- Firefly Sadira - 10-03-2008 Firefly had been moping around the packlands for days, there was really no reason behind it except silly childish notions. Cercelee's thoughts on the young Sadira had been true to some degree, but even more than that she just didn't know what to do with herself anymore. The seasons had begun to change and the autumn hued girl was sitting in a large pile of crisp brilliantly colored leaves just to pass the time. Time tended to pass slowly when you were just waiting on nothing as well. She wondered why her siblings hadn't come looking for her, well, Ember she didn't really want to see, but DaVinci and Kansas would have been welcome happily, but yet like all the others they just seemed to have faded into the shadows. She'd wondered if her eldest brother was going to abandon them and leave off for the sea again.. or for the clan. Firefly wasn't for certain what she would think if he was on the opposite side of the line from her but she doubted that they would take in DaVinci.. atleast she hoped so if he was indeed thinking of finding a home here. It never even crossed her mind that he might just settle under their mother's reign in Phoenix Valley, not with the smoky past the two had always had. Sh'ed been more than curious about the truth behind it all but she never asked, wasn't certain if she should.. or what she'd really get out of it in the end. It was just another chilly fall morning.. filled with mindless wanderings and nothing more. - Haku Soul - 10-10-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-11-2008 ooc-fine by me. XD She'd spent her days sulking since Cercelee had demanded her to show her place and responsiblities to the pack. She couldn't even voice to the woman that she had more than a million times with the things she'd given.. of course she figured in the Rosea's eyes that she didn't have to go off to war against Inferni and the injuries she'd received in the end had been her own doings. At times she wondered if the ice queen even had a heart or if it was all for show. Atleast one thing had been stripped from her at the hands of the Shaman of Phoenix Valley, one less painful even of her life. She loved her brother beyond all belief but she didn't think she would be able to handle raising a child born in bred in the same fashion as DaVinci. She knew he knew it when he looked into her eyes but neither had to say a word. She'd been staring up at the leaves swirling overhead in the nippy fall air when the crackling of brittle dry leave gave away the fast approaching stranger. Her emerald eyes whipped around just intime to catch those blue orbs that belonged to Haku. She couldn't help baring her teeth as her heckles began to rise, her orbs narrowing as she took a step back from the male that had played so many tricks on her heart and soul. She wasn't for certain what he was in her eyes anymore but she really didn't want to give him half a chance to explain himself, even if it was the words she wanted to hear. "What do you want.." she asked sharply, no really caring one way or another, the first chance she got she was going to bolt like a bat out of hell. - Haku Soul - 10-11-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-11-2008 She felt a sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach at the words the Lilium spoke, it seemed with the sickly sweet words that fell from his maw she became numb. She'd believed from the start that he'd played farther than she could believe and had broken the spirit of the young de le Poer captive. They had almost been of the same age, Firefly had been the older, and in her mind she'd never thought herself a child, not even when it came down to the truth, not even when she'd been ben beaten and taunted in Inferni, not until she'd been his plaything to the savage beast from the clan, when she had absolutely no control. "Only you..." she spat at him, hurt that he'd think of her imprisonment as a holiday, and think of the deeds that had befalled the youth as fun. She could bend to his wicked and dark ways, but taking another against all will, taking a child was more than she could ever think on doing. Tears blinded her emerald orbs for a moment, she blinked and the face before her was not Haku's, but Samuel's. Her fangs glittered as she lunged at him, she wanted him to feel the pain she'd felt, to taste his own blood.. yet she knew he wouldn't know what it was like, not in the end, remaining loyal to one's pack.. and having everything ripped away from you for believing they might be worth it in the end. She slammed into him, her voice breaking as she snarled. "For you! Why was I foolish enough to think you'd care!" She'd hurt him bad before the battle, but he'd hurt her as well. The ashes had settled and she'd believed that maybe there was still embers hiding beneith the feathery soot.. but had she been wrong all along. - Haku Soul - 10-11-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-11-2008 She knew she was in trouble before she'd even attempted to throw herself at him. The male before her was not the same beast she'd taunted and teased. He was not the same one that had been so tempted by the sight of crimson stains on her metalic coat. The exposed fangs that greeted her she almost had expected, what made this confrontation any different than the time before, except she was the one being wronged this time, not the other way around. She'd done nothing but everything he'd asked, she'd even gone beyond that and been a good little girl in her prison, taking everything with a grian of salt and waiting for the day she would see home again, except she'd seen more than what she'd wished to that summer day. Pushed back by his motions, the words he threw at her enraged her further, the spark of anger roaring into a full fire as she spat. "Isn't that what you wanted.. It seemed so obvious in the end!" She didn't know the truth of it all but he sure was acting like she already did know it. She was beyond seeing him as one of the faces of the pack, there was a thin like between packlife and relationships.. and she was so close to the edge with the one she treaded on now. There was nothing she'd like more than to see his blood, to taste it and know she'd caused him pain, not the pleasurable games they'd played at in the past but a wicked and hurtful war where for once he could be the victim.. not just hurt and confused like the last round between the two fiercy beasts. - Haku Soul - 10-11-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-11-2008 Everything she seemed to say fell on deaf ears, the only notion that he even gave to show that he might have heard a damn thing she said was the growl to silent her. With a bitter bark of laughter she crouched before him, her heckles raised as the blood in her veins hot, her mind still on the thought of tasting his own sweet blood once more. The love she still held for the male was twisted into something sharp and dangerous as he tried to put her in her place. She bared her throat to him as her voice mocked the male she loved with such bittersweet sorrow. "Like this, begging and pleading.. is that the way it was Haku?" Her fangs flashed as anger turned her eyes a deep and dangerous shadowy jade as she hissed. "Not with me... NEVER with me." The bastard from Inferni may have broken her but she didn't go willingly and she hadn't begged or cried. He was met the whole while with hell's fury burning in her eyes. She rolled to her back as she submitted before the Lilium, neat a proper like any good little packmate would do in this situation, except very few of the other packmates knew just how twisted and strange the male was. Laying down in the dirt like the defeated she snarled and kicked out at the male, a cloud of dirt and grit clouded the air between them as she spat. "My mother should have let him kill you!" she hissed, realizing to the male before her that she'd never really meant anything other than a free lay, a thrill, a solution to the itch that needed scratched. - Haku Soul - 10-11-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-11-2008 There was nothing inside of her but the anger and pain, she'd ben wronged and mistreated and it had taken the damn beast this long to track her down, and for what, nothing. There was nothing he spoke of that was caring that was even a shadow of the twisted soul she'd seen before. His words now were to mock the girl, not to rise her to another level and send the both of them into a frenzy. Her dark orbs narrowed as she bared her fangs at him and flipped back over onto all fours. The metalic hued bitch knew that she'd stung him with her words when the growl died away into nothing. There was a small smug bit of satisfaction at finally have cut into the male who was so unreachable. If she'd know anybetter she would have realized she had been one of the few to actually make him rise without even really trying. She glared at him, not caring that she had hurt him, for once maybe he'd understand just what it was like, but she doubted that. The words that he answered her taunts with weren't what she'd expected though. They were the words of a broken down nothing of a man. She narrowed her eyes and snarled, showing the tips of her fangs as his words went on. She'd known what he was capable of, she'd always know, and that was part of the reason she'd been drawn to him, the edge of darkness, the danger and the thrill.. but somewhere along the lines it seemed that the monster had slowly dwindled into a mouse. The seriousness as his words turned towards the de le poer child made her snarl as he spoke the truth. She knew it was the truth because there was nothing left beyond the words, no anger no fire.. just the numb nothing that fades to black. She bared her fangs as she spat. "Why act it then.." She snarled as he turned away and once more the coward walked out on her. She wasn't through with him this time. He might have left her crying in shambles the last time but she was a fury now. She was on her feet and dashing after him with all the scorn and anger he deserved. She didn't care to stop as she colided into the male, her words torn to shreds as she snarled. "You knew what had happened! You knew it, and still you would throw it in my face!" She flew at him, pounding on him with her small paws, there was no want for his blood now, just the honest need for him to understand. "Bastard! You're just a fucking cowardly bastard!" Tears of rage were blinding her as she lashed out at him with words, "You couldn't hurt her, had I not been through enough!" she demanded. - Haku Soul - 10-12-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-12-2008 She was so furious at him for the pathedic excuses he was granting her and yet even when she threw more strength into pelting his hide he seemed to just roll out of the way and taunt her by just being out of reach. Those emerald eyes flared up as he'd announced that he'd only given her what she'd wanted to hear. At those words she screamed again and struck out at one of the few figures she actually gave a damn about, her palm flashing through the air as she tried to slap some sense into the bastard. She knew her answers to the taunting words he spat at her were worthless and just created more friction between the two of them, but she deserved better than the shit he was granting her, as a living soul, a packmember, even a lover, if that bit of their life even still exisited. She snarled at him as she retorted. "I don't know, you were the one who sought me out! What the HELL do you want!" She wouldn't have been content assuming that he'd bee nthe one to hurt the de le Poer girl, but perhaps it would have been easier on them both if it had been left at that. Firefly was upset and with reason, but she really didn't want to tell him why in the hell she'd come after him. He'd admitted the truth to her and turned his back. Perhaps it was the fact that he didn't stay to find out if she believed him or not or maybe it was the fact that she hadn't expected him to leave. Her fists intertwined in his mane as she tried to drag hin down to her level, her breath ragged as she whispered. "I don't know.." - Haku Soul - 10-14-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-18-2008 She was a dark and moody child still, but here she was lost in something she didn't understand and something she couldn't control. She was so angry at him for not being able to understand what she was feeling and the treatment he was dishing out. Her fingers wrapped in his hair as she tried to search those frosty eyes as she wondered somewhere in the depths of her heart if the pain was even worth it.. if there was any reason to care.. if in the end she wouldn't feel like he'd spent every moment trying to break her down. The words he spoke were like a slap to the face as he stumbled through them. She blinked a moment as he began to pull away. Tightening her grip in his mane she harshly called out. "No!" She was tired of him doing what he wanted and just sulking off. Every other time before she'd let him walk away but she was sick and tired of the downtime after he'd had his fill. One hand traced along the side of his face from the corner of his eye to his collarbone as she softly pleaded again. "No..." She wanted him there, she wanted to feel the security of his arms.. and yet he was the fire that burned and she knew it was dangerous to get to close, and yet that was why she wanted him so. - Haku Soul - 10-19-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 10-22-2008 She pressed her face into his chest as she closed her eyes, the words he spoke made her want to cry but she'd had enough with crying and raging the past month.. she just wanted to be held she wanted to know things would be alright, even when deep inside her own deamons told her differently. Her warn breath fluttered against his fur as she felt his heartbeat pounding against his chest. She couldn't even begin to try and understand the male, one moment he was vicious and cruel towards her and the next so baffling and as scared as a field mouse on the run. Lifting her head up to gaze back at him it seemed that he couldn't even hold her gaze as his brilliant blue orbs slide half closed and adverted, refusing to meet her jade shades. The gentle touch on her arms made her drop her eyes as they trailed to her arms where his own hands lay lightly. She was lost in her own thoughts when he startled her out of them with his words. He tried to convince her that what he spoke wasn't lies with one simple word. Her ears flicked back as her chin quivered as his rough voice said something she'd never thought he'd say. She knew in the depths of her wild heart what he meant but she didn't want to travel down that path and think on it. Those bright baby blues were back in her field of view as she didn't reply, she just wrapped her arms around his neck and softly laid a trail of tiny kisses along his throat and collar, salty tears following in their path as the quivers that had threatened earlier broke though and a silent sea of pain washed over her. Pain in the making, pain in the attempted breaking.. but pain was her healing balm.. and she couldn't let him go. - Haku Soul - 11-05-2008 [html]
- Firefly Sadira - 11-12-2008 There was nothing more to say as she felt the soft and gentle brush of his tongue across her ear as she clung to his pelt. She was a fool but she was helpless when it came to the damned male that held her so. She could lash out and fight him with every form possible.. and yet in the end she knew she couldn't walk away from it all. Something tied them together that was stronger than her own will. If she could ever really understand love she'd find the gods were laughing at her now.. but love was something still foreign to the girl and she'd stumble and trip her way through this relationship, falling and having to learn to get back up time and time again. Perhaps one day they'd come to understand they couldn't fight the force.. perhaps they'd give up their selfish ways.. but it probably wouldn't be anytime soon.. for now though she could rest in his arms and pray he wouldn't leave her cold again.. that's all there was in this moment and she'd cling fast to what she could.
