OOC:// Hiya. Smile

IC:// As the day drew on, Aysun in her explorations of Dampwoods had become hungry. Earlier in the day she had been scaring out and smelling all sorts of small animals, but the farther into the trees she got she found her luck failing. She growled softly to herself, traveling in Secui form. Her stomach growled softly in response and she glared at the offending organ. Tail lashing slowly she tried again to detect any source of food. Keeping her nose to the ground, ears swiveling she eventually picked up on the trail of a rabbit. Glancing up she spied the creature up ahead, crouched between some rocks, otherwise well camouflaged. She smirked. So far it hadn't seen her. Slipping behind a thicket of bushes she stalked silently towards her prey. She watched as the creature unknowingly took a little hop forward, nibbling some grass. Licking her maw she paused as it's ears lifted. Standing stock still, her paw lifted from the ground, she waited until the bunny relaxed before taking her chance.

With a snarl she leaped out and pounced the rabbit. With a shrill cry the animal crunched satisfyingly under her paws and went still. The sound echoed through the trees. Aysun gave a small sound of triumph in her throat and picked up the dead lagamorph in her powerful jaws and began to trot happily to a more secluded place to enjoy her meal. She settled at the base of a large tree. Tearing into the flesh, she felt her strength returning and her tail swayed slowly behind her. As she ate she let herself relax, she hadn't encountered a whole lot of trouble out here so she didn't expect it. But that didn't mean it wasn't out there. She kept one ear perked and tilted behind her as she ate, thinking only of finishing her meal and washing up afterwards. She was proud of her accomplishment, she wasn't about to let anything ruin that.

Ouija D'Angelo

Ouija traveled in optime form as per usual. And just as usual he was out and foraging. He knew that the seasons were soon to change and so it was getting to be amongst the last harvests that he would be able to conduct. He was trying to collect as much plant life as he possibly could. After all he didn't want to do what he had done last winter and suffer with only blood and dirt to color himself with. No, he was preparing dyes for when it came to be the time of no vegetation. That is why he was out now and collecting whatever it was that he could possibly find.

The sound of crunching bones ended up distracting him from his task. He picked the last few flowers from the batch that he was collecting from before he moved on to find the source of the sound. What he came across was something unlike he was used to seeing. Still it was a four legged creature even if it was a larger sort and that is what dictated his actions. "Certainly something that small couldn't be enough to keep hunger at bay." Not that he had a caribou hiding in his satchel either. He had some jerky but he doubted that would come in handy in this situation either. But what else was there to offer?

"So what brings you to hide out here all by yourself? Certainly someone with your appeal could easily just lay back and be waited upon. You should have sent some fawning male in order to take care of your needs so that you could just relax." Not that Ouija believed in strict heterosexuality but that seemed to be the case with most. The large, painted male was of the mindset that all needed love and affection not matter the gender or the species. He was entirely open with this sexuality and wasn't likely to limit himself. No doubt if the opportunity presented itself then he would have strayed outside of genus canis.

OOC:// Long post is long. Sorry! XD

It was unlikely indeed that the rabbit would actually fill her, but it would take the edge off at least. Aysun was used to living by the day of scraps of anything she could find. She was not at all accustomed to being pampered. As she devoured the last of the carcass she wondered what possible use she could be to her new pack. The alpha had asked her her skills and she had answered truthfully. She dabbled in just about everything basic but she needed a lot more training and practice. She couldn't help but feel a little like dead weight now. When she was on her own she had nobody to think of but herself. All that changed now.

The sudden voice ringing out behind her startled her, how had she not heard him coming? She whipped around, crimson staining her maw and growled a little, prepared to defend herself when her eyes were suddenly bombarded by colorful fur. The snarl faded swiftly and she blinked. Damn this male was colorful. Shaking her fur she stepped back and shifted into her Optime form. Sheepishly flicking a tattered ear Aysun regarded the stranger with a plain expression. "Certainly someone with your appeal could easily just lay back and be waited upon." Heat rose upon her cheeks in the form of a blush at his compliment and a small smile twitched in the corner of her maw. "You should have sent some fawning male in order to take care of your needs so that you could just relax." Aysun actually chuckled then, smirking slightly, already taking a bit of a liking to the rainbow pelted male. "Well you see, I don't have that luxury. I am new to these lands and have made little to no acquaintances." She admitted almost sadly. She bet she barely even smelled of her new pack yet.

Gosh she had so much to learn, so much to explore (yes, including her sexuality, but that wasn't exactly the first thing on her mind). Bright green eyes traveled lightly over the bright markings on the white canvas that was the other's fur. How did he get his fur those colors? Swaying her tail, fondling the emerald about her neck idly the brown femme tipped her head a little. "If you don't mind me asking, ...how did you get your fur to be like that?" She felt really stupid asking and folded her ears. The word Ezekiel had spoken upon seeing her rang in her head. Child. That's really all she was in most people's eyes. She hated the idea, she had proven countless time she could handle herself. In truth, she just needed someone to trust her, befriend her, teach her and if she got lucky love her. She knew she was a little more wild and naive then most. Her emotions were something that needed to be tamed or tempered. But at this point, the girl felt she was alone in the world. Suddenly, remembering her manners she spoke up again. "Oh, I'm Aysun by the way." She smiled softly, heat still present at her cheeks. She was not very smooth when it came to social interactions, that much was apparent.

Ouija D'Angelo

Ouija would most likely never fit inside a normal pack structure. He was used to something entirely different from that. His skills had served him well inside the cult that he came from but they didn't transfer well to other applications. Who, outside of the cult, could care that he made a gris gris and juju dolls? Now his tattooing and dying capabilities, as well as his tanning of hides, had been employed while away from the cult. So he wasn't entirely useless but the skills that he had obtained weren't being used to their fullest effect as of late. It was just something that he had to deal with though.

He gave a light nod of his head to her words. "Then I suppose that you will just have to give it time then. Certainly it shouldn't take too long." The flirty banter was continued on with. Why should he give it up when she had responded positively to it? She hadn't acted as if she had been bothered by it. And well if she was then he would stop. It was just within his nature to attempt to be charming. Everyone deserved to feel beautiful and as if they garnered interest so why shouldn't he show that? No matter the gender or species everyone deserved to be loved and that was the notion that Ouija acted upon.

He chuckled as she inquired after his coat. It was a question that he was used to getting to varying degrees. Some wanted to know why he did and others how he did it. Still there were some that were curios as to whether or not he could do the same for them. So yes, he was used to all sorts of questions surrounding his habits. "It is just various dyes that I have made an applied." He gave a rather generic answer. Not everyone knew about dying and so he didn't think any less of her for it. As was said previously it was a question that he was used to answering. After all he hadn't met too many others that did what he did. So he knew he was a curios sight.

He smiled and gave a dip of his head to her greeting. "Ouija." The name was given simply. Honestly he had never fretted over introductions. He met many that he didn't know the names of. It had just never occurred to him that it should be something important. So usually he actually forgot all about introducing himself. It just felt weird for him to always have to say his own name. But then again he was just used to the cult setting where everyone pretty much knew who the other was and introductions simply weren't needed at all. He never had seen the name as important as the one that it belonged to. After all he didn't recognize someone by a name but by seeing them once again. So he'd rather find out about the individual rather than stress over a name.

OOC:// Sorry for the wait. I'm still sick but just trying to get some posts in. x_X

IC:// Aysun, less than a month ago wouldn't have even dreamed of becoming part of a pack, she was just too distrusting and too mislead. She had been run away from packs for what she was in all of her travels and so had become bitter. Always had she been willing to learn and live under another if only that other had been willing to give her a chance. That only changed once she found Inferni. Sure it was still rough getting used to pack life and being looked down upon by others for being so new, but Aysun had to believe that in time all of that would change. Once she found her calling in life, she was sure to excel at it.

She smirked a little as he continued to compliment her, flirting. She figured that's what it was. It was rare anyone engaged in such playful banter with her. Most strangers she'd met were more content to try and harm her in some way. This male seemed different. It was a refreshing change of pace. Swishing her tail she giggled a little. "Are you saying I'm a male magnet?" She teased back lightly. Sure she'd had maybe one or two other males eyes on her at one point in her life, but they didn't have any good motives for their attempts to woo her. She couldn't tell this colorful male's intentions, but for some reason she didn't rally want to. She enjoyed the playful yet genuine words he shared. It felt good, and that's all that mattered to her right then. Someone who wasn't trying to put her down, but instead boost her up.

At his answer to her question she looked interested and opened her mouth enthusiastically. "Dyes? Like...berries or something?" Naive naive naive. She was certain she looked a fool before him now and so looked down and away shyly. The only experience she had with dyes was when she ate some blueberry's and her fur turned purple. She didn't even think that blood could be used too. He introduced himself simply and she felt the heat rise in her cheeks again. "It's a pleasure to meet you Ouija." The brown coywolf smiled her tail wagged gently. "Please forgive my ignorance..." She said softly and wished there was someway to make up for her lack of knowledge. It was frustrating to know that almost everyone else around you was smarter than you in some way. Not because she was handicapped, but because no one had ever bothered to really teach her the ways of life.

Ouija D'Angelo

Ouija had been lucky, at least to some degree. He had grown up in a cult and so had easily fit in there. Then after the destruction of that he had come over and helped in the foundation of a new pack. He was looked upon with tolerance because he was a hard worker. But that had ended when ill befell upon the pack. There was a murderer in that pack and so he could not remain there as things spiraled into chaos. Where he was at now was being led by his aunt. Since this was family he had in the cult it was only to assume that he would be accepted. So he at least had the favor not to be turned away where he had went to.

Ouija didn't have any ill intentions in the slightest. He was simply used to flirting being his way of communication. That was why he would falter if he had to try to cheer someone up. He didn't have the words to make things better since to joke around and flirt would not be taken well in such situations. So he wasn't exactly the most socially adapted but he managed to get by. And when he didn't have words to use than he would rely upon touch for communication. Where he didn't have the words to make someone feel better he at least could resort to a hug. It just showed that he wasn't used to dealing with too many whom became upset in his presence.

He chuckled as well and gave a nod his head. "I would say more of one than I am." The words were spoke jovially, hinting at a slight wish that he really was more of one. He'd garnered a good portion of feminine interest from outside, as well as inside the cult. Now the masculine interest seemed to have been limited to the cult as he'd had no takers on the outside. Well no, there was one but he speculated that male only agreed for the sake of the female. So no, there had been nothing in a one on one setting.

He grinned and gave a nod of his head. "Exactly. Berries or flowers mostly. Anything that color can be boiled out of but all natural. Actually I was trying to find a last few things before the change of seasons when they will no longer be available. The winter always seems to be the longest." At least for him it did because he would have to ration out what it was that had been collected to make it last when he was unable to head out and just refill his supplies. "Come winter I am afraid I won't be as brilliant as this." But rather the colors would be muted since he would be unable to do touch ups as frequently as he had been.

"Ah no, the pleasure is all mine." The words were spoken with a dip of his head. "There is nothing to forgive. This is not the first time I have been asked such questions. Actually nearly everyone does." After all he was an odd sight and knew that. Everyone had always seemed to question him about the state of his fur. Granted most usually seemed to be along the lines of why he did so to himself.

The large male knelt down and eased the deer hide satchel that he had crafted to the ground. He opened the bag in order to search the contents. He was silent as he pulled out a couple of athames that were made of bone and wood and placed them upon the ground. They were followed by a small doll made of squirrel fur and another constructed out of rabbit. They were just in basic silhouettes and weren't to made to look like anyone or anything though they were decorated with some small shells and shiny rocks that had been found. Finally he found what he was looking for and pulled it out. He unwrapped the hide what was placed around the glass jar to keep it from breaking during transport. "Here we go. See, nothing at all special to it." He said as he held up the jar of some dark colored liquid, it being hard to determine if it was a blue or a purple. "This is just added to the fur in order to give it color. I would offer to apply it to you except that I have never worked with someone who wasn't pale so I have no idea if it would even look pleasing to the eye." He held out the jar to the female so that he could have a closer inspection of it. "Besides, your natural coloration is so splendid that you really don't have to try to enhance it whereas without this I am quite plain, just another white wolf among many others."
