Heeey! So, i will be picking up a pup from one of this years litters!
He's not playable until march 28th and I'm still not sure what he's going to be like. Am I allowed to rp him in the LASKY forum before his actually playable on 'Souls?

I would think so, so long as you're playing him as aged above two months...? Derp. Playing him under two months may also be acceptable (other 'SAers will have to weigh in as far as that goes, but I would think not), but I see no reason he can't be played as a test drive character provided he's 2 months+. Considering LASKY allows for time play/distortions like that, I'd say yes. :>

That makes sense! I wouldnt be playing him younger than 2 months in the LASKY forum anyway, so thats alright!
