Play your Joker Card

Stupid Tony and his unfounded accusations, it was neither of their faults really, if dad felt it was time to move on then who were they to stop him? Mother would be fine in Crimson Dreams, She had all her family there, but dad had no one in the new pack, only Fia so far and Aro and now hopefully him... if his father didn't send him back to Crimson Dreams. Lorenzo scowled at that thought, he didn't want to go back and live with Tony, always bossing him about and trying to tell him what to do. Lorenzo was bigger so he should be the boss really, only the tall adolescent knew he would never be bossy like his brother, he was too much of a joker to be taken seriously.

Spending time alone and out in the wilderness was scary to him although he would never admit that to anyone. The giant was proud of himself for displaying some sense of responsibility and maturity, another thing he wouldn't admit to anyone; the jester wanting to be serious? Now that was an amusing thought and he smirked to himself. Sometimes he wished he could have stayed a child forever and that he would never had to grow up, it was easier being small and young, no major decisions to make, heck the biggest thing of the day was playing and food, nothing else mattered. The usually laughing and happy go lucky male was stricken humorless by the unusually sombre mood that had overtaken him, leaving his mother was not something he was proud of but still, she did have Tony, the mother's boy. Himself? He had never really been that close to his mother, the lovely Italian woman and him had gotten along alright but nowhere near as much as she did with Tony, Lorenzo loved both his parents equally but preferred the company of his father in all honesty.

Another day drew to a close and night settled in for a second time since he had left 'home', the multi hued brown man found himself a nice sturdy tree to climb up in and hide in. No sense in being attacked by a bear or a cougar because he was on the ground. Sleep was a long time coming and when it finally did it was fitful and broken a result of his fear of being alone in the darkness. The idea of bears attacking him was a very real threat, he could still vaguely remember his dad attacking the bear that had tried to hurt his family and Savina but Jazper being hurt for weeks afterwards was stuck vividly in his mind. Morning didn't come quick enough for his liking and he set off at first light, leaving his tree behind gladly.

From the tree he had spent the night it, it didn't take him long to come upon the borders of his dad's new pack. Casa di Cavalieri lay before him. A cold wind ruffled the wolf's brown colored pelt, violet and green gaze scoured the land for any sign of life. When none was made apparent to him he tilted his head back to the overcast sky and howled for his father, surely the new alpha would come a greet his youngest son.

The cool morning air was refreshing an helped the new alpha keep his now busy mind at ease. Slowly the Knight was beginning to care more and more for the mornings. With the sun raise he could wander about with no duties, no members to oversee, and no worries. Although he would never complain about the new pack, it was turning out exactly as he had hoped, he still preferred to do his own thing. It occurred to him that maybe he was to hard on the loners that had helped form the territory. They were all as independent as he was and yet, when the time came, they had banded together successfully.

Allowing his mind to wander he walked causally on two legs thinking about his daughter. What was he going to do with that Gunnar kid? He seemed like an all right young man, a little like he was at that age; too egger to impress. A sharp howl quickly drew the giant out of his mind. The sound was familiar, though he rarely heard it. A soft smile spread across his face as he hurried to the son he know he would see. Sure enough, as he approached the boarders, there was his Enzo. Lorenzo, my boy! He called, soft Scottish accent sneaking in as he opened his arms and embraced the lanky teenager. Come to visit? Fia is here as well. It had been over a week since he had seen his boys and already he felt like it had been too long. The warrior was a very dutiful father and always went out of his way to ensure his children had time to spend with him. Pulling back from the hug he looked at the boy, eye to eye, expectantly. Perhaps he would bring news of Tony for him as well. How are you and Tony?

He didn't have to wait long for his tall old man to find him at the borders and despite his deflated mood he grinned, happy to see the heavily scarred black man. The embrace was returned warmly as though he had not seen Jazper for years instead of only a week. The tall boy knew only too well that their separation could have lasted for the rest of Lorenzo's life if anything had happened to his dad on the way here or whilst setting up. He would be glad when this weird and depressing mood had left him, he was unused to thinking in this manner and was eager to resume his old personality. Some of his apprehension showed in his movements and gestures; ears raised just short or where they should be, tail wagging slowly and hesitantly, he really did hope that he would be allowed to stay, after all Fia was. The lilting Scottish accent he had grown up listening to wrapped around him, it was comforting,

"It's good to see you dad, Crimson Dreams wasn't the same without you." He shifted uneasily at Jazper's next words, avoiding looking the older Knight in the eyes,

"Uhh no dad, not to visit. I've come to stay with you, if you'll let me." The tall boy shrugged his shoulders and folded his arm in an almost defiant gesture as though he expected Jazper to tell him to leave. The differences between them were extremely apparent, Tony had taken after Jazper in the broadness category, muscled and strong whereas Enzo was long and skinny like a lamppost,

"Me and Tony had an argument, I don't want to stay in Crimson Dreams anymore." His brother was a stupid child sometimes, and despite being a joker for the most part Enzo felt as though he was the more mature and grown up of the two of them.

OOC: We can end this here and start the thread with Fia or we can do a couple more posts. Smile / +300

The tall boy gave returned the hug to his father, as expected. He had taught his children from an early age that family was very important; perhaps that was why Fia was having such a hard time coping. Shaking the thought from his mind he focused on Lorenzo. It always amazed him how tall the boy was, he matched Jazper in height and would most likely surpass him soon enough. Even Tony had stopped growing by now, a few inches under his father’s height , but Lorenzo seemed to keep going. His long limbs and narrow figure would make for excellent speed though, the father noted.

The alpha’s expressions became more serious as the boy crossed his arms, demanding that Jazper let him stay with his body language and asking hesitantly. The Scottish wolf did not speak for a moment. It was true he had allowed Fia to stay but that was because she needed the support. It displeased the father to hear that the boys were at each other’s throats again. It seemed like they would never grow up and face each other head on be it in a mutual agreement to disagree or in a fight for dominance.

Allowing his face to remain calm he answered with a serious tone, If you want to stay you’re more than welcome, though I would prefer you and Tony work things out eventually. I would never turn away my son. During the last statement his features softened and a gentle smile replaces the serious. He had missed his sons and he would always welcome his family with open arms. Absent-mindedly he wondered what Ghita was doing back at the manor. Was Lorenzo and Fia’s leaving hurting her more? Maybe she would give in and come join them. Motioning for toe boy to follow he gestured with his arms, Welcome to Casa di Cavalieri
