a real conversation with anyone, and the last words she’d spoken were to the silver wolf back before she began traveling. There was a small part of her brain that was pulling up the words and their meanings, but she was having an exceedingly hard time forming the sounds on her tongue, so she just stopped trying altogether. What was the point in talking when the others were focused mainly on each other?

When the two toned female turned and spoke to her, Tawny just tilted her head to the side and let the growling drop. It was pretty obvious that the other wolves were not going to hurt her, else it would have happened already, so her defense mechanisms were not needed. As they went back to talking, the little female could feel her stomach rolling and a burning in her throat. Right after she saw the male give her a smile, she whipped around and crouched down, emptying the contents of her stomach onto the ground near the tree she had been leaning against.

There wasn’t much there, just water, stomach acids, and a few little pieces of chewed up mushroom. Her stomach contracted a few times, causing her to stay there dry heaving for a while, feeling like she needed to get rid of more even though there was nothing left. It took a few moments, but she was able to get herself together and back away from the small pile of vomit, turning around and looking up at the other wolves with heavy lidded eyes. She was feeling much better now, no numbness and her dark blue eyes were clear instead of the blurry mess they had been. It was just exhaustion taking over this time. Without knowing what was going on around her, she had traveled much farther than she normally would have done, due to the effects of the mushrooms.

Making a few soft whimpering noises, she approached the others slowly, her tail between her legs and ears pressed back to her head. In a rare show of misguided affection, she walked up to the black and white female and nuzzled her shoulder, kind of a thank-you for making sure she was okay. After that, Tawny ambled over to the male and slid her dark body down to the ground, curling up in a little ball near his hind legs. This was her way of saying thanks and letting the male know that she knew he was of this pack’s lands and that she would trust him enough to help her out. She had nothing to lose but the rabbit skin satchel around her neck, and nobody would want the contents it contained, and her life meant little to nothing in the world she lived in. Why would it mean anything to these new wolves?

After hearing the annoyance in the Dahlian’s voice, she knew she must be leaving. She nodded to him, understanding. She began to back away when she saw the female lean over and throw up the contents of her stomach. Is this male SURE he can handle her? She thought to herself while watching the female with concern plain in her eyes. There was nothing she was going to do, and nothing she would try. Anything else she might try to do, and Axelle might as well ask to be attacked.

After the female was feeling better, she walked over to Axe and nuzzled her shoulder. Guessing the female couldn’t talk for some unknown reasons, she just smiled back. The female walked over to the Dahlian, and Axelle turned to leave. While walking away, she stopped and turned to look back at them for a last moment. The brute probably, hopefully knew what he was doing. So, she turned and bounded toward the borders.
