I picked up Jedidiah as a temp, but I'd like to keep him at the end of the war. I'm not asking permission for him now, but I have a question. I was listed as an NPC with Brooklyn for a few months. Now that I've returned do I still need to wait 6 weeks before asking permission from the SA for my second character?

Since Brooklyn was your only character, you do not need to wait more time than usual for a second character. You can request for your temp to be permanent at any time and we'll evaluate based on both characters' activity~. :>
