[ooc; holding on your rope, got me ten feet off the ground]

Things have changed so much, so different from how they were supposed to be. How he had wanted them to be. Red eyes glanced at his arm where that woman bite him, he does not know her but he does know Svara. Looking at his scabbed over knuckles his eyes narrowed with what looked like anger but it was only a disguise for hurt, a pain that came from his disgust with himself. Leroy's feet walked to nowhere as he thought about Svara's words, had she really wanted him to die and be with Haku? He was aware of her feelings for the male but she couldn't seem to see the pain he silently endured for her.

Walking his toes felt the change of ground as it shifted from the grass into the cool sand, looking down in was indeed sand which meant he was at the beach. Looking down the stretch of one side his mind was in painful knots about what to do with what is left. But a simple change of wind sent his whole body into an alert as his ears went straight up, that smell alone made his hair raise as his red eyes widened quickly looking around before following the scent. svara Something was indeed wrong from the smell, no the amount of the smell of her blood. His lungs burned from the force he put on his legs, he black and white body had left the beach as he ran through the trees determined to find her. He couldn't think straight but his mind cluttered with every thought that was bad, oh Svara. HIs legs ached from the hitting the ground but Leroy almost stumbled to a stop as his red eyes locked into the form on the ground, a form so familiar that is covered in blood.

Standing Leroy didn't even notice how he body began to shake as he stumbled forward to Svara's unconscious form that was riddled with gashes and cuts, it was very noticeable that blood loss would kill her soon but his throat was so tight he could barely breath as a lump formed. "..S-S-Svara..?" His deep voice was too loud, way too loud in his ears even though it was a whisper. The suddenly it all came crashing down as he carefully lifted her onto his lap when he sat down, holding her Leroy worriedly licked at her wounds but blood stained his coat all the more. "no, no I won't let this happen Svara" His voice cracked as water blurred his sight. Inhaling deeply a loud long howl rippled from his throat to the group, prying they hurry.

OOC:this is a chance for him to explain what happened.

"Svara...."
"Yes daddy?"
"no matter what happens, your always my little girl."

Pain. It was all the she wolf could feel. It raced up her spine, and legs. It bit at her face and back. While it burned her groin and abdamon. She was afraid to move and make it worse. Her head was pounding making it hard to think about anything. What had happened to her? It felt like something had ripped her apart, but she didn't know why. Vibrant blue eyes flashed in her memory and she coiled into herself. The demon had almost killed her, he had ripped at her body. Why he had done it she wasn't sure, she didn't remember. The smell of her own blood was sickening and making the urge to vomit become almost unbarable.

Would she lie here until she died? The idea didn't sit well with her, it actually made her heart race faster in fear. She tried to think why she was so afraid to die, but she couldn't even remember who she was. Groaning from the pain she was feeling she didn't do anything to open her eyes or find out the damage. What was wrong with dieing? Wouldn't it be an end to this pain? Even as she thought about it her body became restless and her heart beat faster. Something in her said she needed to calm her heart down, or she would bleed out faster then she already was.

The sound of someone approaching made her body tense. Was it a scavanger? Would the approacher kill her? Keeping still due to the pain that kept her from thinking she was surprised when gentle hands lifted her into their lap and soft words were spoken on a shudder. Svara? Who was Svara? Common sense said it had to be her, because the person holding her said it with bitter sweet agony over her broken body. So her name was Svara. It only cause more panic and horror to form. She didn't know anything, except her name. Not even the stranger holding her. After his desprate howl, she opened her eyes.

Looking up at the black and white dog her heart skipped a beat. He was handsome, but not familiar. Who are you?" The she wolf said in a husky voice that was strange to her ears. At this point she was so dizzy and tired she was sure it mattered who he was. As long as he didn't let her die. Leaning her head against a hard chest and soft fur she rejoiced in the males smell. It was so much better then the rustic aroma of her blood. Closing her yellow eyes she held onto consciousness refusing to passout. "Who am I?" Svara whispered.

[ooc; burning with a fire red]

Leroy didn't know what to do, but in that same moment he knew exactly what must be done. The husky never felt the cold, sickening feeling leave his gut, it twisted in his stomach like a creeping parasite that seemed to make his gut shudder lightly. Looking down his brows pushed together, so much has been done to her that it made Leroy sick. The lump in his throat was still there, holding back his breath as he listened so closely to Svara, but still the lump felt so tight at the top of Leroy's throat as the pressure filled the back of his jaws.

It felt way too quite, but Leroy was afraid to break the silence that surrounded the two. Afriad that if anything went wrong, if he was to loud he might scatter his own world. That the one woman who hated him, that he loved would slip away without him even doing something to hold on to her. His chest thumped so loudly that he could feel his chest shudder with each heart beat that ticked by, each beat mingled with the painful thudding from every strained breath along with the burning pain that threatened to leak from his ruby eyes.

The sound of his heart was driving him crazy, why can't he hear her. Why is he so loud and everything else so damn slow and quite? Leroy slowly licked at her face again, washing away the bright blood from her cheek. The taste that once was sweet in their games instantly made his eyes burn with hidden tears. Ears moved forward at the smallest of movements that made Leroy hold his breath, those yellow eyes meet his and all the air he held in was released in a relieved sigh. Svara is alive. The black and white handsome face watched for a moment as Svara looked up at him, a small smile tugged at his pink maw showing the happiness and worry he was feeling.

Ever so gently he held her, pulling her up slightly closer to his body to calm her, keep her warm. Anything that would keep her from falling away. Though her words made his brows push together for a brief moment as he stared at her face again, who are you, the words stung slightly but he could not think about them now. Slowly one hand carefully rubbed the fur in between her ears before placing it back to hold her better.

His voice was deep and kind but Leroy also spoke softly to her. "I-It's me. My name is Leroy." His answer was loving and simple. His red eyes fought the tears and the pressure in his throat that burned, as he watched Svara press her head to him. Leroy's breathing shuddered whiled he carefully held her to him in a protective manner, rubbing her back in a comforting way as he glanced about the area. hurry. please hurry. Her next words made him chuckle a sad laugh as he smile a wde kind smile before speaking though his voice didn't crack but the hidden tears rolled onto his cheeks before sinking into his coat. "you, you are Svara..you are a very important person to me.." Pausing he shut his eyes but the tears would not obey him, pushing silently through his lashes.

Taking a deep breath Leroy didn't try to hide the tears but smiled at her, she needed his help right now not his sadness. Clearing his throat he let her settle into him,he will all he needs to take care of her. Ears flattened as guilt filled his heart, this is all his fault all of it. Red eyes looked at Svara before whispering in the same comforting tones. "It'll be ok, I promise. I'm so sorry Svara. The others will be here to help soon." Pausing he went to nuzzle her but stopped before speaking/ "I won't let you go, I won't let you die" Red eyes ever watching, ears listening no he will not give in.

He came as quickly as he could; the note of panic in the rippling masculine howl had spoken of urgency and pain. It was not Haven's wolf voice, but rather the baying of a husky - of Leroy. And the one thing that could move his prideful heart would be the lanky she-wolf that had stolen it. Jacquez had never fallen in love, so he could not relate - wasn't even sure that he was capable of it, but he wasn't stupid enough to miss it when it was directly in front of his eyes. The tall collie-dog loped along the beach, dark mane tied behind him as he barked a reply. Help was on the way, whatever scrape the lovers had gotten themselves into.

The king was greeted with an ugly sight - Svara's lean body was riddled with wounds, her fur soaked with blood, her tail mutilated, her fur ripped from her skin. It wasn't enough that the girl had already had her eyes gouged out - someone had deliberately mangled her and left her to die. He could smell the musk of an unfamiliar male - one person had done this alone. "Fils d'une vache! Is this some sort of message? Do we have enemies?" he snapped crisply, dropping to his knees at Leroy's side. He was no healer - that was, ironically, Svara's position - but he had seen and dealt with enough flesh wounds from fighting on the streets. "Must stop the blood, make tourniquet," he muttered to himself, single hand roaming about the ground for materials. None of the three of them wore any clothing - fabric was the easiest to use. Perhaps he could make do with a tough seaweed, as it would not rip. They could lash spars of driftwood to make her a stretcher. "Get ahold of yourself, Leroy!" The Optime snarled, smacking the tears from the husky's cheeks. "She's not gull food yet! Help me find some ropes, fabric, kelp, anything we can tie a knot with!"

Firefly had been sitting out on a bluff far down the shattered coast when she'd caught the desperate plea of Leroy's call. She'd never heard Leroy sound so upset and she didn't like the sound she'd heard. The fiery girl growled to herself as she dashed off the bluff and sped off towards the sound of his voice. The metallic tinge of blood on the wind and Svara's scent made her falter in her steps as she came upon the sight of Leroy and Jacquez trying their best to save the girl. Firefly herself knew that she was little help but she knew someone who was better than she was, not a real healer persay, but he'd learned what was needed. She tilted her head back and let out a fierce cry for someone she hadn't spoken with in a long while. She knew he would come, she just didn't know how long it would take for him to appear.

She had been wearing a plain and simple white cotton dress with a shawl around the waist and before she'd even come to a stop where Leroy was she was ripping the hem of the dress out into long strips to try and stop the bleeding. The wounds were vast and she didn't even know where to start. Crashing to the ground at Leroy's knees she growled to Svara. "You're not going to die.. I wouldn't let you last time and I'm not this time." She'd already begun to tightly bind one of the deep lacerations as she threw a few more of the strips she'd shredded from her dress to Jacquez.

She had barely heard the words of the male as she'd come upon the scene but now as she knelt beside the weakening form of her friend she could tell just who their enemy had been. Fury made her hands shake as tears came to her eyes. Svara was nowhere near Dahlia de Mai, Haku had no right. "It was.. my mate." she said, the words bitter on her tongue, though the male was no longer her mate there was really no other word she could think of to point the finger of blame at. She bared her fangs, the anger at the male coursing through her blood. If Svara didn't need help right here and now she would have already been gone.

DaVinci had been hanging out alone near the edge of Halifax, he'd taken to carrying the medical kit that Naniko had made for the pack in his knapsack. He'd spent the past few weeks trying to make duplicates of the kit for other packmembers or at least to keep stationed across the pack lands. He'd just finished putting the finishing touches on one of the spare packs when he heard the call from Firefly. His sister had always been very independent and never went out of her way to find him, she always preferred to seemingly stumble across him, if she really wanted to see him. The sound of her voice bothered the male and instead of ignoring her he threw the second kit in his sack and hurried off to find out what in the hell was going on.

It took him longer than he wished to figure out where the girl's call had come from but as he'd swiftly made his way across the lands he was beginning to wander if the first distress call had anything to do with his sibling wanting him wherever she was. Upon reaching the sandy shore the scent of blood caught his attention and he gave up looking for Firefly and concentrated instead on the blood scent on the air. Quickening his pace the silvery grey male moved in on the gathering, seeing his sister and another he knew who was a blast from the past. Ignoring the fact that there was someone he hadn't expected to see standing there before him he dropped his knapsack to the sands as he asked. "What the hell happened.." He didn't like the looks of what was before him but he had an idea that if they didn't start moving quickly she wasn't going to be making it to see the next sunrise.

OOC:Memory Loss. She has only vauge feelings of who people are, but not their names. Has no memory of anything up to this moment except for parts of the attack.

Her heart wasn't beating as fast anymore. She has slowed her breathing down as best she could. Even if she didn't know who she was, it didn't mean she didn't know what was wrong. Swarms of information was filling her head. Don't let the blood flow to one region, tie off the worst of the wounds. When she opened her eyes again slightly she noticed she could only see out of one eye. Her eyes didn't hurt, which led her to believe that she had gained the scar another time. The smell of the male was comforting and making the pain more bareable. The strange smelt like hot cinnomon, her favorite scent, as lest she was pretty sure it was.

The husky was talking telling her who he was, she listened best she could past the thundering of her blood in her ears. Leroy. The name didn't spark any memories or make her realize who he was any more then she had before. At the moment she didn't mind as long as he stopped crying so the scent of his salty tears would go away and his hot cinnomon scent was all that lingered. S-stop c-crying leroy." She manage to mumbled out, turning her tired head back into his hard chest and soft fur.

The apperance of another male made her heart start to beat faster again. He spoke to fast for her to understand, and a harshness seemed to linger in his voice. She flinched away farther into the husky male's chest, hoping to be left alone. More voices, more calls. Then strange hands touched her and those blue eyes flashed behind her eyelids. The she wolfs maw opened and a scream of pure terror and pain broke free. Terror consumed her and she tried despratly to receed from the hands of the strangers, only the one males touch didn't burn. The demon with blue eyes was above her he was pounding into her, nothing but pain, that was all she could feel. She hadn't screamed then, she knew that, but she screamed now. A blood curtling noise ripping through the surrounding area. Clutching the warm hot cinnomon smelling male she gripped onto life and prayed the demon would stop. "w-who am I?" She sobbed into the strangers fur.

It was a pleasant day and Haven was seated against a tree a good ways from where the beach started. His guitar sat in his lap and his fingers moved along the strings, forming a melody that floated softly through the air. While he had followed Jacquez back to the beach, he had opted to not occupy the house with the rest of them. For one it was crowded and secondly he didn't want to face anymore of the red female's poison-tipped tongue. He was doing better than he had been for over a month, but still, he didn't desire such company as that. Eventually he would have to suck it up and face her, but for now he was more content to steer clear of her. He actually hadn't seen anyone else since coming here, but it hadn't been long.

Though a sudden pained call broke the peaceful air and the boy's hair stood on end. He didn't recognize the voice, but with the proximity it was a good guess that something had happened to one of the group. Quickly he got to his feet and slung the guitar so it rested on his back and took off in the direction of the distress call. His heart pounded in his ears as he ran. He hoped nothing had happened to Ruri. With how rocky the shore could be it wouldn't be hard for her to lose her way and footing and hurt herself. He had been farther away than he had thought and by the time others came into sight many had already come.

Though the sight that greeted his jade eyes was worse than he could have imagined. The scent of the red she wolf's blood hung in the air like a fog, making him want to choke. Her lifeblood was everywhere, her tail was mutilated, and perhaps most disturbing was the fur that had been torn from her back to spell out the word "whore". Haven stomach churned and his hands balled into fists. He hadn't like the girl, but he never would have wished something like this on her. This was unbelievably brutal. The screams of terror that ripped from her throat made him wince. He set his guitar in the sand and went to join the rest, though kept some distance. "What can I do?" His voice was somber and low.

[ooc; ok so what will the posting order be? Leroy, Jacquez Firefly,DaVinci 'Dait Nasphrite, Svara, and then Haven anyway i was curious]

Would she hear me, if I called her name..

Her words made Leroy smile as he nodded at her small mumbling before she pushed her face back into his chest, his eyes held back the tears as his cheek remained damp from his past tears. Leroy's ears pricked up at the sound of a swiftly approaching other, but he relaxed when it his eyes seen his soon to be leader. If this strange male was to lead him Leroy would need to trust him, here is a moment that Jacquez better not fail. Jac's spoke quickly and in horror but Leroy glanced back at Svara as she seemed to try and hide more against his body, Leroy's hand didn't move from holding the lupus form of Svara but Jac's words made much since to him."I know,I know..It's just-" Leroy stopped speaking when the man smacked his cheek which brought a split second flash of teeth towards Jac, but the small hit did clear his head from a lot of his own panic.

His call had done the job as Firefly came from the direction of the cabin, red eyes looked to the green ones of Firefly's as soon as she entered into sight range. His words were almost unneeded but Leroy was very happy she was there, at least now he could put Svara down to help Jac even if he didn't want to. "Firefly please.." His words didn't even need to finish as the brown woman tore apart her dress, throwing some to Jacquez but the patterned male was unsure if it was enough to build a something to carry her. Firefly went to work on stopping what bleeding she could, but they needed to get her back to the cabin. Leroy moved so he could set her down and gather wood but Svara suddenly let out a painful scream that stopped him from moving, Firefly howled beside him but his eyes locked onto Svara as she almost cling to him before he spoke at Jac."I can't move, she needs me here to keep her Calm Jac." Leroy carefully pattered her as he spoke comforts to her as she sobbed into his fur, "It's ok, it's ok, we are trying to help. Shh, we have to stop the bleeding." Looking about it seemed another has joined us, mostly the one Firefly has called for but Leroy paid no mind to his startled words. Leroy kept an eye on the cloth Firefly had tied to stop the bleeding, making sure that none of the were coming lose. Ears twitched as his head turned around to stare death hard at the stranger Leroy did not know, being young he wasn't a threat but his words made Leroy respond dryly before turning his back. "Then help Jac find ropes and wood.."

Would she hold me, if she knew my shame..

OoC: Hokay, it's my turn then!

Leroy bared his fangs reflexively, but did not bite. He had control. Leaving the husky to cling to his mutilated mate, the collie-hybrid rose to greet Firefly. It was both a pity and a fortune that she had chosen today to wear the delicate fluttering garment; the dress complimented her well, before greedy hands shredded it to pieces. He caught the strips with his deft hand, using his jaws to pull them tight around the ebbing wounds. Red stains blossomed through the white cotton, and he growled, stubbornly pulling the knot tighter. She was in terrible shape, judging by the disorientated mumblings and tears. He might have only met her days earlier, but he doubted it was in her nature to sob and whine, no matter the magnitude of her pain. What an unfortunate occurrence. What monster had she provoked, to have the word "whore" torn into her flesh?

As their numbers swelled, everyone crowding nearer in their panic to rescue their companion from the jaws of death, Jacquez took a step back. He could build the stretcher more easily than he could tie tourniquets. And he would avenge her, if she wanted him to. It would not be the first time he had wrought just desserts on a marauder who injured one of his people. The king's dark gaze faltered for just a moment, though, as Firefly admitted the culprit. "Mate? You have... had... a mate?" Whistling in surprise, the tall canine slipped away to the outskirts, digging his claws into a damp log of driftwood, possibly a plank from his own ship. He knew it had been a long time since he had known the golden wolf, but he had always thought she was like him, acting on impulse, never taking life more seriously than she had to. To find that she had settled down, gone monogamous? It was a bit of an unpleasant shock.

When he dragged the wood back to the noisy gathering, there were two more men than before. The strange silvery-grey male that had come flying to meet Firefly's call stirred another memory, but he never recalled the men's faces as clearly as the women's. Not knowing he was facing a leader from another pack, the dog ignored him, turning instead to face his troubled friend from the bar. Jacquez clapped his hand against Haven's shoulder, gripping it firmly. "Good of you to come, monsieur Haven! You see? Already, what I told you has come true." He shook his head, still perturbed that some maniac had the gall to rip a length of Svara's tail off, purposely yanking her fur from her back, adding insult to injury. He had a date for an ass-kicking. "M. Leroy is right - we will take care of the stretcher. There is wood back here. Come!"

Still waters run deep

Sorry for the lateness of this post...let's just attribute it to Ruri's slowness because she can't get very far very fast without help.

The blind girl had heard the cries of pain and agony from quite a ways off, as had Jacquez and the rest of the group evidentally because she was now by herself, struggling to find her way towards the sound of the pained cries. She already knew who it was that was hurt. Her hyper sensitive ears could recognize that voice anywhere, even if it was being used in a higher pitched howl of anguish. Svara was hurt. How badly, she did not know, but she assumed it must have been very badly due to the fact that she had heard repeated cries of pain coming from the area in the distance. For now, however, the fragile optime was trying her hardest to simply get to the scene. This was quite difficult as she was in her bipedal form and was having to feel with her footpaws with every step she took, which slowed her frantic pace significantly. She had been with Jac until the cry for help had first been called and her king and close companion had left in a mad dash, leaving Ruri to shuffle her way towards the scene. That had been several minutes ago and now she was close enough to hear the numerous voices that seemed to all chatter at once. She recognized all but one of the voices. Leroy, Firefly, Jacquez, Haven and Svara were all there although Svara seemed confused as well as hurt. The scent of the female's blood flooded the blind female's sensitive nostrils making it impossible for her to discern where things all were. So, standing on the edges of the scene, the fragile girl could do nothing except play with her hair nervously, praying silently to some unknown deity that the gruff healer woman would be okay.

DaVinci had showed up and asked just what happened and Firefly snarled, her temper was at it's worse as the anger boiled her blood. She flashed her emerald orbs at her brother as she spat. "Shut up DaVi and just help damn it!" It wasn't normal for the girl to freak out so horribly but this was even worse than the damage the bear had done. She had ripped most of the fabric from the bottom of her dress already and was starting in hurriedly on stopping the bloodflow.

Firefly had been trying to tie off one of the nastier wounds when the scream and thrashing of her younger friend caused the cotton fabric to be ripped from her hands. She ignored Leroy's words and instead reached up to grab Svara by the ruff along the side of her face. "Svara! If you do that again I'm going to slap you! Do you UNDERSTAND me!" She had never hit Svara before but if the girl was going to fight them the whole way she was going to do what she needed to to keep her in line and let them work efficiently.

She turned her eyes back to Jacquez and his question for just a second before she turned and cast her eyes down at her bloodtinged hands. "He was our leader.. in Dahlia de Mai.." Her hand balled in a fist as she growled. "The pack believed I did him wrong, but he deserves far worse than what I did to him.." She cast tears of frustration from her eyes as she began to wipe at the blood on Svara's pelt, trying to find just where the wounds the blood was seeping from.

DaVinci rolled his eyes as his sister's hot temper was thrown his way. He was use to her overreactions but he had to admit that this time that she was right atleast. He shut his mouth and knelt down beside the girl as he began to unpack the aid kit that he'd had in his pack. It seemed that Firefly and Jacquez had most everything undercontrol for the moment but DaVinci brought out a bottle of alcohol and doused a bandage in the strong spirit as he began to apply it to her wounds that he could reach to try and keep the infection at bay. He tried to ignore all the hustle and bustle around him but it was hard to do. When he realized just what everyone was saying he shook his head. "What is wrong with you, just carry her damn it!" He didn't understand just what everyone was going on about, the girl was wounded but she seemed to be whole, minus a few parts she could live without.

DaVinci ignored the others as he finished cleaning out the wounds. He shook his head as he turned his eyes to the others. "I can't do anything until we get her to a secure location." He didn't like to admit defeat even for a moment but unless they could figure out just what they were doing he was going to be useless and it was more than obvious that the woman needed stitched up.

OOC:

Voices were all around her, shouting, growling, whispering. Still their hands were on her flesh, one after another tieing off cloth at the end of her wounds. Screaming more she jerked away, tried to move from those hands. Images of the blue eyed demons hands on her flesh kept filling her mind. His claws on her face, his jaws locked onto her tail. Why had he done this to her!? The voice of a women made her yellow eyes open and look towards the voice. Her threatening words made the red she wolf growl and shake in pain. Why was she threatening her with more pain!?

Breathing hard she wasn't prepared when the alcohal pad touched the wound. It burned enough to make her scream again, this one as splitting as the first. The pain was so much she blacked out for a moment, sagging into the males body holding her. The next alcohal pad made her wake up. The scent was strong, mixing of her blood and booze was enough to make her want to vomit. "s-stop stop stop stop stop." She moaned out clutching the fur of the male holding her. Looking up at the black and white male her yellow eyes were filled with pain. "make the blue eyed demon stop." She mumbled before she finally let darkness consume her.

The scene was so chaotic. Everyone was yelling at everyone else and Svara was thrashing and screaming. Haven closed his eyes, trying to calm his own mind so he would not fall into the same pattern that everyone else had. He needed to be calm and he needed to think. His head turned as Jac clapped him on the shoulder. While he hadn't doubted the words the king had spoken in the bar, he had never expected anything to happen so soon. Nor anything quite so horrible. Anger welled in his chest. It made him think of his father. It made him want to find whoever had done this to her and beat them within an inch of their life. But that would not help, not now anyway.

The boy moved to follow Jacquez to build a stretcher when he heard a familiar voice say they should just carry her. Jade gaze fell upon his uncle. He hadn't even noticed him until now. Haven called over to Jac. "Hey! Maybe he's right. Maybe we should just carry her." The hybrid wouldn't be able to necessarily, but between him, the husky and the others it wouldn't be hard. He walked over to Svara's shivering form and looked at the patterned male. "I can help carry her." He was probably going to get kicked, but at least this way they could restrain her, more so than putting her on a stretcher.

[ooc; O.O wow everyone is kinda losing it, sorry for the crappyness]

Can anybody help me makes things better?

Everyone was so loud, everything was so out of control even if they were trying to help Svara, Leroy glanced around as everyone rushed about but Firefly seemed to be freaking out more then she should. He can understand but she must think clearly to help Svara, not shouting and yelling at everyone. Svara's screams of pain made his ear's pin back on his skull and for the first time he let a snarl from his throat at Firefly, his hand quickly smacking the hand that held Svara's face as he voice rose for the first time. "ENOUGH! Calm down already!" His threatening voice disappeared as her brother started to clean the wounds with much more calmness about him, listening Leroy agreed about carrying Svara back to the cabin. Svara's movement made his red eyes look down to find her hurt yellow ones glance back, begging him to make it all stop and then she was out. Leroy went to speak but the young boy offered help, though Leroy would have most likely love to decline him he didn't. "..sure, she's out though I'm not sure how long she will be, with her passed out we can clean her up with problems." Leroy slowly rose to his feet with Svara's red body in his arms as he waited for the boy to get a hold of her as well, it was not til then that Leroy felt how tired his arms were.

OoC:...

DaVi; of course, that was his name. Jacquez watched his former shipmate with curiosity, wondering whether any other faces from his sailing days had settled in this northern territory. The two siblings, silver and gold, seemed to be as short-tempered as ever around each other. He winced as Svara writhed and screamed again, her shrill voice piercing his ears. Mercifully, she lost consciousness, slumping limply in the arms of her devoted mate. The collie frowned as Leroy immediately scooped her up, hugging her bloodied form to his chest. What of the stretcher? What if she had broken bones, or wounds to her spinal cord? Jutting his lip in a disapproving pout, he decided not to add his voice to the cacophony, and turned instead to Firefly. "Your blue-eyed demon is the leader of a pack...? Our pack will not let this assault go unpunished." He did not want a war, but there were ways to mete out justice without bringing innocents into it. Perhaps this violent ex-mate of hers would not want word getting out to his packmates. He could be manipulated into meeting them one on one. Or something; he would take care of the plotting later. For now, he was just a one-armed dog that was getting in the way. Haven could help Leroy carry her. Firefly and DaVinci would handle the medical side of things. Stomping down the beach to lead the way back to the cabin, he passed by his Ruri, fretting silently amidst the storm of panic. He let his fingertips reassuringly brush her shoulder; she would know it was him, if only because he was the only one allowed to touch without permission. But he was in a foul enough temper, knowing that some arrogant prick-ear had already challenged his authority, attacking one of his pets. If this predator thought he could get away with it because Svara was a lowly loner, well, he was dead wrong. Just for the hell of it, Jac would make her a leader too. Then no one could ignore the violence. Then the blue-eyed whelp would answer to him... A wicked smile spread across his lean muzzle. Already, the situation was back under his control.

She had not expected Leroy to even do anything but when he had she snarled at him for a moment before she pulled her hand away from Svara. When DaVinci had decided that there was little they could do here on the beach she began to get to her feet, the scent of blood overpowering as she shuddered. The words from Jacquez made her narrow her eyes as she reminded him. "We have no pack Jacquez.." She turned away from the bunch as she began to lead the way back to the cabin. "We're just a bunch of stragglers that they're going to pick off one by one.." She knew she was being bitter but it didn't matter to her anymore.

She almost felt like this was her fault that this had happened. Her bastard of a mate had dared to bring harm to her family. She narrowed her eyes as she turned to glance at Svara as the boy's carried her. "He'll pay, don't worry Svara..." The others didn't know how cruel and harsh she could be but it wouldn't be long until they became a little bit wise to her ways.

DaVinci knew that he didn't belong with the gang of wolves that seemed to mass around the young girl but he would do what he could before he had to return to his own pack. This news of what Haku had done made him uneasy but it didn't seem that the male was after jut anyone so he didn't voice his concerns. Instead he listened to the others as he picked up all his things and began to follow after the team as they carried the young girl back to the cabin. The words of his sister made him glance forward to where she seemed so bristled and angry. He couldn't think of a time when she wasn't a little angry with the world but he just shook his head.

When they reached the cabin he quickly cleared off the table that stood in the middle of the dining room, the height and space around the table would atleast allow them to all gather around if they really felt the need to. When the girl was put down DaVinci moved forward and placed all the things that he needed down next to her as he glanced towards the male she seemed to trust so much. "Hold her steady, it won't do any good if she's thrashing about and causing herself worse injuries." He began to pry and poke at her ribs and bones, trying to feel if anything was broken or if there were wounds that they couldn't see with the naked eye.

His eyes turned to glance towards Firefly as he motioned for her to join him and help clean the girl's wounds as he sounded out the major wounds from the minor ones and what they would actually have to wrap and what would heal over on it's own. He could tell she would need stitches but he didn't want to be the one to mention it just yet. He knew he was no artist with a needle and thread.
