M'kay, so I was trying to up come with a title for my little girl, and I got stumped on one thing...
For the max number of characters, does the space count as well? (i.e. A title has 21 characters, but with spaces included its 27.)

If it has 6 spaces, it's a 7 word title, which isn't allowed anyway? o_o

On the FAQ it says that the limit is 3 words or 25 characters? Unless I read wrong, then this question is a moot point. xD

The 25 characters does include spaces :]
This was put in place to make it more difficult for people to have super long words. It's harder to get super long words to look pretty all on one line. It's a three word title, but can't exceed 25 characters.
Maybe we should edit that to be more clear!

The FAQ does say "have a maximum length of three words or 25 characters, whichever is shorter," though I think we've adhered more to the 25 character limit than the three word limit (even if a/is/the/etc don't count towards those three words).
