Niro’s confidence rose slightly with the praise that Heath had given him. He felt awkward as he led the large animal into the ring, this thing could drag him by the arm if she wanted to. She didn’t seem inclined to do so, which made him all the happier as he saw Heath open the gate and tell him to walk her around the area. He did so, wondering why he was doing so. He did learn not to question out loud these things because in time they would eventually come to show how useful they were. The horse tested him a few more times as they went around, Niro could feel himself become slightly more comfortable with walking the horse around the area. He smiled a little, thinking he could definitely do the rest right? The horse was nice enough. The best thing about this whole thing, though Niro wouldn’t think about it until after the day was over, was that his headache had been forgotten entirely. Which was what he wanted in the first place. Today was looking to be a much better day than he anticipated.
