Liliana had warned her not to go, but Nayru disregarded the warning. The ebony and ivory lady considered her friends words more of a suggestion than a direction. Never had the girl had anyone tell her what to do, even Conor who had raised her and been her leader for her whole childhood had never tried to control the fairy child. Saluce had come the closest to having any sort of authority over the strong willed child, but if ever his requests clashed with her will than both parties would grow angry and unhappy, until one or the other bent or broke. Nayru rarely bent and have never broke. And even now, when she knew the request was made only out of concern for her safety, she choose to ignore it, as she ignore most all requests that did not line up with what she believed to be the proper course of action.

The morning was still young when she arrived at the borders of Aniwaya. The leadership had changed, Nayru knew that. Ralla would probably be unable to greet her, and Nayru thought of the woman who had been fat with unborn pups the last time they had met. How did her family fare in such strife? Nayru was eager to find out, but if the wrong canine should stumble upon and greet her than she would perhaps not have the opportunity to ask. Here she would have to tread more carefully than she did in Crimson Dreams. And so it was for this reason she did not announce her presence at the borders, but merely trailed along them slowly, simply out for a stroll and never crossing the invisible boundary.

As she moved along she fingered the half circle charm she carried with her. The other half had been left in Crimson Dream soil, buried deep in the ground where it was unlikely to be uncovered. When morning had gotten underway she paused, dug a hole as deep as the one in the Dream lands and buried the silly charm. One half a whole, but both covered with the small scratching of peace. When she no longer had the wooden charm to finger, she idly handled the necklace that also bore the ring, both gifts from Gideon. The garnet and ruby jewelry matched the anklet that kept the dagger strapped to her ankle, and as the sun rose higher the small jewels caught and reflected the sunlight as Nayru slowly made her way up the Aniwaya border, just waiting to come across someone, or the scent that would tell her someone had recently been by.

500(+10+5) :: Hai! Mind Luna jumping on the scene? XD

Dark brown paws ruffled the land beneath them, a massive, dark colored body breaking the grey-ish shade of the tree trunks. Crystal gaze covered the land immediatly around her, looking for something that a normal canine would normally avoid. She was looking for poisonous plants. When she had spoken to Ralla about her plans about using her knowledge on toxines, she made the decision to start preparing them, despite what would the kind leader say. If she had to use them against somebody, she would at least be prepared, despite how the idea of hurting another wolf repudiated her.

Since the day when the healer had found two of her dearest friends beaten, their blood leaking from the many wounds on their bodies, she had not been the same sweet and joyful girl. She had been acting more reserved and silent, and she had even neglected her natural need of company, favoring long walks on her own over short meetings, specially when hunting. Hunting big and furious animals was her only training for battle, and she preferred to to do it alone. Only a scratch on her right shoulder betrayed her dangerous activities, which would pass inadvertent otherwise.

Shoving a branch aside, the Kunikoti made her way through a particulary thick area, unsuccessfully looking through the thick folliage for the desired plant. With a frustrated sigh, she straightened up and brushed the dirt off her hands on her tights, for a moment forgetting that she did not have her skirt on. Sighing again, Luna resumed her path, sniffing the air here and there trying to catch a smell stronger than that of sap and dried leaves. And, unexpectedly, she catched one, but it wasn't exactly the one she was expecting. Her features changed from calmed to suspicious in a matter of nothing, and so she decided to investigate, moving through the lonely land more silently than the wishpering morning breeze. Nothing but green and brown crossed her sight as she walked towards the source of the smell, her fuzzy body bent lower, hiding her true height. And it was a matter of seconds until a patch of black and white broke the normal pattern of the scenery. The presence of the produced a feeling of resentment inside the healer's chest, a feeling that she had only felt since she saw the guardians for the first time and with any unknown canine she crossed paths with, but she tried to control it. She had become much more distrustful towards newcomer during the last days, a strong contrast to the girl she used to be.

Since the strange female had trespassed her homeland, she decided to make herself known, coming out from the bushes that shielded her from sight and walking towards the other. "You are in AniWayan lands, stranger. Would you mind telling me what is your business here...please?" Her voice was kinda rough at the beginning, so her softer side added that ending to soften the demand a bit.

Wheee <3 ! / +472!

Nayru paused in her slow wander up the borders, her ears swiveling to catch what she thought was the sound of footfalls some yards away from her. When the sound did not come again she turned her head, nose twitching and believed that indeed there was the scent of some unseen stranger lingering in the air. Turning to face where the stranger might emerge from, she abandoned the steady stroll along the edge of Aniwaya and resigned herself to greeting whoever shadowed her just then. It was only moments before the woman appeared, and crimson eyes took in the woman, committing ever tiny detail to memory.

Warm chocolate hues covered the woman and the lime of her eyes were startling against the rich, brunette of her coat. The woman was larger than she, at least considerably taller, but ever the fairy child Nayru had never found anyone smaller than she and very few who had such a tiny size. The Aniwayan carried herself tall, she was tall and slender, and though Nayru stood straight she had never had an imposing presence. This canine, whether she knew it or not, had an imposing presence. As the lady neared and her voice reached Naryu's waiting ears she found that the language of the other was imposing as well, and yet at the end it almost amended its self.

For all the authority the lady had here, and all the authority Nayru did not have, the Ichikan was calm, her crimson eyes confident as they met briefly with the others. In usual custom she bowed low to the woman before answering her, happy that someone had come upon her but hoping that it was the villains that Lilliana had spoken of. Even if it were, Nayru suppose it did not matter. I am Nayru, from Ichika no Ho-en. I have come to investigate. Word has reached my clan of… unpleasantness in these land? Perhaps it was too forward, but Nayru felt no need to beat around the bush. Surely every being in Aniwaya knew of the strife that engulfed them. If this being was one who caused the strife, well then all the more reason to be frank about the matter.

And yet, Nayru remember the kind word, tacked onto the end of the stranger's greeting. From Lilliana's description she doubted that the offenders would bother with such a kindness, and if they did surely it was a ruse. It was because Nayru sensed no deception in the lady's words that she decided to further her explanation, hoping to lower the other's guard just a bit, for Nayru knew she had no ill intentions. Forgive me for any interference. It is only that I am a friend of Lilliana and Ralla as well, and I only wished to come and check on their well being.

So the troubles within AniWaya had traveled farther than the lands of the parties involved. The masked woman rose an eyebrow, surprised. She didn't know Ichika-no-Hoen herself, but it surely sounded like it was far away from the southern side of the penninsula. Maybe the connections between the packs were more solid than she thought. But that had to be a good thing. If the tribesmembers needed help, then that meant that they could ask for support to kick that excuse of leader out of their lands. But her eyes did not reveal any of her thoughts, her face only holding wariness. "Yes, we have indeed been passing through some hard times." She answered, a strong emotion hidden under her collected tone, but she did not reveal anything else. Any weakness had to be hidden, just if in case. Then she realized how much she had changed from the last time that she met a complete stranger, how she would act all happy and trustful towards whoever she encountered. It somehow made her feel like a stranger herself.

Her green eyes never left the outsider's red ones until another statement pronounced by the latter made hers open in a mix of surprise and relief. If this was an acquaintance of Ralla's, then the woman had to be something like an ally, even a friend. Dropping the mask of distrust that she had been displaying earlier, she allowed a soft grin into her lips, her old self slowly freeing itself. "I suppose that that makes us allies, then. My name is Luna." She announced before proceeding to update Nayru on the recent events. "Ralla is just fine, as well as her pups. We are all trying not to get into trouble with the so-called Guardians." The tinge of resentment in her voice was noticeable. She had been with Ralla a few times after the secret meeting, where she had updated them on all they had to know about the recent events. However, during her lessons, she had noticed a mark on one of her arms that the mother often caressed. She had given it no importance, but now that she thought about it...

"About Liliana...i fear that the situation is not as good." Green emmeralds withdrew from the other's gaze and casted downwards. A dark hand reached the soft fur of her other arm, insecurity suddenly filling her. She had not seen Liliana since a long time ago. Either they were still at Crimson Dreams, hiding from their own packmates, or they had been...she did not even want to think about the possibility of the mother and her family being held captive. She refused to look at the bi-coloured woman, the weight of the situation very present on her tired shoulders. "I hope i could give you more information about her, sorry." Her lack of information probably wasn't what the red-eyed woman had come looking for, but that was all she had.
