Remus and Arlen!

WC: 300+ OOC: Myra is actually lupus right now GASP!! She's in the garden searching for Ram, but Arlen could be around ro something :3

Myra was over excited. She’d been scared a few days ago, but she couldn’t stand being cooped up in the fort for long. She wanted to get out. She had gotten that chance earlier but she made a discovery that her brothers would NEED to see so she ran back to the fort. She had actually changed to her lupus form to make up the speed. She was just that excited. She knew they would love to see what she just discovered and she was the first one to have found it! Unless they knew and they had the nerve to keep it to themselves, then she would certainly have many, many words to give them if they told her “oh we know about that.”

Giddy she ran into the fort where she headed straight for the garden. She was certain Remus was there and he would want to know so she went there first. Arlen was probably off kissing cows so he could wait when she made a turn around for him. She hurried to the gardens to see if her brother was there; “Remus! Hey, where are you?” She called as she started into the garden; “You won’t believe what I found!” She said.

She entered her favorite part, where the flowers had bloomed only weeks before. The tulips were gone, but they were replaced by lilies and other summer flowers and she thought they were just as beautiful as the tulips she’d seen earlier in the season. She stopped in front of a red and yellow daylily and looked for her brother. She was not certain her was here but then again he could just be hiding and trying to scare her. Another past time. She hadn’t bothered changing back into her bipedal form, she was just too excited to give Remus the news and get to Arlen so they could all devise a way to get there!

It was drawing closer towards the middle of the day, and the earthy grey male was spending his time, as he often did, toiling away in the gardens. This morning the Knight boy was not picking herbs, but instead he had with him a small pair of sheers that he used to clip away the brown and dead limbs of the herbs, leaving the dead bits on the ground to provide nutrients for the herbs and flowers that were still growing freshly. It was a bright day, but the grey furred male was barely awake as he worked. His eyes were lidded, and the male yawned greatly and blinked a few times as the voice of his sister Myra reached his ears.

She sounded excited about something, but as Remus peaked his head over the rows of herbs and flowers, he didn't even see his sand colored sibling. Raising a grey brown brow, the male stood up slowly and perked his ears as he scanned the garden for her short figure, but it wasn't until his eyes caught movement in the brush that the male realized he had been looking too high up. Myra was in her Lupus form, which he hadn't seen, probably since the day before she'd shifted, and the male blinked as he looked so far down at her, the female barely standing taller than Remus' shins.

"What is it Myra?" The male asked, blinking lazily as his sister made her way to him in an overly excited manner. Remus was informed that the two of them needed to find Arlen, because she had found something that the two of her brothers absolutely needed to see. A younger Remus might have been chomping at the bit to explore some new and unknown thing, but this Remus was tired and Lazy, and so he lagged behind a bit as Myra wandered off to find their strawberry brother, having absolutely no clue what the female could have seen that was so exciting.

Arlen's breathing began to slow as he sheathed his familiar rapier. It slid home with a soft sigh of metal against wood, resting against his right thigh. The Stryder boy would have looked at his handiwork with great pride had there been anything to look at. Going through the motions, sparring with air, there was nothing tangible about it. At least Remus got beefy muscles as evidence of his work. What did Arlen get? Skinnier, that's what.

He went over to an old practice dummy and plucked his white tunic off of it where he'd tossed it a few hours earlier. He pulled it over his head without bothering to tuck it into his dark pants, just further enhancing how small he looked for his height.

Looking down at himself in disappointment, he sighed before pulling the bright orange tie from his hair and adding it back to the rainbow of bands on his wrist. When he looked up, he caught sight of a familiar canine headed his way. Actually, familiar didn't quite cut it, but you know, that's the word we'll go with today. "Hey sis, whatcha doin'?" He waited until she was a few yards away to call out, making her come to him. He was tired.

WC: 300+ OOC: You lazy bums!

Myra hurriedly told Remus they needed to find Arlen, but when he didn’t go fast she grumbled under her breath. She hurried along, figuring Arlen to be at the training area and sure enough he was. She trotted closer and he called out. He too didn’t seem to be enthusiastic about moving either. Ugh boys… “I found something awesome. Remus is SUPPOSED to be here with me but he is behind.” She pointed back to the garden area.

“Come on, you know Winsor that town up in the north? I’ll meet you two there… TODAY. Please! You won’t regret it I promise.” She looked at her brother pleadingly for a second and then turned and yelled at the top of her voices “IF LAZY REMUS WOULD COME HE WOULDN”T MISS OUT EITHER!” She was in no way going to be running between brothers before they met up. “He was by the gardens when I saw him. Tell him to meet in that town. Please it’s REALLY important!” She said.

Then was off without waiting for Arlen to agree and ran out of the fort. All four of her paws carrying her out into the open of their pack and toward the town where she spotted the thing that made her excited and wanted to show her brothers. She wondered if they could ever get to it. Swimming was out of the question. Even for her it was too far away. She did make it to the outskirts of town and waited on the two, pacing and soon wondering if she should have forced them to come and not given them the chance to just shrug off her excitement and go the opposite way. She had enough time to change back to her optime form, which she did when she made it to the town feeling much more at home in this body.

The male lazily watched as his sister hightailed it off to find Arlen, and he rolled his eyes a bit as he casually sauntered along behind the sand colored female, following in her wake. It wasn't too long however, before the boy's ears were assaulted by the sound of her sister yelling about him from somewhere farther ahead, and the boy groaned and called back "YEAH YEAH, I'M COMIN' I'M COMIN'!" before grumbling more quietly to himself in irritation, nonsensical sounds with no real meaning behind them but to convey his current bored and tired frustration.

By the time Remus reached the location where his ginger furred brother was, Myra was already gone, booking it off to wherever it was that she wanted to take the pair, apparently. "Well then, some guide, not even waiting for the people she wants to take somewhere to follow her. Where the hell did she go anyways?" The larger and taller boy asked his pretty brother, his rugged appearance only emphasized by the disgruntled look upon his face. The boy rarely slept much anymore, always staying up into the late hours of the night studying, and waking up early to tend to the garden and the animals that he enjoyed spending time with. he had no real social skills or friends save for his siblings and the little pup Night, and the grey furred boy preferred to spend the vast majority of his time alone to his devices.

"Winsor? What the heck is in Winsor?" The larger male asked once Arlen had filled him in, and the pair left together to catch up with their overly eager mouse of a sister. Apparently it was something so wonderful and so spectacular that the boy's had to go follow her to see it right now, but Remus only found himself hoping that he would not get in trouble for it.
