Zetsubou's coat starts with a base of dark sienna that covers most of his sides, his arms, face and ears. The tips of his ears, as well as his forehead, shoulders, back hips and tail are all Chinese black, including his pads, hands and the top of his tail. Silver sand rests on his core, the underside of his arm and most of his legs, as well as the underside of his tail, his muzzle, eye pockets, pips and inner ears. Two streaks of Chinese black mark a dark line beneath his eyes, as well as a dart on his upper chest, and his optime hair. In all of his forms, he's a strong and flexible man boasting the perfect combination of power with agility.

In Optime, his body shape is an hourglass shape with broad shoulders and hips and a narrower waist. His Chinese black hair frames his face, as well as being pulled up into a fairly high ponytail or top knot. When left down, his hair spills over his shoulders. He also has three outfits that he wears depending on occasion.

In his other forms he is equally as athletic, due to the fact that he's always on the move. He will use his Secui and Lupus forms are used for hunting, hauling, training in tooth and claw, or scouting the borders. While he's not found in these forms often, with a bias thanks to his rearing in Sapient, he will take them without complaint.

He has come a long way since his younger years, and thereafter his servitude.

A man who is usually confident, he is also compassionate and understanding of those around him. He loves his family deeply, and would give them the world if he could. After his family, comes his pack. Zetsubou is extremely loyal to the Cavaliers, serving them by keeping the grounds maintained and scavenging supplies wherever he can get them.

Despite this, he doesn't share the same mentality as the Cavaliers. As his oath, he must serve the Lune and sola, and also protect those who cannot protect themselves, but his alignment doesn't allow him to blindly follow the Cavalier concept of good and evil. He makes his judgments based on proven facts and his own concept of what justice should be.

Ever the fighter, Zetsubou dedicates his time to training with all sorts of weapons, training others by forming regimes that fit the individuals. While his co-ranks are Groundskeeper and Scavenger (He's working on it), he spends the idle hours of his day scouting the borders to ensure the pack's safety. Combat is a huge portion of his life and knows how vital it can be, so he offers his skill readily.
