- Ghita Marino - 03-27-2009 [html]
- Savina Marino - 03-27-2009 [html] Yay! Just as a note, Ehno left their birth pack before Ghita did. :3 300+ The pregnant female had decided to lay out on the porch of the mansion. Staying inside so much wasn't really bothering her, but sometimes she just needed some fresh air. As Savina and her big belly sprawled out on the cool wood she was reminded of all the moments she had spent in this spot with Kansas. They had first met here, on that stormy day. The poem he had read her still lingered in her mind. It was memorized by no means, but the rhythm and way his voice had sounded was clear. So was the feeling she had gotten from being close to him. Here was also where he had asked her to be his mate. The feeling she had had that day was only rivaled by the feeling she had when finding out she was pregnant. While she had always hoped to find someone to spend her life with, she had never really believed it would happen. Her sister had always been the one with luck in that department. No one had ever taken an interest in her. Not only that but she was afraid that she would never be able to trust a male that completely. But then when Kansas had come along everything had just clicked. It hadn't taken any effort to become close to him. Now in only a matter of days they would be blessed with children. This porch was special to her and to them. Her dark head had been laying on the floor but quickly shot up as a howl rose in the air. Suddenly her heart skipped a beat or two. She knew that voice. Didn't she? No...that was impossible. It had been improbable enough to be reunited with Ehno, but her sister ending up here too? The odds were outrageous. Still...in her heart she knew that that voice belonged to no one else. Groaning she got to her feet and carefully made her way down the stairs and started off towards the lake. Her mind kept telling her it couldn't be true but her heart was screaming the opposite. It took her longer than usual to reach the unclaimed banks of Rabbit Lake due to her advanced pregnancy, but when she arrived her emerald eyes blinked several times. It was her. It was. "Ghita..." She had changed. Piercings like her mate had were on her ears and lips. But it was her. Savina walked slowly towards her sister, afraid if she approached too quickly Ghita would blow away with the wind. "Ghita. Io...come lei è?" The Italian fey was so surprised that she didn't know what to say. - Ghita Marino - 03-27-2009 [html]
- Savina Marino - 03-27-2009 [html] That table was made by Requiem. There's more tables here, one of which I made. I also made the sig. Just as when Ehno had arrived it felt like a dream. Savina had always partially blamed herself for her sister's disappearance. If only she had tried harder, been able to do more after Ghita lost her litter then maybe she wouldn't have left. When her timber sibling never returned and was impossible to find she had come to the conclusion that she didn't want to be found. That she wanted to be alone. Still guilt had eaten away at her and seeing her now after so long brought those old feelings back to the surface. "Il Ghita sono spiacente. Non dovrei mai aver fermato la cerca." Jeweled orbs averted for a moment in shame. "Ma sono così contento che lei è qui ora. Come lei è venuto qui? Come lei mi ha trovato?" With Ehno it had been completely coincidental, but Ghita didn't seem surprised. Finally some of her wits returned to her and she closed the distance between the two of them, wrapping her neck around Ghita's in an embrace. Tail waved from side to side, the joy seeping into her heart. "Sì, molto è successo. Sembra per lei come bene." Eyes scanned over the metal piercings once again. Her life had changed so drastically since her sister left. Now she was living in an entirely new continent an ocean away from Italy helping lead a pack and expecting puppies with her mate. Savina wondered if Ghita knew what happened to their mother. A part of her wished that she did. Relaying that news was always painful, even now. "Aiuto ha condotto questo pacco, questi Sogni Cremisi. E come lei può vedere che lei stanno per diventare zia." She smiled, hoping that news wouldn't hurt her sibling in regards to her experience with pregnancy. - Ghita Marino - 03-28-2009 [html]
- Savina Marino - 03-28-2009 [html] I'll get you titled up soon since we know she'll be accepted XD 300+ Some relief flooded her system as it seemed that there were no ill feelings on her sister's side for what had happened. She did find it interesting that Carlo had found her, but apparently they were no longer together? She knew that it happened. That lovers drifted apart sometimes. She hoped that no such thing ever happened between Kansas and herself. She didn't know if she could bare to lose him, for any reason. Still, for the moment she decided not to question Ghita on her seemingly ex-mate. It was probably a subject left for another time, if she wished to talk of it at all. Savina was quite surprised that wolves from the area knew who she was. She had a good amount of friends and acquaintances, but never had thought that any would be able to tell about her to someone searching. Then again she was no longer just some random pack wolf but a leader. Regardless, it was a bit strange to her to have that sort of reputation. "Bene sono contento che potevano indicarla nella direzione giusta. Non ho mai inteso finire su qui, o mai Italia di congedo realmente. È successo appena. Ma ora credo realmente che sia stato per il migliore. Sono felice qui." As Ghita pulled back she nodded her head. Yes, of course. There was no need for them to stand out here on the borders. "Sì, certo. La mostrerò alla mia casa." The fey turned and motioned for the other femme to follow. Her pace was slow, much slower than it normally would be. Though would Ghita even remember how fast she usually walked? It was impossible to say. "L'Ehno vive qui anche. È arrivato qui nella caduta. Non posso crederlo, che siamo tutto qui..." It was really unbelievable. The odds were not in the Marino family's favor, but apparently the fates had been. "Lei è ritornato al vecchio pacco a tutto?" Perhaps that question would answer whether or not Ghita knew about Amata. She glanced back at her sister waiting for her response. - Ghita Marino - 03-31-2009 [html]
- Savina Marino - 03-31-2009 [html] 300+ She wondered how her sister had changed over the months of their separation. How living with a tribe of nomads had been. It was hard for her to imagine not having one specific place to call home. That would not be the life for her. Yet she could see how it could have been a comfort to her distraught sibling for a while. To help her move on from her tragedy. Still, what had she learned? Did she know how to shift now? Ehno had learned on his journey and Savina had picked up the skill after arriving here. Hopefully Ghita had kept up on her English. She would need it here. She smiled at Ghita's enthusiasm about the prospect of seeing their brother. "Sì! Sarà così felice di vederla! Credo che lei abbia ragione. Questo è più di la coincidenza semplice." Some greater force had decided to rejoin the three Marino children. There was no doubt in the woman's mind about that now. Silently she thanked the gods above for their generosity and compassion. Never even in her dreams had she hoped for such luck. And for her sister to come here just in time for the birth of the next generation of their family? It was wonderful. Now her puppies would have both their aunt and uncle. At her sister's response to her last question she couldn't keep the grimace from her face. She didn't know the fate that had befallen their beloved mother. Anger welled up in her chest at those she had grown up in the company of. How dare they keep such information from her. They had no right to punish Ghita for Savina's misdeeds against Serge (though as far as she was concerned she was justified). True, none of them would have known where she had gone, but they all knew what had happened to Amata. Her paws stopped as she turned to face the other fey straight on, sorrow in her jeweled eyes. "Il Ghita che ho paura...Ho alcune notizie cattive..." She took a deep breath, hot tears welling up in the corners of her eyes. "La madre è morta in un incidente. Ciò è uno delle ragioni che ho lasciato. Sono la sorella così spiacente..." Tail and ears drooped as the tears ran down her face. - Ghita Marino - 04-01-2009 [html]
- Savina Marino - 04-01-2009 [html] At her sister's statement of denial her eyes clamped shut, squeezing the already flowing tears quicker. She didn't want to talk about it. She didn't want to recount what had happened. It was terrible and it felt like a knife twisting in her heart every time she had to say those words out loud. Yet she knew that Ghita deserved to know the whole truth of the matter. Keeping it from her wouldn't make things any better. Savina stifled a sob as she did her best to look back at her sibling through watery eyes. "Eravamo fuori facendo una passeggiata nei legni..." she began, her voice shaky. "Non so come abbiamo mancato l'odore, ma c'era un orso. Dal tempo l'abbiamo realizzato era troppo tardi ed era su noi. È andato dopo che me primo, ma la madre l'ha morduto per lo fare gira la sua attenzione a lei." It was all replaying through her head now. Each terrible moment. "L'ha inseguita lungo il margine di un canyon, una destra al margine. Ma le rocce non erano tarchiate e con entrambi i pesi che era troppo..." It was all she could say. She couldn't finish the rest of what had happened. How the cracking of the ground had sounded like a gunshot through the air. How she had looked directly into her mother's eyes as she had disappeared over the side. Suddenly her legs felt weak and she had to sit down for fear of falling. Her head hung down as her tears dripped onto the new spring earth. Would Ghita blame her? Would she wish that it had been her sister who had died instead of her mother? Savina wouldn't blame her if she did. There were times even she wished that. - Ghita Marino - 04-16-2009 [html]
- Savina Marino - 04-16-2009 [html] Maybe start to wrap this one up and have an updated one with the pups? 500+ The Italian girl couldn't bear to raise her head up to look at her sister. It was almost worse than when she had had to tell Ehno. That time she had been more of a wreck, barely able to even get the words out. Perhaps part of it was it made the fact that her children would never know their grandmother all the more glaring. Even though there was nothing she nor anyone else could have done to change that fact, it still hurt. She knew that they would have loved her just as much as Savina, Ghita, and Ehno had. That and the thought of how happy Amata would have been, it was like salt being poured into the wound of her loss. As Ghita spoke Savina quietly nodded her head. Yes, she knew that it wasn't her fault. There were still times she felt like it though. Like there was more she could have done. She was thankful when her sister came and licked her cheek. It was just the reassurance she needed. Savina raised one paw to wipe her eyes, giving her sibling a weak smile. "Sì, sì avrebbe." The pregnant femme took a deep breath, doing her best to clear her thoughts and chase away the sorrow. "Ah, bene, dopo...che sono ritornato a casa e ho detto il pacco. Ho voluto essere solo nonostante. Per alcuno Serge di ragione mi ha seguito e ha avuto il nervo per provare e mi confortare. Come ha avuto qualunque destra." Savina repressed the growl that wanted to come from her throat. It had been horrifying at the time, but now that ordeal didn't seem so bad. Not after what she had gained in coming here. "La prossima cosa che ricordo è lavata su uno delle rive all'est di qui. Un altro lupo italiano mi ha trovato e mi ha aiutato a riparare, ma poi egli ed il suo pacco erano semplicemente tutto andato un giorno. Ho viaggiato l'ovest ed ero qui accettato dal mio Naniko di amico." Her smile grew more as she thought back on her and Kansas' relationship. "Quanto ai cuccioli, ho incontrato un maschio Kansas Sadira qui nominato. Lei sa che io non ha mai avuto la fortuna con quel genere di cosa, ma noi il genere giusto di è venuto insieme. Era facile con lui. Mi ha chiesto di essere il suo compagno e poi abbiamo deciso abbiamo voluto dei bambini." She didn't feel the need to go into the mushy details. "Questo luogo è diverso da Italia, ma l'amo qui. Parlano degli inglesi, dunque sono molto contento che abbiamo avuto quelle lezioni quando eravamo più giovani. Ho imparato a spostare poiché viene qui, la maggior parte dei lupi fanno qui così regolarmente. Il solo luogo che può essere pericoloso è il clan di coyote al nord-est, starei lontano da lì. Spero che lei starà. Può essere un pezzetto di una regolazione, ma lo vale Ghita, prometto." - Ghita Marino - 04-16-2009 [html] http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j40/k ... _table.png); background-position: bottom center; background-repeat: no-repeat;"> Yes! Fade out here!
The multicolored wolf simply nodded quietly, still thinking things over in her head. Maybe Crimson Dreams was the pack for her after all. The pack she would spend the rest of her days in, like Savina and Ehno.
