ooc: Hey, time for Attila find another target besides Claudius to bully at! *evil laughter*

Attila's smile was wide as he ate a deer burguer. The deer burguer with lots of onion and sauce. The one Markku had promised him during his Journey. After that near-death experience, Markku promised him that he'd get that burguer and that he'd help the pale boy with bullying his brother. Unfortunately, Markku tried to avoid that second one, which led the boy to think he wasn't going to help him out. Well, at least he wasn't that disappointed. Something in his mind told him that the grizzly bear wasn't going to help him at all since the beginning.

He tried to forget those thoughts and only concentrate in the taste of the food. The little fire in front of them had some tools for cooking, the bear lying behind him, so the Aston kid could lay his back to the massive, fuzzy frame of the bear. It felt just so good. A good food, with a cozy fire and a very comfortable seat. What else could he want?

Keen, the baby barn owl, cawed from Attila's head. The nestling was always using the white mane of the growing boy, that was just a tuff of white fur in the top of his head. A lot of it, and it could be easily used as a nest for him. The caw of the young bird was not of pain, but of a plea. Food, of course... Attila knew that owls were carnivourous, and that an young avian like Keen needed a good amount of food to develop. He pulled out a small piece of his burguer with the gray claws and rose it to the top of his head. Then he felt it being grabbed out of his claws, which meant the owl had got it. He then relaxed the arm, his eyes aiming the sky, althought he couldn't see the bird. "You're gonna get really fat, you little feather ball!" he told to the bird, which cried with a rather giggly tone. It was really weird! He just shook his head, in disbelief. His back then trembled and he glanced to the bear. Laughing too. "What, now you talk owl-ish?" The boy asked, an annoyed tone in his voice. "Rath'r..." The bear answered, the husky, rough voice a bit giggly as well. The boy rolled the grayish blue eyes, and returned his attention to the food again.

"So, whelp... Did ya lik'it?" Markku asked. After all, it was him that made the burguer, and helped Attila to take over the dove. Otherwise, he wouldn't be eating a deer burguer. The bully boy nodded widely to him, with a smile in his full mouth. The bear grinned a smile full of giant teeth. Those recalled of his first meeting, when those teeth almost had him a heart attack. It made the boy giggle, but not so hard, with the irony.

The sun was high in the sky, but not yet noon. Besides, there was enough clouds in the sky to allow the boy to stay without a shelter. If it wasn't so, the little owl would be frying up along with his head.

The smell of burning wood and meat mingled in the air, drifting by Hemming occasionally as he sat in the grass, running a sharp stone against the side of a branch. He had been whittling it patiently, making it smooth and clean. Though he was not done fashioning the spear and one half of it remained rough and lined with peaks of wood, the wolf could not continue. His stomach, reminded of food by the smell that wafted through the air, pulled at his insides and rumbled in frustration. Hemming's mouth started to water, and he simply could not concentrate on the spear in his hands. With a sigh, he stopped carving and stood up, turning his gaze across the landscape around him to figure out where the smell was coming from. Perhaps whoever was surely enjoying the meal would spare a little for Hemming, in a gesture of solidarity. The thought elated him, and his stomach groaned in support of the idea.

Dagrun was sleeping peacefully on top of the wolf's head, undisturbed even as he had stood up. Understandably, she was a little annoyed when Hemming started to speak to her. "Would you go see where that's coming from for me?" he asked softly, his eyes lifting up even though he wasn't able to see her at all. "No," she replied firmly, closing the single eye that had opened as if to signify that the case was closed. Hemming pursed his lips a little, knowing that that would be the easiest way to find the feast but also knowing that it would be easy enough for him to find it himself.

He started across the grasses, following the billows of smoke and the delicious scent, and tracked through a patch of trees. The trees seemed to stretch on longer than he had expected, or perhaps it was his growling stomach that made a moment seem like an eternity. He held his sharp stone in his left hand and his spear in the other as he wandered, and tapped the piece of wood across the occasional tree. The scent was getting stronger, and Hemming's desire for the meat was almost overwhelming. His pace sped a little as he made his way.

ooc: haha, it looks like Hemming will be very disapointed to find out who is there, feasting XDDD Feel free to PP Markku a bit XD
W.C.: +800

Attila was getting on the second burguer when Markku rose his large, square head, his rounded fluffy ears in alert. He sniffed the air, still frozen with urgency, and then shrugged, and layed heavily his head back to the ground, a choky thud sound filling the air quickly before fading out. The pale boy watched with his grayish blue eyes alarmed at first, turning into confused ones, before fading into wary and then curious in the end of the scene. The bear replied his gaze with crimson eyes. "Worry not, whelp. It's just'any othar wolfie. Relax..." Markku said, the husky, strong voice groggy with sleepiness.

The pale boy knew that if Markku wasn't worried about the proximity of that other wolf, it meant there was really no need to be alarmed, but the boy couldn't help but to wonder who was there. The bear noticed it in his eyes. "Is ok'y. It's someon'else from tha tribe. And h's hungry..." He said, glancing to the fire and to the food before looking back to the boy. The Aston kid then wondered. If someone wanted to join in his meal, he needed to know how to treat the person. he was also prepared for those kinds of thing; every person needed a different treatment, althout most of them looked the same. No, they were different, even if some couldn't notice that.

"Aye, why don't you go there and tell me who is it?" He asked to the bear, that already had the eyes closed. He opened one to him -one very tired one- and he replied with a pleading glare. The bear moaned and got up slowly. The boy got that for him to hold his back out so the bear could get up. He pulled his knees to his chest, embracing them while he watched the bear yawn and get on his large dark brown legs and go slow but tiresome to where he'd felt the scent.

The boy felt a bit lonely as the bear got far away, and he sighed. "Should we go too?" He asked to the baby owl in his head, looking up again, as if he could see it. The owl cawed, and he nodded, twisting his maw. "yeah, I think that too... C'mon, then." He said while he got up, kicking up some dirt at the fire to extinguish it. He had no water, but throwing earth was the better way he knew, besides throwing water. The fire hissed in protest but didn't fight for long. There was no smoke, but the boy didn't care; he couldn't find the place quicker than following the smoke trail. He followed the bear's giant footprints until his massive frame was in within his sight. His long but muscular legs walked along the bear not for long until he could smell it too, the strong scent of the food and fire no longer lasting in his nose. And he felt quiote familiar with the scent. Hemming. The chicken.

He laughed roughly but quiet, his head bowing to the ground while his evil grin rooted in his face. He must have looked like a maniac by the way the bear looked rather scared by his sudden reaction. A shadow passed through his face. "I know him... Luck is a wonderful thing...!" He explained, musing at his luck. Of course, the bear couldn't understand why all of that, but the boy knew that he soon would.

"Will you do something for me?" He asked, his evil grin still in his face as he turned it to the bear. He could see his reflection in the bloodred eyes of Markku, and it made him even more terrifying. It felt good. The bear grimaced at his hard, ice-cold steel eyes. "Ya know Ah can't help ya at bully'ng, whelp." The bear told him with the husky voice trembling. Fear? "Don't see it that way... Think of it as a slightly aggressive moral joke!" He said, trying to persuade the giant creature. He didn't hope of winning; the bear had as much will as he did and much more wisdom he'd ever get.

Of course, the bear shook the square head reluctantly, and the boy gave up. It was a lost cause. Besides he could already see the grayish shape of the wolf that was -rather obviously- looking for them. And he got an idea. He unretracted his claws and gave a very -sudden, to maintain the surprise effect- light tackle in the bear's tight. It roared, jumping with the startle. "Whah the hell ar' ya doin', whelp?!" he asked angrily, baring his teeth in response. "I just needed you to growl." he said simply, knowing it would be enough to scare that chicken to the rest of his life. Attila could be young, but not idiot. He was aware of his reaction when he first saw the grizzly bear. It was rather likely to happen with the adult male, maybe worse. He ran to hide away in a tree's branch, but not too far away. Of course, he expected to the bear to get on his hind legs to talk to him. He wasn't disappointed. The bear was still baring his teeth, growling, but his pale body was well hidden in the leaves of the tree. To the chicken's view, it would only be the bear, growling his bone white teeth. Luck was still on his side, and the bear was rather snarling to where the grayish wolf was, instead of him. He giggled silently with that.

Suddenly, from just a few paces away, something let out a terrifying roar. Dagrun's eyes snapped open, and she puffed up her feathers almost imperceptibly. As soon as the sound had reached his ears, seemingly from a spot straight ahead, Hemming scuttled behind a tree, clinging to its trunk and craning his head around it just enough so he could see what was before him. The spear and the rock were both still in his hands, gripped tightly. His fur was lifted, a little, and his pupils dilated. Hemming knew what sort of creature made that noise, but he had mostly just assumed that there weren't many that hung around AniWaya lands. From behind the tree, he could see a great brown blur, accented with a smear of white. Giant teeth.

The wolf had not been so close to such a thing before; usually he caught wind of it before he stumbled right into it. He had been so concentrated on the smell of roasting meat, though, that any other scent just breezed right by him. "Well," the wolf whispered to Dagrun, "Would you go see how close that thing is? Are there cubs?" A defensive mother bear would be a very, very bad thing to come across. Dagrun promptly replied with a quick "No!" and it was obvious that she, as usual, did not want to leave the safety of his head.

So Hemming merely cowered behind the tree, not sure if he should start backing up, or just wait for the bear to move on. As long as the bear didn't move on in his direction. A few thoughts filtered through his head and he made a tentative decision. His feet moved back very slowly as he left the protection of the tree's thick trunk, and he held his hands out to his sides to avoid bashing into things sideways. If he could just get out of the forested area, he would be free to bolt away...

Attila waited until the male would get closer and end up face to face wih Markku. It didn't go that easily. 'That guy is a completely fraking chicken!' He thought, snarling a bit. He needed a bit more motivation...

The boy was wandering the next move to make Markku come closer to Hemming, or vice versa, but nothing came to him. Nothing that wouldn't destroy his plans. He hadn't hear the male whisper, but the grizzly bear with him did. He narrowed the crimson eyes, wary and snorted while he walked heavily, the big rounded paw hitting the ground noisily while the bear went to the tree where the male was hidding. Attila was jumping, his tail wagging to quick it would work as a wing for him o fly away if it wasn't for his eager arms tied tightly around the branch.

He was almost yelping of excitement when the giant bear stuck his nose across the tree side to sniff what was behind it. That was the smae thing it had done with him, at their first meeting, but the boy wasn't thinking of that. His legs trembled with the adrenaline of only watching that scene. He noticed the male was stretching a leg to run from the bear, but it was too late. Markku got on his hind legs again, roaring at the male, only the creature knowing that the grayish wolf had a spear and knife. Not knowing his intentions, the bear could only think of protecting Attila, that now had his tongue sticking out of his maw. What else could he want?!

Hemming had only taken a few slow steps backwards when he heard the thing coming closer, its heavy paws scrunching branches and compressing the already dense earth. His backwards pace quickened, and Dagrun's feathers puffed up a little more. The wolf hoped that she wouldn't cry out an alarm as she had when the snake was coming near, underestimating its danger, but trusted that her fear was similar to, as well as silent as his. She, however, didn't have the worry of being killed.

As the great beast, appearing to be following him, stuck his nose around the tree trunk, Hemming paused for a moment, as if a lack of movement would prevent the bear from being able to sense that he was there. His hand holding the sharp rock lifted up to a tree to support himself just a little, his head and body feeling light and ready to collapse.

The bear was now fully in front of him, making a noise that made Hemming's blood pulse so fast that it might just come spurting out of the thin capillaries in his ears. He felt as if he was outside of his body, now, his hands and legs feeling like clumsy extensions of a flawed tool. Just barely, he could feel Dagrun's talons clenching and releasing the skin on the top of his head, and the gentle pressure of her soft underbelly as she pressed himself against his skull. Why, even in the most threatening moments, she did not simply fly away was beyond Hemming.

He remembered the spear that was clenched tightly in his right hand, and he lifted it a little. The wolf wasn't sure if the beast would actually attack or if it was just a show of dominance, and the uncertainty made him extremely nervous. Eyes flitting back and forth from a wide view of the bear to its blood red eyes, Hemming started to take trepid steps back again, the spear ready over his shoulder. Should the bear move forward again, he wasn't sure what he would do. What response would take over him: fight, or flight?

ooc: --

Attila, was sinking his white claws at the tree when his eyes widened not of excitement, but of pure fear. Not for himself, but for Markku. His grayish blue eyes saw that coward raise a spear at the big bear. The bully boy knew that Spirit Guides couldn't be killed, but he really couldn't be sure if he could be harmed. Could they? The boy wasn't going to take a chance with that.

Swiftly, he jumped from that branch, his heart hammering hardly his ribs, and raced to the scenery of a probable fight, his muzzle opened as he screamed a pitch, strident "WAIT!!" And he rose his hands, waving them in the air, to stop them.

His eyes were still wide, but they were hard as he glared at the amber ones of Hemming, and he noticed something weird in the top of his grayish head. Keen, that had been holding strongly in the thick mane of the white boy, cawed lowly. What the hell?

The pale boy ignore it, opening widely the light cream arms and hugging the Markku's belly, shuting tightly his eyes as he squeezed himself at the soft brown fur of his Guide. Now, he couldn't need more his huge Teddy Bear. The fear he had felt for that bear almost gave him a convulsion. The connection he had for that enormous furball was too strong. He felt awful for putting the giant bear in that situation, don't matter if it was danger at all or not. He mouthed a sorry, but he knew neither the bear nor that stupid chicken could see it.

He turned the steel-hard, ice-cold eyes to the male, anger tangible in both his eyes and voice. "Point that stupid thing elsewhere or I swear I'll rip your heart off your chest!!" He threatened, his voice rough and enraged.

Hurting something would always be Hemming's last resort. Though he held the spear in his hand, ready to be used, he was not planning to use it. Unless, of course, it was his life or the bear's. Luckily, though, it never came to that. A voice cried out from deeper in the forest, and a wolf flew forward frantically, hands waving in the air. Hemming furrowed his brow and folded his ears back in confusion as he stared. Recognizing the white wolf as Attila, he lowered the spear to the side. The confused look on his face was not lost, and he continued to stare as the younger AniWayan wrapped his arms around the bear.

There were a few conflicting notions in Hemming's head. It was fairly clear that the bear was Attila's Spirit Guide, as a bear would be difficult to befriend and they were obviously quite close. Why, then, was the bear wandering through the forest so angrily, and especially, why was he going after Hemming? A spirit guide must know that other wolves are likely not dangerous, especially when they are within one's pack lands. There was only one real answer, then; in fitting with Attila's nature, he had sent a bear after someone he considered cowardly, not anticipating that he had a weapon. This was yet another encounter with this wolf that left a heavy, angry feeling in Hemming's stomach.

Unable to find words to reply to Attila's snarl, Hemming only shook his head bitterly. He could almost sense Dagrun's momentary confusion, and then the roll of her eyes. The spear was already down at Hemming's side, so there wasn't really anything he could do in response. Not appreciating the violent remark, and really not wanting to be around Attila at all, Hemming turned around and started to walk away. He had hoped, last time, that this desire to get the upper hand over others was a temporary thing that came with a young age, but it didn't seem to be fading. A little knot of frustration and anger had formed within Hemming's gut, and though he longed to physically take it out on something he knew he shouldn't. Walking away was all he knew how to do.

ooc: --

Attila watched with cold eyes the male walk away, anger and frustation in his amber eyes. The boy felt the back of his hands itch, and the sudden will to hit that stupid coward was strong, but not enough. The bear got back into four legs, and the pale boy simply patted his massive shoulder blades with one hand, the other formed up a tight fist.

He narrowed his eyes to the disappearing grayish shape of Hemming, and he felt Markku's crimson glare in his face. With one glance to him, the bully juvenile noticed that the big bear's eyes were like saying "You don't really mean to end this just like that, do you?"

He sighed, and hesitated a few seconds before run after the older male. If there was something he really hated was to ask for apologizes. His eyes were reluctant, and his movements were stiff. He actually wanted to end that meeting just like that. Unfortunately, that big bear wouldn't stop annoying him until he asked for sorry. The choky sound of the giant paws of Markku, running beside him, made one of his ears flick sideways. "Ya know, ya own me apologies too. For makin' me attack tha' fella." The bear said, his husky, deep voice directioned to him. He rolled his eyes, and noticed Hemming got into his view.

"Hey! Wait!" He cries out, slowing his pace, slightly out of breath. "Listen, I... I'm sorry." He said, holding his hands on his knees, faking to be tired to don't have to look at his eyes.

Each time Hemming's feet hit the springy earth, a little bit of anger dissipated. The wolf was not good at staying angry, and though he acted with humility he did have a soft core of pride nestled deep inside of him. Last time Attila had taunted him, the surface of his pride had only been nicked, but the fact that the assault was continuous had shoved a spear in deep. Attila saw him as a toy, a thing to mock and play around with, and this concept made Hemming squirm with an unhappiness, with a self-hatred that filled the pores in his bones and made every step heavier. The older wolf did not dislike games, and would never hesitate to go along with them as long as his playmate was on the same page. This boy, though, seemed to have a much different perspective, viewing the relationship he had with Hemming as an unfunny attempt to take advantage of the coward. The fact that he was letting Attila get away with it was one hit to Hemming's pride, but the gray wolf was also letting it bother him, and he struck a blow to his pride by himself. He couldn't help that the young Ayule was making this heavy stone form in his stomach, but he resented it anyway.

It caught Hemming by surprise when the boy's voice called out to him. He thought it was enough that he had walked away; did this not demonstrate a desire to be rid of him? The wolf turned hesitantly, watching out of narrow eyes. He was skeptical of the idea that this could be a legitimate attempt to seek redemption, and did not trust Attila's motives. Hemming did not doubt he had a cruel mind working back there, one that was ticking as it tried to figure out how to regain the upper hand over the Gatlvska. Hemming did not want to give it to him, did not want to even see his face. He couldn't turn around and walk away though, partly out of sheer shock of what came out of the younger wolf's mouth. His blue eyes were diverted as he huffed out the apology, and immediately Hemming felt an immense feeling of distrust. Usually, if one diverted their eyes during an apology he would assume bashfulness, or a remorse that they didn't want to show. In Attila, though, he felt that a calculation was being performed, and the eyes couldn't be displayed in case the plan shone through them and was betrayed. The older wolf inhaled deeply, not saying a word.

After a moment passed, a moment that could have seemed like a year or just the split-second it really was, depending on who was observing, Hemming exhaled. He tried to place words in order, to explain himself, to perhaps make this boy understand that he did not appreciate how he was being treated. They may have come out a little sharp, but perhaps Hemming deserved to be harsh. "Yeah," he said, his voice heavy and laced with trace amounts of sarcasm, "It's just that you play these stupid games, - I don't know why, do you think they're funny? - and I am not developing a very good impression of you. Is it really worth sacrificing the respect of those who might do you well in the future just because you have a twisted idea of a fun time? I mean, you ought to treat others, especially those in your own tribe, well. They're going to be the ones that are there for you in the future, and how you treat them is going to affect the way you are treated in return." Without being able to see his eyes, Hemming had no clue how this boy might respond. The words felt hot coming out of his mouth, like lava spilling over the lip of a volcano, and he almost felt guilty. This was Hemming's idea of scorn, words that would make his own head burdened with guilt, even if they were not as scalding as some others. The tight knot in his stomach was unwinding, though, and he would admit that saying these words was a sweet release.

ooc: wip

He looked at the male, both his eyes and face expressionless. He strained his back, white hands pulling his lower back forward, the cracks of his spine stretching made him grunt with the mild pain and the pleasure of more flexible bones. But then, the male started to speak. His voice was completely poisoned with the old sarcasm the boy knew so well. His words burned his ears with their intensity, hitting hard into his soul. The boy knew that he was right, and even so, he kept doing those foolish stuff. He knew it was the worng thing to do, but he couldn't stop himself from doing those. And that was the sad true.

Patiently, the boy waited, biting his lips to control that sorrow that came as he payed attention to those words. It hurt him to hear those words, and to know to the bottom of his young, but smart little heart that they were true. It overwhelmed him how it actually hurt. Almost as much as... He shook off those awfully painful thoughts, focusing completely on the male's speech. When it ended, he let his head fall, a deep sigh breaking through that sudden, heavy silent. His hands were now in his waist, the last remaining of any sign of sustaining his body up. Otherwisem, they would be hanging dead in his side, the picture of the complete worn-out person. It would be rather sad to watch, that's for sure.

He didn't know what to say. The memories of that day with Dawali came back, vivid like the perfect flash-back. Nothing blurred, nothing faded. Every single detail had been saved, and it now passed in his mind. His plan. 'Keep to the plan!', he thought to himself. He then looked at the male, aware that his face might look very tired. Of course, too good to be a faked one. Another sigh. "Well, as it seems, you released all the weight off your shoulders, I guess I can really ask again for apologies. I'm sorry I did those things, but... It's just my nature!" He said, explaining with the most honest look into his iron grayish blue eyes. "I can't help it! I'm still young, it's still hard to control my temper." He said, knowing it was not just another excuse. It was his age's guilt. He was getting into a hard age, the age of tantruns and the "It's mine!" phase, and all those whim stuff. More than just stupid things when younger, those were about anything that wasn't given to him when he wanted. Even though he was the more premature of his litter, he knew that in the control subject, he really sucked. He would give that to the others. After all, he couldn't be good in everything!

The boy seemed sincere. Hemming felt almost guilty about the fatigue that he seemed to inspire, the complete loss of the frustrating spirit that seemed to occur. The words out of him like hot air, the gray wolf let his golden eyes fall to the other, observing the limpness in the trickster's body. Perhaps guilt was not warranted, but Hemming didn't like to see anyone so disheartened and he felt even worse to have caused it himself. His eyes moved to the ground for a moment, reflecting on what he said and searching for words he might have said that were so venomous to have cooled the Aston boy's hot blood.

He waited for the other to say something, wondering if those words would be filled with spite or if they would hold the same dismay that his posture betrayed. With the sigh that escaped, Hemming looked back up to the other's face. There was a very unfamiliar look to Attila's eyes, and an even stranger tone of voice. Hemming listened carefully. In all honesty, the words escaping the younger wolf surprised him, and he was a little taken aback to hear them. Hemming's eyes stayed on him as he continued to speak, but did not move otherwise, his body still adopting a wide, unhappy pose. His eyes were hard but not unforgiving.

When Attila had explained himself completely, Hemming paused for a second, sighing quietly. The gray male had never gone through a phase such as that, and indeed it was likely because he had been on his own for the most part while growing up. Hemming had never had anyone to pester, and no one pestered him. This was the first time he had ever encountered someone that had such a cruel time of it.

"I forgive you," Hemming said at length, "But please, smarten up. I'm not going to tolerate antics like this anymore." The bit of tension that remained in his body after his previous words now escaped him. He stared at the boy for a few moments. The adult did think there was goodness in him, and saw a wolf that could, if he made the right decisions, grow up to be a very valuable member of the tribe. Hemming did not want Attila to think that he would hold any sort of grudge, and added as an afterthought, "Do you want to visit Ghostly Hollow some time, with torches and stuff so we can see what's down those hallways?" He had mentioned it last time they met, in a compromise for his unwillingness to go down them in the dark and die, but had never received an answer. The offer still stood.

ooc: Maybe change the plot where Attila helps Hemming finishing the spear?

Attila waited the other take in his speech, and he nodded grateful when the male really accepted his apologies. Even so, the tiredness in him hadn't went away. "No antics... got it." He said, reassuring. The ivory juvenile knew that time would cure him from that bad behaviour, though he wasn't sure if that was what he wanted.

Even so, he glanced again at the bear, and he noticed it was smiling, rather nodding in agreement. Well, at least he had done something good in his life. At least once. 'Stick to the plan' He thought, the memory from that day still clear in his mind. Yes, he would.

"Of course we can, I'll bring the torches." he said, answering the male's invite. He would just cut some tree's branch and get the fire from Oce's bonfires.

Smile Attila could offer to help, Hemming could accept, and then we could just fade out?

There was something startlingly endearing about this boy, now, and Hemming almost felt guilty that he had said such words. It had to be done, though, and it seemed to have elicited a pleasant change in the boy. A little smile crawled across the older wolf's lips, and he nodded softly when Attila agreed. As long as he kept his promise Hemming would let the thought of his old offences drift away, and would, as they say, forgive and forget. Perhaps Attila and Hemming could even become something of friends, as the timber wolf wouldn't hesitate to share his (admittedly meagre) skills as long as the boy didn't turn against him again. Hemming's pride healed quickly, but it did have a memory of the pains inflicted upon it.

When Attila accepted his suggestion of exploring the caves a little, Hemming's small smile turned into a grin. "Great," he replied, meeting the alabaster wolf's eyes with his own warm amber ones. Looking at the spear and the makeshift knife he was holding in his hands, the gray wolf said, "I guess I'm going to go finish working on this, then." With a smile, he added, "See you later," and waited to hear the other's goodbye. Perhaps he had something else to say. Simply turning around and leaving now seemed like it would be a premature action.

ooc: Sure! Hey, how about a new thread for the seasonal thread? Attila is picking up berries with Markku, and Hemming step onto them, and as they got the spears, they decide to go on a hunting trip?

Attila watched the male grin with his answer. That was a good sign. A great sign, actually. They could befriend, after all. Good, ideed.

When he mentioned to finish, the ivory juvenile thought about starting to develop skills. Weaponcraft was a very util one. "Hey?" He called out, pausing before continuing. "How about... I can help ya with that." He offered, his eyes usually hard were soft now, like melted blueish steel.

Sure! Attila should make a couple and be carrying them with him! Hemming would be proud and would suggest they go test them out Wink

Attila's offer to help surprised Hemming a little bit, but it was certainly a pleasant surprise. The two wolves had got off to a rough start, but the ivory male seemed to be calming down and, it seemed, he was quite a nice boy after all. Perhaps it was hasty to trust him with a knife after what had just happened, but Hemming was much more trusting than he should be. He smiled and replied, "Sure. Why don't we go find you a nice stick to start off with? I'll show you how to make one from start to finish."

The Gatlvska was hopeful, now, but not too hopeful. If the boy managed to keep his head level he would turn out just fine. It was, even for Hemming's optimistic nature, too early to tell just yet.
