what would happen if i just put a character on aNCP thinking i wouldn't have enough time atm to rp her, but then realized i did and wanted to pick her back up? do i still have to wait two weeks or can i just repost an application and get 'er done.

You would have to wait the two weeks to rejoin with a secondary, unfortunately. :C

aNPCing is the same as dropping, so the standard drop procedure and wait period apply. :>
