[resolved] [bug] "Hidden" master accounts show for guests

This has been happening for a while, I just always forgot to say something about it xD

Location of Problem: Player List
Description of Problem:

Players who have their OOC Account listed as "hidden" to their linked accounts show up as "hidden" when you're logged in on an account. When you're viewing the forum as a guest, however, you can see who these accounts are. I'm pretty sure this needs to be switched?

Fixed.

OOC/Master accounts currently set as "hidden" are no longer hidden for any user from the Player List.

OOC accounts no longer have to option to be set as "hidden" from UCP. This option only displays for IC accounts.
