I did the Joining Application as an ICC and I was hoping to join the ND pack cause it looks very cool but it still says I don't have permission to post in the forum and I'm still a non-member! What the heck is going on?

You don't have to worry. Its just as the others said. But don't worry, the SA tends to be pretty quick with these things so you will get your answer sometime in the next three days. In the mean time, you can play in the LASKY forum. LASKY is non cannon and is a great place to try out your character while you wait.

Just a suggestion, but you might want to change your character's age. http://rpguide.soulsrpg.com/werewolves/life/ This shows you how old wolves (both Luperci and non) are. Like 2 actual years=25 human years.
