- Naniko D'Angelo - 01-06-2008
It had been a little while since the pack meeting, but thoughts of it still lingered in her head. Had so much happened to her in the last year? It seemed like time went by so slowly...but really, a lot had gone on. Conri had gone missing, Iskata had left again and started a family in Storm, Davinci had left...a lot of things. A few good things had happened, as well, like her gaining the apothecary co-rank and beginning her healing quest. But those things seemed insignificant in comparison. Naniko crunched along through the snow, heading away from her den. She wasn't sure what she'd do today...for now she was going to start off with a walk along the usual trail. She had to check on the hawk to see if its indigestion had cleared up, and there was a badger with a broken paw that would need some attention later. She carried her pack on her back as usual, a bag almost overflowing with various medical supplies. She wouldn't need all of them, she was sure, but it was good to be prepared.
- Jasper de le Poer - 01-22-2008
- Naniko D'Angelo - 01-23-2008
It wasn't like every female in the werewolf race was infused with the knowledge of child raising...but it was true that it was something that females were usually interested in, and learned. She'd learned it from Iskata, and then by herself, and then with Conri. The part where she'd been by herself had been the hardest. It was very difficult to keep enough food around for a growing pup, and then once that was taken care of you had to worry about their other needs, both physical and emotional. Naniko had grown up without parents for the better part of her life, and she'd turned out okay...but she couldn't be sure that every pup would be the same as her. She'd managed to defy the odds, but many weren't as lucky. She looked up when she heard her own name, frowning. Who was it? She'd thought that she was alone. She turned back, spotting the approaching wolf and recognizing him in a moment. "Jasper? What's the matter?" Maybe someone was hurt. She could help! |
