Does the water still work in the houses ? I mean... you know.. its probably not hot water because theres no electricity anywhere, but does the water still flow through faucets and stuff ?

In a *house* -- no, probably not. It takes electricity and stuff to make the water stations bring the water to your house (I have no idea how these things work, tbh, but it's my best guess). In a very old house, with a natural well in the backyard? No problem. :3 Natural wells would still be operational (although maybe needing a replacement of the water-drawing mechanism [the bucket lol] or ropes, etc.).

Nope. Running water would have stopped working when the plants that filter it shut down, so most houses would not have any water access once that occurred.

Underground wells with pumps would be a way to find "running" water, but actual faucets and such would not work. :>
