Garnet looped slowly through the patchy forest that belonged to Inferni. While most of their land was open plains and scrub, there was this area where those open areas met the Dampwoods. This gave the coyotes a bit more than just rabbits and mice for food. It also meant that you could go someplace to escape from the sun, though that wasn’t necessary today, seeing as it was overcast. Garnet could smell rain on the air, but that didn’t mean it would necessarily rain over the Inferni territory.

Garnet walked on, going deeper into the forest and thus staying closer to the actual border. As she went, the trees grew closer together and the temperature dropped slightly. The female was an exact replica of her mother, Asphyxia, except for the three white dots under her right eye, that is. Garnet supposed that she also acted like her mother, a bit, though she couldn’t really tell. It was obvious that her mother had something to hide, if not from her, from the other Inferni. Asphyxia had said she would explain it all to Garnet eventually. In the mean time, Garnet had to ’wait’. Huffing, Garnet sat down near a boarder and, well, huffed some more.
