- Haku Soul - 04-02-2010
300+ There were stories about big bad wolves eating little girls in human books. They had lived on the human tongue and lived in the dark corners of human children’s imagination. They were stereotyped down to a classic bad guy, though with a taste for the flesh of the innocent. Haku was such a beast, though his cruelty dug deeper than such silly stories. There were no woodsmen in this world, and so he rampaged freely – causing pain and hatred to form within those he encountered. The little deer was not what had held his gaze for the last minute or so. Her scent was recognized with ease. Perhaps that was what had singled her out amongst many. Or perhaps it was the red cape demanding action from the creature. Perhaps this world needed its fairytales. Jagged fangs glinted dully as the predator watched the woman freeze and watch the deer bounding through the brush with ease. Haku was not at all troubled by the game’s disappearance, because he had already a taste for canine flesh. It was a symbolic thing, to feast on the flesh of his fellow wolves. He took their blood, their body and their souls and grew stronger for every kill! He could feel it. It was a craving more than anything these days and Haku was not one to let moral keep him from what he desired.
She was a rather dazzling woman, he noted as she tipped the hood away from her light face. It better revealed her impurity. This woman did not deserve life. She was a dog, a lowly servant created by and for humans. The human’s days had ended, and hers should have ended along with theirs. Caked blood and dirt seemed to be a part of his once so glorious chocolate and cream fur. The area around his muzzle hinted of fresher bloodshed than the remaining pieces of old, brown blood mainly located on his chest and back. There was no need to tip toe around to hide his truer face any longer. The four legged beast took his time as he slowly cut through the stiff undergrowth where he had watched her the last few minutes. Her brilliant eyes would meet with his soon enough. There was no hostility present on the man’s features except for his general appearance. That could be well enough. Scars stretched across a face that had once held such masculine beauty. There was no doubt that it was a savage beast approaching her slowly on black clawed paws. <style> .haku-blood p {margin:0px 0px 10px 0px; padding:0px 10px 0px 10px; text-indent:30px; } .haku-blood b {color:#CF4040;} .haku-blood-ooc {font-style:italic; font-family:arial, sans-serif; font-size:12px;} .haku-blood {font-family:'trebuchet ms', arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:13px; color:#8B120B; word-spacing:1px; line-height:13px; width:400px; background-color:#490502; border:1px solid #000000; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/hakutable.jpg); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:fixed; padding-bottom:218px; padding-top:10px; text-align:justify; }</style>
- Alaine Winters - 04-02-2010
table © Alaine ooc: *shivers*
- Haku Soul - 04-03-2010
Haku is in his secui form by the way, so I'm not sure if he would be much taller than Alaine. 300+ Earthen coloured ears flicked forward and took in the mouth watering sound of a rising heart pace. A salmon tongue darted out to brush against his yellowing teeth as he anticipated thick and sticky red to cling to them soon enough. She seemed eager to let him have his way. She should have followed the lithe dove when she had the chance. Now it was too late. Then something seemed to change suddenly in her emerald eyes, but such a minor change concerned the madman little, for he only saw what he wanted to see happen in the immediate future, and the life dancing behind the brilliant green would fade and die. This was how everything would end after all. It was just a matter of time. Cocoa, cream and dark crimson face tilted slowly in light disappointment as she started to step backwards and away. Was it not some kind of courage he had seen in her eyes moment before? Again, it mattered little.
A familiar name brushed his sensitive ears as she suddenly spoke. His hesitation lasted only a moment, but it had been detectable. He truly grinned then, finding it amusing that a lowly female mutt would get such a close guess. The seventh was of a similar calibre, but not entirely. They all did the same though, worked to make the world just a little bit more similar to hell. Haku was a suited creature for this purpose. Had the beast not been filled entirely by greed, he would have longed for the horror behind the name the woman so unknowingly had spoken out loud. All he was able to think about was the never-ending hunger that drove him on. He would turn her emeralds into rubies. Eager to start crimson fountains, the self crowned King of Dahlia rushed forward, seeking to barrel into her slender legs with his compact secui body. <style> .haku-blood p {margin:0px 0px 10px 0px; padding:0px 10px 0px 10px; text-indent:30px; } .haku-blood b {color:#CF4040;} .haku-blood-ooc {font-style:italic; font-family:arial, sans-serif; font-size:12px;} .haku-blood {font-family:'trebuchet ms', arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:13px; color:#8B120B; word-spacing:1px; line-height:13px; width:400px; background-color:#490502; border:1px solid #000000; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/hakutable.jpg); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:fixed; padding-bottom:218px; padding-top:10px; text-align:justify; }</style>
- Alaine Winters - 04-04-2010
table © Alaine ooc: edited previous post slightly. plus, feel free to use a little PP when Haku catches her :3
- Gabriel de le Poer - 04-26-2010
Gabriel did not recall what had drawn him this far south, what had brought him to the forest. Something had pulled, something that he could not disobey. As always, he was traveling in his lupus form. Four legged, a beast of old, the Aquila slunk through the forest. All around him there was an unearthly silence; as if the forest was aware of something he was not. There. A scream ripped apart the sky, tearing black holes into the blue. Without any hesitation, Gabriel’s feet had left the earth. He ran into the depths of the woods, tearing the earth under him, head low and fur all on end. Even though he did not recognize the voice, he could not ignore that desperate call. It could have been his sister. It could have been his mother. Foam frothed around the coy-wolf’s mouth, eyes bright and ears pinned. As the man ran towards the source of the scream new scents rushed up from the earth. Fear, panic. But most of all, blood. Silent as a hunting bird, the Aquila spotted a flash of red amongst the tree line, identified her as the prey, and then saw his target. The brown demon was right on her tail, his blue eyes burning holes into the atmosphere. Without hesitation, he rushed past the woman, and towards the wolf. Finally, he let out a ferocious snarl and used his own speed to meet the beast head on. Teeth opened wide, claws seeking any soft flesh, and Gabriel was on him. .gabe-tool p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .gabe-tool b {color:#271f16;} .gabe-tool-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; } .gabe-tool {background-color:#aa8a67; padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #000000; background-image:url(http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a329/ ... wtable.png); background-position: top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; padding: 290px 0px 0px 0px; font-family: tahoma, serif; font-size:11px; color:#423425; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:14px; width:350px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Haku Soul - 04-28-2010
Life's been a pain, sorry. Mel, feel free to add some damage to Haku. WE SHOULD TALK ON AIM TBH! She screamed and it was so beautiful.
He followed the marked trail of blood and adrenaline and sped up to full speed to gain in on the fleeing Optime. He slowed down just a bit to linger behind her for a few beautiful moments before reaching out for her with those heavy secui claws. His body weight was thrown into her and they were falling down toward the forest floor. Sometimes it was too easy, but he was not about to complain. Blood was blood and a soul was a soul. He did not intend to let her depart without a decent amount of suffering. Jaws hungry for only flesh avoided their desired target to go after what that beautiful blue gaze craved. He bit down on her beautiful locks and started to forcefully rip it off her skull. It was think and strong, so it could look like the man was forcefully shaking his head with his jaws clinging to an amount of hair, demanding it to be his.
Then everything changed and Haku immediately found a new target. Unfortunately that target had found him first. Jaws let go of their desired price to meet with the Aquila, and there was a nasty sound when the two bodies collided. The mental grin was wide and terrible when he recognized the inferior form of the other. Perhaps there was pain, but Haku only registered a steady throb where their bodies had clashed together. Immediately he started to push against the smaller form, seeking to dig his fangs into face, throat or neck. This time the little bastard would have to pay for moving against him. <style> .haku-blood p {margin:0px 0px 10px 0px; padding:0px 10px 0px 10px; text-indent:30px; } .haku-blood b {color:#CF4040;} .haku-blood-ooc {font-style:italic; font-family:arial, sans-serif; font-size:12px;} .haku-blood {font-family:'trebuchet ms', arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:13px; color:#8B120B; word-spacing:1px; line-height:13px; width:400px; background-color:#490502; border:1px solid #000000; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/hakutable.jpg); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:fixed; padding-bottom:218px; padding-top:10px; text-align:justify; }</style>
- Alaine Winters - 04-29-2010
table © Alaine ooc: frightening o: sorry for prattling on. also, i didn't want to pp, so you can completely ignore alaine's little attack if it doesn't quite fit XD
- Gabriel de le Poer - 04-29-2010
Well get on AIM Libri :| There was a singular thought driving Gabriel; vengeance. He did not care for the woman he felt pass under him—a pale girl who fell from his sight as it narrowed to a tunnel. In his new world he was alone, and only shared this world with Haku. His shadow. His brother. The beast under him writhed like a sea serpent, and Gabriel let out a roar. His legs kicked against the monsters chest, scrambling to pull him upwards, against the sea of teeth. They snapped at him and ripped fur from his neck. Gabriel’s head whipped around, snapped wildly towards the face and sought to take those electric-blue eyes from his shadow. Then his feet hit the ground. Gabriel could not seek to destroy the Secui wolf as he was, but there was no time to make a change. He feigned retreat, then lowered his head and ears and rushed in again. This time he did not aim for the face, but instead lurched forward and sank his teeth into the neck. Long limbs began clawing, seeking to pull himself onto the back of the hell spawn, to get high and out of reach and be able to destroy. .gabe-tool p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .gabe-tool b {color:#271f16;} .gabe-tool-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; } .gabe-tool {background-color:#aa8a67; padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #000000; background-image:url(http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a329/ ... wtable.png); background-position: top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; padding: 290px 0px 0px 0px; font-family: tahoma, serif; font-size:11px; color:#423425; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:14px; width:350px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Haku Soul - 05-02-2010
Could have worked, Alaine, but I chose against it, as Haku can't bee too injured when he is kicked out of Dahlia ;< And Mel, you're never on AIM when I am. I'll toss you a pm instead! Dull wolf claws scratched against the monster’s barrel chest. Haku turned from the hybrid’s snapping face to the leg within reach and crushed down on it with jaws hungry to taste more of Gabriel’s flesh. The dark secui was actually infuriated by Gabriel’s inability to mind his own business. The Aquila’s time would come, but it was not due yet. Haku’s task was to ruin everything the doggish hybrid held dear before he was to separate the man’s head from his body and put him upon one of his own pikes. Not yet, but Gabriel could not understand this. Haku’s change of target had also been a move to protect his face and throat from Gabriel’s angry teeth, and he danced around with the Aquila lashing out on his thick neck armoured by arctic fur and flesh before the hybrid ripped himself lose, only to charge again.
The light sound of a knife dancing through the air was lost until it sped past where the secui’s form had been moments before. The secui was almost unable to resist the urge to return to the woman and rip through her body with his sharp, yellow fangs, but Gabriel had clear priority here. As Gabe caught hold of his neck, Haku’s teeth sought for the chest and lower part of the throat that would be exposed if he just managed to twist enough around. The Rosen’s entire body twisted as Gabriel’s limbs again attempted to climb, and he growled as the dull wolf claws shallowly ripped through the skin. The secui form was better that way; equipped with claws of a sharper calibre. Haku’s own paws reached out to drag the hybrid downwards and against the earth. <style> .haku-blood p {margin:0px 0px 10px 0px; padding:0px 10px 0px 10px; text-indent:30px; } .haku-blood b {color:#CF4040;} .haku-blood-ooc {font-style:italic; font-family:arial, sans-serif; font-size:12px;} .haku-blood {font-family:'trebuchet ms', arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:13px; color:#8B120B; word-spacing:1px; line-height:13px; width:400px; background-color:#490502; border:1px solid #000000; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/hakutable.jpg); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:fixed; padding-bottom:218px; padding-top:10px; text-align:justify; }</style>
- Alaine Winters - 05-06-2010
table © Alaine ooc: no problem, libri :3 i really need to get aim :| lame post, but there isn't much for me to do atm
- Gabriel de le Poer - 05-08-2010
I figured this would be the only way to end it within both of our time lines working out, Libri.
<style> A blade sung through the air, and Gabriel realized suddenly he was not alone. The woman hadn’t fled, not yet. Until she did, he was unable to flee for whatever morality still clung to him. Haku was a bear, ripping, tearing into his skin. The Aquila was weaker and would not win a fight like this, and he knew. Lord he knew. A frantic snarl ripped from his mouth as he felt his body begin to twist towards the ground, and he kicked wildly. One foot hit the ground, then the other. He had to move and move now. Gabriel tore his skin free from the beast, drawing blood as he did so, and began to run once more. Except now there was much more on the line then a stranger. Deep breaths filled his lungs and forced him to run, forced him to weave wildly and try and lead the beast away and lose him. Though he was not a fox, Gabriel would do his best to lose the monster. Through streams, across sweet-scented bushes, whatever it was that would carry him out. God willing he would lose the bastard. .gabetext b {font-weight:bold; color:#9b590d; letter-spacing:.5px; } .gabetext {text-align:justify;margin:10px;font-family:arial;font-size:12px; margin:0 auto; width:95%; } .gabetext p { padding:5px 10px; margin:0px; text-indent:25px; }</style>
- Haku Soul - 05-20-2010
Super crappy post, but bldfjisdfds. I ADVISE ALAINE TO RUN WHILE THEY ARE GONE Fangs dug and claws tore, but the doggish male chose a second time to release and run. Snarling, the male shot after the earthen toned form of the Aquila, biting and snapping after the form—wanted to see the arrogant bastard run for his life. Fear was not a part of the Infernian’s trail, but both the hunter and now the hunted knew that if the predator caught hold of its prey then it would be over. Not instantly, but in this form Haku was the superior and Gabriel knew this. That was the sole reason why Haku after a while slowed down and turned to spurt back. Gabriel’s time had yet to come. There were few rules and most were made by the blue eyed beast himself, but there were no boundaries that kept him from the woman they had left behind. She would not be there when he returned, but he would track her until the Cour des Miracles borders blocked his path. <style> .haku-blood p {margin:0px 0px 10px 0px; padding:0px 10px 0px 10px; text-indent:30px; } .haku-blood b {color:#CF4040;} .haku-blood-ooc {font-style:italic; font-family:arial, sans-serif; font-size:12px;} .haku-blood {font-family:'trebuchet ms', arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:13px; color:#8B120B; word-spacing:1px; line-height:13px; width:400px; background-color:#490502; border:1px solid #000000; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/hakutable.jpg); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:fixed; padding-bottom:218px; padding-top:10px; text-align:justify; }</style>
- Alaine Winters - 05-28-2010
table © Alaine ooc: OH SHE'S RUNNING :I thread ended? you two can continue if you want, but this will be Alaine's last post :3
