Haruhi was a polite and respectful girl. She didn't want to get the other's home wet and so did all she could do to keep as much water out of her home as possible. The best she could do was to shake the umbrella before entering and that was just what she did. Though she thanked her without a change in her facial expression, it was still sincere. Her response seemed a little neutral as well.

When she looked at the other more, she noticed her injured harm. She frowned and felt concerned about it. Without a thought, she questioned about it. It was only a little later when she realized that it may be uncomfortable to talk about so she apologized. She felt relieved when she said it was fine. She would have smile if it was something she could do. She learned that she was attacked and reminded that there was a war. That's right, when she came they were in the middle of one. She has yet to come across any trouble and she was happy about this fact. She didn't think she would be of any help. She wasn't the best fighter and she was small. She would be more of a burden than help. She didn't press for more questions. That was all she needed to know. "Oh...I'm sorry." She said, still frowning slightly.

Soon she learned her name. "Rikka," she repeated. "It's, um, nice to meet you too." She fidgeted with her fingers, a habit she always did when she was nervous. Her weak smile came and went as she offered a seat. "Um, sure. Thanks," She said with a soft nod. It was really nice of her to offer a seat. So she turned to head to a seat and would only move in more when she moved.
