WC: 469 OOC: Cleaning

Sira knew that X’yrin and the others of the pack liked clean bodies and she liked feeling as well, though she felt licking herself was just fine, she learned it was easier to just clean in the water, but she didn’t know how to swim and the lake was fairly large and intimidating. So she went to find something better. She had been around the whole of the pack, except inside most of the caves. That was where she ended up, perhaps there was some water in there, she remembered that there was a mountain before and it had water and . ”Fissshhhh” she said trying nto to sound out the word again multiple times, making her say it for a bit longer before she stopped. She entered what seemed like the right one, though it felt hotter than it was outside, and soon saw a huge pool of water! Her mouth was open and she grinned and headed toward it, seeing that there was a spot she could go in that was close to the edge and she could stand, if she were in her optime form. Changing took a while, as she was not use to doing it at all and it took much out of her.

She moved toward the water and decided the best way to keep from having to be so cold was to just go right in, so thinking that, she dumped herself at the edge and yelped in surprise when it wasn’t cold water that found her but quite warm water and she nearly jumped out. She tried staying in but could only do so for a few seconds before feeling far too hot and she jumped out cursing the stupid thing. So she left and half her body was soaking wet, dripping behind her as she went to find more pools she could dip herself into. She found nothing and headed back out. There was a pool of water out near the alpha’s chambers, but she was not sure she should use something so sacred in a way for her bathing. Giving up a resignated sigh she moved slowly towards the grand lake where she would probably end up drowning. She was no longer hot at least, that pool was some kind of death trap, she thought as she walked towards the Grand lake where she found the best place to go in without getting dragged in, at least she hoped and she got herself wet, scrubbing what she accumulated in muck or grime and felt considerably better. Afraid she would be sucked further into the water she hurried and got her grooming done and over with in a matter of minutes and was out of the water before she could be sucked in by the pristine lake.
