Bringing darkness to your door

ooc: yay for more twisted dark minions.. 260 wd

There was a sick grin upon his lips as he walked towards the lands of the beast. He had been rejected upon touching paw upon the sands of Inferni but it was no matter. They would find him again in time, just on the other side of the battlegrounds. Rumors spread quickly and Vitium had lapped them up with glee at the idea of bringing down his foolish brother and weak aging mother. He would show them what they had done wrong. He would bring death to their door and enjoy every minute of it. His dark paws had brought him to the borders of a wolf pack. Somewhere in the back of his mind was a protest that he didn’t belong here, but in some ways he knew this was the only way.

He chuckled to himself as he caught the scent of the pack, soon he would be within their ranks and mayhem would rain down upon Inferni. He tilted his head to the side as though he was listening to another before cackling for a moment, the sound slowly coming to a draw as a sigh escaped his throat. This would be worth it, this would be a heaven sent. Hell would rise and triumph. Perhaps the apocalypse was upon them, he didn’t know but he relished in the thought. He drew his head back and gave a call to the monster of the lands, the beast who would bring glory and power to them all, who would set the world free of his family’s foolish grasp.

A scent unknown yet too bloody familiar reached the beast’s sensitive nose and he started to trail the scent coming from North-eastern borders. A call for the leader sounded then and he picked up the pace. He no longer questioned why so much fresh blood was gathering by the borders because this was what he needed now. It would soon be time to retaliate for the damage the clan had done. They were already one member down and of course it had to be a mother with young children – too young to be left unsupervised. Haku would rather have killed Mew’s children off and eaten their flesh so that no one would have to bother with the three useless creatures, but his grip of the pack was not that great that he could allow his true face to shine through the already cracking mask. It mattered less what they saw anymore, but the time to slip it fully off had not yet arrived.

A dark hued creature came into sight and Haku’s teeth flashed without kindness as he closed in and looked the man over. He was instantly pleased, for this was no thin and youthful male that wanted to play war. This was a fully grown adult that had lived years on this earth and had obtained knowledge. What kind this was would just have to be discovered. ”What is your purpose here, stranger?” Haku asked with his usual dark voice, electric blue trying to draw out the soul hidden in thundercloud gray eyes to see who he was dealing with. A faint part of the man’s scent reminded the chocolate brute of Inferni, though there was no scent of the clan on the stranger’s fur. His eyes darkened though, for paranoia was good to scatter suspicious seed about in his brain.

ooc- I'm bad, no table. 348=sosu

The twisted soul stood on the edge of the lands, swaying slightly as though he were in the mists of a conversation with another, a slight nod of his head as thought he agreed with something that his unseen companion had said. His eyes were glazed and distant for a moment while he let out a chortle of laughter before realizing that indeed he was about to have company of another sorts. His eyes brightened, their soft grey black hue growing darker as he smiled at the stranger. This was obviously the monster that rumors told of, the man who had created such havoc in the lands and set the clan on end. He studied the stranger silently, liking too what he saw in more ways than one.

His dark eyes focused once more on the face of the man as he spoke, a sinister smile parting his grey lips as the Rosen spoke. Vitium's soft wheezy voice was steady and cold as he stated honestly. "To bring pain and sorrow to the clan who stripped me of my ranks and disowned me of my heritage." When his daughter had turned on his he knew that he had made a mistake in sending her to the clan, they had not grown any softer towards the pathetic deed that had caused him to lose his rank and honor within the family. She would have to die to for she was no longer kin of his own.

He lowered his gaze from the man's searching orbs as his whisper of a voice broke out again. "I'd like to see them suffer, I'd like to see the clan laid in ruins and anyone who seems fit to stand against my brother is worthy company to me." He almost expected Haku to want his life story, to need to know why the hybrid had been thrown from the clan, even if it had been oh so long ago. He would tell him if need be, but any Lykoi set on vengeance against their own blood should be good enough for a war.

Haku’s jaws were gently clasped together now – he found it unusual now all of a sudden when the right displays of submission were missing in a creature. The dark gray eyes did not fall in acquiescence, no, rather seemed to study the Alpha in front of him with satisfaction. This mad had his destination set out clearly and Haku’s yellowing teeth were warningly flashed when the stranger’s voice rang out and spoke of the Inferni clan. Yes, this was a hybrid he had in front of him, but not the hint of that strange scent made sense and the darkness entering the secui’s eyes silently warned the male in front of him that he was sinking deeper into the darkening ocean. Gabriel was his brother and the male finally lowered his thunder orbs. The large wolf grinded his teeth together and gave a whip of his shortened tail as he pondered whether or not to storm at the male and tear away his head. This was a Lykoi and he was not welcome. Would Inferni truly sink to such depths as to attempt to throw in spies in Dahlia? Would they sacrifice a family member for this? Although Haku knew that family bonds could be completely severed, he did not believe the words spoken by the dark furred man.

Another thing he did not like was that the other seemed to think that it was Haku that needed to be worthy for his company and not the opposite. He simply did not believe it. ”Why would a Lykoi turn against his own kin in such times as these, I wonder?” his throat rumbled darkly as he spoke the word with a voice full of distrust of the other. The man was not Inferni, but he was of their blood and that was more than enough for the chocolate Rosen. Arrogance danced in blue eyes and the thin smile spreading across his face was not a pleasant one.

He had expected a need for explanation but he had wished that the monster had been a little slower, not calculating and cunning. It would have saved him so much time and he could go back to conversations with the voices in the darkness. He lifted those strange orbs back up to gaze at the leader before him as a sinister smile fell upon his grey lips. Always there was paranoia in the ranks of war and it seemed that even the beast of the lands was subject to the same rules as everyone else; never truth another.

Vitium didn’t answer right away, instead he let a soft chuckle fall from his lips before he glanced towards the lands he had just left. ”I did not turn on them, they turned their backs on me, years ago.” His voice was edged with bitterness as he explained. ”Mother would turn a blind eye to the deeds of her children, but because I stood between the clan and let a wolf escape after the assault on Syemv I was cast out, nameless and clanless.” Annoyance sparkled in his eyes as he admitted, ”I did not do it out of weakness or a liking for the creature but his pack had been laid to waste and he was only asking for answers.” Perhaps he should have just let them kill the beast but he had believed that along the young boy would have probably perished in the time to come, and if he hadn’t and grown up to be an enemy of the clan it wouldn’t have mattered. The clan was good at weeding out their enemies and making them disappear quickly and quietly. He wouldn’t be surprised if Kaena and Gabriel had taken the youth’s life not shortly after the boy had escaped and he had been banished.

His abnormally toned orbs met those of Haku once more as he stood before him. It had been long since he had claimed any land as home or even a pack or clan but he needed to know if the beast would accept his offer of assistance or if he would find himself plotting alone and would just have to make a surprise appearance in the heat of battle. He lowered his head once more, finally remembering to act the part of the submissive loner as he waited on the verdict. The voices quiet for once, leaving his head to clear in the aftermath of their murmurs.

Perhaps there was insanity present in the dark clouded eyes of the other, but while Haku knew how to appreciate wickedness he also knew that monster could carry additional danger along in their baggage. Haku did not trust a single soul, no – not even his own Lillith Stormbringer that for some reason wished to stand by his side and watch the havoc rise like a giant tsunami wave. They were all to drown. Haku had not demanded an explanation from the dark furred canine, though it was served to him nevertheless and made him wonder if this was a man that wanted to distinct between right and wrong. Had he been able to care he would have loathed this creature for tossing away his valuable blood. The Lykois were a vile bloodline and Haku thought it a shame that one that once so obviously had had it all had thrown it away for a mere wolf. Gabriel de le Poer carried such rage and hatred in his dark hued heart, but Haku’s body held no loath for the Aquila and his clan. He followed the silent bidding of a black crowned prince.

”You stand abandoned and want revenge,” the Rosen noted quietly as he shifted his weight slightly. Did the dark creature know that he had gone ahead and fucked his mother? Would he still not care with this knowledge in his heart? The chocolate coated demon wondered whether or not he should provide the other with such news. While Haku did not particularly like the creature, he would still be a number in the swiftly growing war. The Dahlian already was a man that refused to let anyone sneak up behind his back despite the assumed safety of the environment. After all, bloodshed was warmly welcomed and if the beast in front of him turned out to have honest intentions of ripping his family to shred then Haku would not want to prevent him from getting the chance to do so. ”Fuck up and you’ll pray for death,” the Rosen’s low warning sounded. It was simple and quick, but while Haku usually strived to deliver death as quick as possible, he knew how to make them scream. Everything was a win – win situation for him, really. ”Name?” was the last question to be asked for now.

Vitium wanted nothing more than a chance to crumble the mighty empire that had abandoned him. His heart had long ago turned cold to the ways of the world and now it was more than ironic that he was turning to the son of Colibri for help in meeting his needs, the half brother to the creatures that were the end result of his savaging of the once matriarch of these lands. His dark hued orbs watched the man that watched him, waiting silently for the truth in it all, if he would find acceptance in a moment of time or if he would have to ply his skills in sowing terror elsewhere. There was little in this world he needed but right now he needed the darkness that revenge would bring to soul his soul.

When Haku spoke finally a slight smile twitched upon Vitium’s lips as he nodded slowly. ”I want the queen and her prince to fall.” and the whole court with them he thought. To see the mighty clan destroyed and lay to rubble along the beach would be a grand sight indeed. He raised his head as he met and held his gaze to that of the Rosen. ”Blood for blood.” The scars across his face that he had received at the hand of the woman who had once been his mother were still striking upon his maw. He had nearly lost an eye and he wished to repay her and her consort for their harsh judgment. He wished to issue his own as well. Life would be settled and there would be a calm after the storm if the two were thrown from their perch at the top of the chain.

The warning that followed made Vitium grin wickedly as he stated the obvious, ”And risk losing the chance to see the fall of Inferni. Never.” He shifted quietly, wondering what he would be doing next after he was accepted, if he was still accepted into the pack. When Haku demanded a name Vitium wondered of a moment if he should lie, he had after all raped and tormented the man’s mother, but at the last moment he thought against it as his eyes sparkled and his voice gave way to the truth. ”Vitium. Just Vitium.” If they would not see him as blood kin then he would dismiss the name they’d thrown upon him so long ago.

I clearly suck

It was too clear who was the so called queen of Inferni. He had not known it back then when he had found pleasure in her flesh, but it was so obvious now. The fact that he had taken the Lykoi Matriarch against her will and even forced her too to find pleasure in the act was beautiful, wonderful. If this man wanted to see Inferni burn that badly then all was well. Haku shrugged his shoulders and broke his gaze away from the Lykoi man. A name was granted and that was it, basically. The blue eyed King turned away now, not thinking of the fact that he had yet to reveal his own. If the hybrid was who he said he was then he should know who Haku was already, so there would be no need to introduce him to Dahlia’s monster. ”It will not be long before we’ll move in and make them bleed.” the dark creature revealed before he continued his march along the Dahlian borders.
