Hi, I'm new here and I have a couple questions. I noticed that many people have artwork for their avatars. Do you have to have artwork for your avatar picture? Also can you use a real life picture of a wolf for your avatar? I was thinking of doing that then saying in my character's Luperci form a hair bang is over one of her eyes. Anyways let me know so I don't make a mistake with that, thanks!

Your character's avatar can be artwork or a photograph of a real wolf if you'd like! As long as it depicts your character, it doesn't matter. :)
Just make sure that you have permission to use the photo -- e.g., it's creative commons or a stock photo. We have some resources for such images here!
