- Silvano Sadira - 05-31-2010
300+ Silvano lopped down the hall, little tail wagging and tongue hanging out of his mouth like a big pink flag. "Uncle Jazpeeer," he called, as loud as he dared. He did not want his littermates to hear him calling, for they would surely come following. Actually, it was more that Artemis would come calling. It made him guilty to leave behind Parker to deal with Artemis, but the young Dreamer wanted to go somewhere where his energetic sister would definitely not be too happy to go. His uncle Jazper told them about a library full of books. Naturally, the thought of all the answers being in such a close place was so inviting. The little Sadira wanted to take the big man up on his offer and explore the library. Now if only he could read. That was a problem that hopefully could be solved. His uncle was a big guy, dark like his mother, but not really related to him. He was with his blood aunt, Ghita, and they had puppies who were older than him and his sisters. Jazper was a nice big guy who wasn't really rough with them. But, then again, no one in the pack was really rough, since they were related to about, what, half of them? They were the three precious gems, newest Dreamers to join the pack and the growing family. The Sadira wanted to spend more time with his uncle, simply because it seemed he had a lot to teach him. It was something his mind craved. The Sadira slipped to a halt, suddenly wondering where he was supposed to find his uncle. He started staring at the wall, rather blankly as he thought. Where would that man be found? In the library? Outside? Somewhere else? This excursion was not really well thought out at all. Silvano whined, "Uncle Jazpeeeeer." It was kind of pitiful, as though he were expecting the big man to appear out of no where and pluck him up in rescue. That was a kind of idea for Artemis to think up, not him. Honestly. .silvanoadorkable b {font-weight:bold; color:#C6DC70; letter-spacing:.0px; } .silvanoadorkable-ooc { font-style:italic; padding:15px; font-family:arial, sans-serif; font-size:12px; text-align:center; } .silvanoadorkable p {text-indent:20px; padding:3px 10px; margin:0px;} .silvanoadorkable {margin:0 auto; width:406px; background-color:#DC9B3C; background-image:url(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v515/ ... bleowl.jpg); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #725432; padding: 10px 0px 224px 0px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size:12px; color:#DACFAF; line-height:16px; letter-spacing:.0px; text-align:justify;} </style>
- Jazper Rhiannon-Knight - 06-06-2010
So preoccupied was the little pup, that he did not notice the big man come up behind him and scoop him up like a small sack of nothing. Jazper was such a big guy that Silvano felt even smaller than he was. Even his mother and father felt smaller than his uncle. His grin was absolutely wide and his tongue was sticking out as he rose into the air, over the man's head and back down. It was exhilarating and he laughed as he came back down, surrounded on almost all sides by his uncle's bulk. Uncles were the best when it came to being fun and exciting; they were a little bit less preoccupied with safety and a little bit more with fun, but not at the expense of one for the other. Plus Jazper was the best uncle he had ever had. Okay, he was the only uncle he ever knew, but it still counted! "But Jazper, you the captain, not me," he answered from between the man's arms and chest, feeling a little bit squished and really tiny. But he felt quite safe, and warm. Silvano pushed on Jazper's chest a bit, looking straight up at the captain. "Was you busy?" If he interrupted his uncle doing whatever it was, then he would most definitely feel very guilty. But Jazper rushed out and found him, so he couldn't be busy! Right? "Uncle Jazper, can we read a book? I wanna read a story," asked the small pup, getting excited all over again. Maybe his uncle would teach him? Oh, he hoped so. .blind b {font-weight:normal; color:#8c6628; letter-spacing:.5px;line-height:12px; } .blindooc {font-style:italic; padding: 5px; font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:10px;color:#8c6628;text-align:left;} .blind p {text-indent:25px; padding:5px 5px 5px 5px; margin:0px;} .blind{margin:0 auto; width:358px; background-color:#ffffe4; background-image:url(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v368/ ... oowl-2.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #c68832; padding: 220px 0px 5px 0px; font-family: Lucida Sans Unicode, sans-serif; font-size:10px; color:#c68832; line-height:12px; letter-spacing:.5px; text-align:justify;word-spacing:.5px;} </style>
- Jazper Rhiannon-Knight - 06-27-2010
Silvano was set on the ground, and his uncle had to crouch to talk to him properly. Oh, how the young Sadira could not wait until he would be old enough to stand on his own two feet and not force his relatives to descend from up there just to talk with him. How tall would he be? As tall as his father? As his uncle? Oh, that was certainly a dream. To tower over people, to be a force to be reckoned with. People could look up at him and be inspired, or terrified at the mere sight of him. But now, all he was was a tiny pup, still nothing more than a child still far from being grown up. In a year, it would be different, but he was only a few months old now. Winter. Winter. That sounded familiar, but it felt as though it was briefly mentioned before him rather than ever experienced. The Sadira looked up at Jazper blankly, clearly not understanding what was just described to him. Snow? Snow forts? What was snow? What was a fort? What was a snow fort? "Oh..." His uncle explained what winter was, but he still did not truly understand what it meant nor could he put an image in his own head to place with the word. It was cold was the only thing he could put to the word, and that had no image, none whatsoever. Cold he understood, though. That's why he loved how convenient it was to have siblings born with him; they would have a hard time being cold at night. Jazper strode off, waving along his nephew, who followed along behind him. Smile plastered on his face, Silvano loped off to try to catch up to the man's heels. The doors were opened wide, like some grand entrance. The young pup stopped in his tracks, eyes widening at the books. Oh, it was grand. So grand. Jaws open wide in surprise, the pup blindly stepped forward, eyes sweeping all the shelves. Shaking his disproportionate head, he saw a chair, which he ran up to and scrambled on top of. "First thing is to find the best comfy spot to sit!" repeated the Sadira, tail wagging furiously. Standing on his hind legs and paws on the chair's arm, Silvano watched his uncle. "No! You gotta find something to read first!" He looked at the books. "Like an adventure! An adventure!" .silvanogift01 b {font-weight:bold; color:#939a99; letter-spacing:1px; } .silvanogift01-ooc {font-style:italic; padding:0px; font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#a4bbbb; text-align:center;} .silvanogift01 p {text-indent:0px; padding:5px 12px; margin:0px;} .silvanogift01 {margin:0 auto; width:337px; background-color:#004f60; background-image:url(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v121/ ... gitf01.png); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #f4f9fd; padding: 0px 0px 180px 0px; font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#a4bbbb; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:.8px; line-height:12px; text-align:justify;} .silvanogift01-border1 {width:339px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0 auto;} .silvanogift01-line1 {width:200px; border-bottom:1px dotted #80a7b0; margin:0 auto 5px auto;} </style>
- Jazper Rhiannon-Knight - 07-24-2010
