Sorry for shortness! Btw, could this be forward dated to the tenth of May? :o His pace was as always; smooth and slow as he traced the round forms of the stones that lined up Dahlia’s borders. His movement steadily brought him further west, the air smooth and filled with the fragrances of spring; rich and lovely with a touch of green. This was a different kind of freedom. His heart paced strongly in his chest and strength soared in his muscles. The burden of the leadership was noticeable, but there was so much more lifting him up to be able to burden his mentality as well. Life was never a dance through the soft and grassy fields, but he knew satisfaction. He was a man grown in every way, and so far he had found that inexperience did not remove the ground under his paws when he was met with situations that required action. The land without war was peaceful, day after day. Haku’s scent had fled the lands completely by now. - Colibri Haki - 05-10-2010 [html]

His pace slowed down as he watched her move. She seemed better—happier. The woman had probably seen his golden form by now as well, and the young man lifted a hand painted light cream waved at the distant figure. He was positive it was her. Feet moved faster then, killing off the distance between them. The smile was warm and genuine on his lips though, she couldn’t have picked a better day. ”Colibri,” he called out as he moved, wondering if she knew that Haku had been banished from Dahlia and threatened everything and everyone touching neutral territory. It struck him that he worried more for her now than he had done when he knew where both his father and half-sibling resided. Now the demon was out there aka everywhere. Ah, what had he done?
This family would always be a broken one, but Conor cared much for those who caught his hand when he reached out for them. To be honest he had never expected her to visit the pack of horrors. He stopped a few feet away from her and admired her form for a moment. She looked so much healthier now—it was like looking at a whole other person. How much of the latest news were she updated on? Obviously she could feel the absence of Haku here, but more than that? ”It’s good to see you again,” he spoke truthfully, grateful that her blue orbs did not shine with the same darkness as their father’s. ”You look beautiful.” Not so much the fragile glass figure that she had been. - Colibri Haki - 05-28-2010 [html]
