- Jace Wolfe - 06-21-2012 Sometime in the beginning? The pregnant woman moved about the room with great care and grace, avoiding those who were conversing or dancing, and a hand strayed protectively over her stomach that didn't even show her pregnant status. She was slightly edgy at the prospect of so many people in one place even though she was excited for their allying and thought it was a good idea overall, she just wasn't so glad of her being in the middle of everything at this moment in time. She pulled her polar bear coat closer to her body as though to ward off a chill. Finally she breathed a sigh of relief when she navigated the room and found herself close by to the tables set aside for the packs to gift each other with. They were already laden with gifts despite the night being so young. Obviously the two packs really wanted to make this work, it would be goof for Cercatori to have such a strong ally so close by, Jace wouldn't kid herself despite how strong she and Skye and Aylu were they were not an army, and Cercatori was woefully unprepared for any kind of attack. Jace removed her own gift she had brought from her back, a hard leather quiver full to bursting with handmade arrows all tipped with the best flint shards she could find or barter and the most exquisite green and brown feathers she could catch. She had gone all out on the gift, it was on par with the arrows she had traded for her son Honrin. Jace sighed silently as she looked down at the gift before reaching out with the intent of placing it on Casa's pile. - Jazper Rhiannon-Knight - 07-21-2012
OOC: / +300
The Ball was underway and the Knight had finally taken to the crowd. After talking and dancing with Skye he was happy to be mingling with a drink of wine in his hand. The Artisains added a whole new look to the Great Hall. The d’Arte pack was made up of many different types of canines who all clearly had different personalities. And yet Jazper found their presence very friendly and open to the alliance. He had been concerned that either his member’s would be too proud to open up to an entire pack as friends or that the d’Art pack would view Casa as a place for those who wished to pick a fight. Clearly neither was true of either pack, as they seemed to be taking to each other very well. The Knight prided himself on running a pack of warriors who generally would work independently. He insisted his members be able to adapt and put their pride aside for such situations and hoped that all of his members would be as friendly as possible during this critical time. .jazhaw b {font-weight:bold; color:#c9724d; letter-spacing:1px; text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.2em #180902; } .jazhaw p {text-indent:0px; padding:5px 16px; margin:0px;} .jazhaw {margin:0 auto; width:520px; background-color:#683718; background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/ko9He.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #0b052c; padding: 320px 0px 7px 0px; font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#bb7151; text-shadow: 0.1em 0.1em 0.2em #; letter-spacing:.6px; word-spacing:.9x; line-height:13.3px; text-align:justify;} .jazhaw p b:before { content: open-quote; } .jazhaw p b:after {content: close-quote; } </style>
|
