This is resolved, I think. I ended up restoring the two subdomains to (more or less?) as they were. New packs won't have subdomains moving forward and we'll figure something else out when they happ...

Yup, is a known issue. Any images and files hosted on nc.souslrpg.com and dcg.soulsrpg.com got nuked by mistake. We're moving away from pack sites and pack subdomains overall to simplify things though...
