We would look to make tables compliant with our Graphics Guide. This would ensure all members can read one's table regardless of screen brightness. We would also try to help members improve their tables by converting them to CSS. This would make it easier for you (and us!) to edit it in the future if need be.

And another question for discussion:
If an SAer notices something with your tables and goes to fix it, how would you prefer we notify you?
If you posted in a thread, would you like us to edit it? Reply to the thread with a modified version of the table?
Would you prefer we Private Messaged you the new code?
Would you prefer we just edit the original post with a second table below?
